Ready? Sego!

  • Aliens Are Bastards: A Running Gag. Green Aliens teleport onto Earth and announce to the humans that the planet belongs to their leader Electrazon. When the humans prepare to fight back with bows, the Alien Commander pulls out a weapon with a literal name, each of which has various degrees of success.
    • First, in Death 13, the Commander pulls out his Dasyatic Ray Gun, which fires an actual Manta Ray. When the Commander sheepishly asks the humans to fatally slip on the fish, Norman shoots him.
    • In Death 23, the Alien uses a Class 2M Laser Gun, which actually works like a laser pointer. This actually works, as Brandon is then mauled by a bunch of cats. The Commander's victory is cut short when he is killed by another player for using cats as weapons.
    • In Death 36, the Commanders use an Unfractionated Plasma Gun, which squirts out a bunch of plasma (as in the liquid part of blood) onto the ground. When he asks if someone can touch it and contract a fatal blood-borne disease, FinnTheWinn cheerfully complies and dies via contracting Variant Cruetzfeldt-Jakob disease.
  • Awesome, but Impractical: The Kulbit Manuver Stu does in Death 42 is, admittedly, pretty awesome, but he still did it in a grocery cart whereas the Kulbit Manuver is usually done with planes.
  • Cool Plane: The A-10 Thunderbolt.
  • Mobile Shrubbery: Death 27 has a player killed by a sniper because he was checking out what he thought was a moss block.
  • Never Bring a Knife to a Gun Fight: The premise of Death 48. The next death exaggerates this: Bringing a Gun to a Death Star fight. The next and final death exaggerates this even more: Bringing a Death Star to a A-10 fight.
  • Oh, Crap!:
    • When Darth Vader bears witness to an A-10 Thunderbolt surviving the Death Star's main cannon, he starts hyperventilating and bolts toward the escape pods.
    • Great Grand Moff Tarkin gets a moment too when said A-10 blows a hole in the Death Star's reactor, causing him to say this piece of gold:
GG Moff Tarkin: "Tell the judge to take my ex-wife out of my will!"
  • Rocket Jump: A player tries to do this with fireworks to climb up a mountain in Death 3. It doesn't work.
  • Running Gag: A lot this episode.
    • SnakeTheJaik renaming rideable animals "Dinnerbone", turning them upside down and killing their rider.
    • Players getting into car crashes after driving past a sheep farm and falling asleep.
    • A player fueling a minecart with overpowered materials, first plutonium, then the power of imagination, and finally the power of Neoliberalism.
    • Aliens attacking Earth using advanced weapons that have very literal names.
    • Lot of deaths relating to fighter jets, more specifically A-10 Thunderbolts.
  • Shout-Out:
    • A couple to Ace Combat:
      • Death 21 has SnakeTheJaik make fun of Nagase. His jet is promptly shot down by "every Ace Combat player and a few H.A.W.X. players as well".
      • Death 22 has the "Mission Failed" message from Ace Combat 04, complete with "Requiem" playing in the background.
    • Death 6 features a Strider named Hiryu.
  • Self-Deprecation: Death 22 could count as one, since it borrows the same formula from Part 11's death 20 only with an Ace Combat premise.
  • Showy Invincible Hero: The A-10 at the end, which shrugs off everything the freaking Death Star can throw at it — all Played for Laughs, of course.
  • Stealth Pun: Death 13: The Dasyatic Ray Gun shoots out an actual stingray. The word "Dasyatic" is possibly derived from "Dasyatis", a genus of stingray.
  • Take That!:
  • Too Dumb to Live: Stu. After fourteen parts, can you really expect otherwise?
    • In Death 10, he eats a lightning rod during a thunderstorm, thinking it's a cheese stick.
    • Death 39: while burning, Snake tricks him into walking into soul fire, telling him it's "healing anti-fire".
    • Death 42: He tries to do a Kulbit Maneuver… in a grocery cart.
  • Troll: SnakeTheJaik is in top trolling form this episode. Throughout the video, he keeps renaming people's rideable mobs "Dinnerbone", turning them upside-down and killing the rider. He also tricks a burning Stu to jump into "anti-fire" (Nether soul fire) to heal. He does get some payback when Nickromancer's dragon burns him alive after being turned upside down, and later when a creeper blows him up while he's making more "Dinnerbone" nametags.
