account and currently in progress on the Deviantart The-Sanctuaire account. Many new characters (OCs) or coming from other fictions interact together.
The whole story began with the founding of a Sanctuary by Izmia Vesco for the Monster Girls, and the protection of the entire Multiverse. But several dark secrets and antagonists threaten Sanctuary and the Multiverse.

Tropes for the Sanctuaryverse:
- Adaptation Deviation: Most characters feature this, having their origins and/or stories altered from their canonical counterparts.
- Depending on the Writer: All characters introduced by someone other than Izmia, depending on whether they are used by the person who introduced them or by Izmia, exhibit this.
- Gender Bender: This happened to Izmia, the founder of Sanctuary, before it all started. It's also a very recurring theme in the Sanctuaryverse in general.
- Gratuitous French: Justified since the Sanctuary is located in France in Paris.
- Heroes "R" Us: The Sanctuary can be considered like this.
- Nebulous Evil Organisation: The Sanctuary's former enemy, The Collection, was an evil organization. There is still Umbrella and The Genesis Sect too, but also that of Agrippina the Younger.
- Retcon: The Sanctuaryverse has undergone a full Reboot to restart in the First Arc, while taking into account elements that were before the Reboot appeared in later Arcs.
- Secret-Keeper: While Imzia is forced to assume the identity of "Gudao" to escape arrest due to government corruption, several people know that "Gudao" is in fact really Izmia, but they keep it a secret.
