Megatron, you don't look too good...

The 16th episode.

Sir, after having everyone clean up the place in French Maid outfits, advises everyone not to mess around with a device of his: The Punitor. The device was powered by an Egyptian Crystal that Sir found in Egypt. It had the ability to suck in evil people into another dimension, but, due to the amount of people, it was starting to break down. It came to a head when Sir trapped the incredibly powerful demon: Manos. Thus, Sir kept the device in a charger (powered by Custos, a positive energy) since. However, due to an accident curtsy of Fluttershy, Manos's hands manage to get out and posses Megatron. Godzilla, who is fighting him now, and Megatron are accidentally transported to Planet M Space Hunter-Nebula (of the Toho Universe). There, Godzilla and his long-time foe, Gigan, have to work together to fight Megatron. They succeed and the hands are trapped again.

Only time will tell if Manos and his Hands of Fate, ever rise again...

Tropes:

  • And I Must Scream: The ultimate fate of those trapped in the Punitor.
  • Attack Reflector: In order to defeat Manostron, Godzilla shoots Gigan's blades with thermonuclear breath. It keeps building up until Gigan extends his arms, creating a shockwave and a 'bullet' of energy that knocks off the hands.
  • Awesome, but Temporary: The ultimate result of too much negative energy in the crystal. Nowadays, it's Too Awesome to Use.
  • Be Careful What You Wish For: Gigan just wanted something to liven up the day. He gets it, alright.
  • Blade Reflection: The poster.
  • Brain Bleach: The narrator recommends you stop thinking about Godzilla in a french maid outfit after suggesting it.
  • Brainwashed and Crazy: Megatron, thanks to the Hands of Fate.
  • Call-Back: Megatron remarks that the outfit he's forced to wear is less embarrassing than the time he was a diagnostic droid, as showcased in the previous episode.
  • "Could Have Avoided This!" Plot: Sir should have probably mentioned this dangerous artifact during the inception of this team, as he and Finn note.
  • Curse Cut Short: Happens to Z-Squared at one point.
  • Dumb Muscle: This is what the Manos hands end up doing to Megatron, much to their detriment.
  • Enemy Mine: Godzilla and Gigan have one when fending off a possessed Megatron.
  • French Maid Outfit: Sir, for random reasons, has everyone (and we mean EVERYONE) dress up like this cleaning. There was no rejoicing.
  • Foreshadowing: Godzilla remarks he's been waiting for some action since Necrosan's appearance. He fights him in the next episode.
  • Grand Theft Me: Megatron is at the receiving end of this.
  • Grievous Harm with a Body: Manostron does this several times with Gigan and Godzilla. One particular moment is when he rips off one of Gigan's mandibles and stabs Godzilla's shoulder with it.
  • In Touch with His Feminine Side: Basil, wearing a french maid outfit, discovers he actually doesn't mind the outfit. Discord is this, even more so. Mr. Freeze notices.
  • Lemony Narrator: At one point, the disembodied voice calls Sir a prick.
  • Megaton Punch: One of Manostron's signature abilities.
  • Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Sir remarks that this could have been stopped if he told everyone about the device sooner. In a more broader example, it was Fluttershy's fault when she tried to dust under it, but who could blame her (or anyone, really?)?
  • Not So Stoic: The narrator, already a bit lemony, calls Sir a prick at one point.
  • Our Cryptids Are More Mysterious / Reality Is Unrealistic: Sir remarks that he had to get silk from Redwood Tree sized spiders in order to make the outfits. The location was Brazil. There are indeed reports of giant sized spiders there, but usually, they are the size of dogs.
  • Pet the Dog: Despite the embarrassing outfits, Sir pays them more to compensate. After the hands are freed, he allows everyone to take them off at last.
    • In the re-write, though, he has them take them off because the outfits were loaned. Still, it's the civility of it that counts.
  • Portmanteau: Manostron.
  • Sealed Evil in a Can: The role of the crystal. Doubles as a highly effective, if not limited, villain-beating artifact.
  • Smart People Know Latin: At least, this is what Sir seems to be getting at when he says he called the device 'The Punitor' (Latin for Punisher).
  • Take That!: The Bat-Nipples are mentioned unfavorably. Guess who takes offense?
