Drinking Game / Animal Mechanicals

General

  • Take a sip when something from the Island of the Week doesn't have an Alliterative Name (e.g: Cow Castle or Spider Sailors).
    • One more sip if something from the Island is based on a Pun (e.g: Mechana Skee Ball or Mechana Copycat)
  • Take a sip when all Animal Mechanicals cheer after Island Owl says "Very big mission today!".
  • Take a sip every time an Animal Mechanical reveals to know about the Island of the Week during Island Owl's speech.
  • Take a sip when an Animal Mechanical shows a bit of their regular behavior (e.g: Rex getting distracted by food or Komodo acting like a nerd) during Island Owl's speech.
  • Take a sip when someone says "Island Owl” during the mission.
  • Take a sip whenever there’s a Transformation Sequence.
  • Take a sip every time an A/M says “Nothing’s impossible for Animal Mechanicals!", “Animal Mechanicals never give up!" or any other similar maxim.
  • Take a sip every time an A/M says "[Name]! Making it happen!".
  • Take a sip every time an A/M says "I'm the Animal Mechanical for that job!", "Did someone say [special abbility]?" or "This is a job for..." before starting their Transformation Sequence.
  • Take a sip every time a rendition of the theme song plays in the background. For safety precautions, skip the Once per Episode sliding down sequence and the ending of every episode.
  • Take a sip when an inhabitant or object from the Island of the Week is in danger of falling off the latter.
    • One more sip if the inhabitant or object is in a different kind of danger (e.g: falling from a large height to the ground or crashing into something).
  • Take a sip when the And the Adventure Continues mission at the end of an episode involves the team having to repeat what they've already done.
  • Take two sips if the And The Adventures Continues mission has the team receiving a reward, be it food (more on that later) or a fun time on the Island of the Week.
  • Take three sips if there's no And The Adventures Continues mission.
  • Take a sip if "Mechana can we do it?" isn't said at the end of an episode.
  • Take a sip if there's a moment of End-of-Episode Silliness after the "We Animal Mechanical Can!" phrase. Good luck on Season 3.
  • Finish your drink if the number of A/Ms used in an episode isn't three.

Rex

  • Take a sip when he conforts a worried team member.
  • Take a sip anytime he applies a Let's Split Up, Gang!.
  • Take a sip when he gets distracted by food.
    • One more sip if, when distracted by that, he gets derpy eyes, enters Third-Person Person mode (e.g: “Rex wants cake!”), and/or slips into Broken Record mode regarding a certain food (e.g: “Maple Syrup! Maple Syrup! Maple Syrup!”).
  • Take three sips if the And The Adventure Continues mission revolves around him running away or hiding with a food reward given to the team.
  • Take a sip when he doesn’t say “Animal Mechanicals, mission accomplished!” and/or “Mechana can we do it?!” at the end of an episode.

Unicorn

  • Take a sip if she doesn’t say one of her catchphrases as an Animal Mechanical is using their power (i.e. “Strong like a titanium tyrannosaurus!”, “Handy dandy tool time!”, “Fast like a rocket!” and “Stretchy like a big rubber monkey!”).
  • Take a sip anytime she uses her magic horn.
  • Finish your drink if she's the one to declare "Mission Accomplished!" instead of Rex.

Komodo

  • Take a sip when the tool he uses is something you wouldn’t find in a toolbox; e.g: a tenis racket, a feather, a key, a glue gun and such.
  • Take a sip every time he shows nerdy behavior, like when he:
    • says "Question" before asking something to Island Owl.
    • uses long words.
    • finds something to be "Fascinating!" or "Curious!".
      • One more sip if he says "Fascinating creature!".
    • enters Mr. Exposition mode.
    • has an If My Calculations Are Correct (or "If I am correct") moment.
    • brags about his intelligence.
    • does a long calculation.
  • Take a sip every time he gets Circling Tools. In Season 3 this gag can happen up to six times an episode, so take precautions.
    • One more sip if he gets them without the intervention of Sasquatch. This counts the "Not now, Sasquatch!" Running Gag.
    • Two more sips if he gets them after Rex declares “Animal Mechanicals, mission accomplished!”.
  • Take two sips if he doesn't get any Circling Tools after getting knocked out.
  • Take a sip when he mentions he has a sensitive body part, like a stomach.
  • Take a sip every time he does a karate move or says a kiai (i.e. shouts like "Hi-yah!" or "Ee-yah!"). You might not want to do this when he's on Mechana Gizmo mode, though.
  • Finish your drink when he warns Sasquatch about something and doesn’t end up seeing the Circling Tools.
  • Take a sip every time he enters Sarcasm Mode in regards to Sasquatch.
    • One more sip if he looks at the camera while snarking at Sasquatch. Better schedule an appointment with your local hepatologist before entering Season 3.
  • Take a sip every time he isn't the one who leads a "We need someone that can stre-e-etch!" moment towards Sasquatch.
  • Take a sip if it takes him more than one hint (other than clearing his throat) to make Sasquatch remember his stretching power.
  • Take a sip when he gets a silly tool during his Transformation Sequence.
  • Finish your drink anytime the And The Adventure Continues mission involves him having to be rescued by the other Animal Mechanicals from one of his Butt-Monkey antics.
  • Finish your drink when, at the end of an episode, he uncomfortably starts off the "Mechana can...?" phrase after getting hurt by Sasquatch.
  • Take a sip every time he freaks out at the sound of a popping balloon in "Balloon Volcano Island".

Mouse

  • Take a sip if she goes "X? What's that?" during Island Owl's speech.
  • Take a sip whenever she says "Unicorn is the coolest!".
  • Take a sip if she has a Height Angst moment or is afraid of something.
  • Take a sip every time she giggles at something that's not Sasquatch forgetting about his stretching power.
  • Take a sip whenever she convinces another A/M to hold her hand.
    • Take two sips if Sasquatch convinces her to hold his hand.
  • Take a sip every time she translates an inhabitant of the Island of the Week.
    • Finish your drink if, at the end of an episode, she is the only one to say "We/You Animal Mechanical Can!" via translating a certain creature.
  • Take a sip if she uses her Super-Hearing.

Sasquatch

  • Take a sip every time he calls himself "The Mighty Sasquatch". This also counts his “Behold the Mighty Sasquatch!” and "The Mighty Sasquatch! Making it happen!" catchphrases.
    • One more sip if he refers to himself in the third person, but not in the form of "The Mighty Sasquatch".
  • Take a sip every time he acts stupidly or says something stupid.
  • Take two sips if he says "I knew that".
  • Take two sips if he isn't Oblivious to His Own Description when he needs to use his Mechana Stretchy ability.
  • Take two sips when "It's pounding time!".
  • Take a sip when he inadvertently suggests the correct solution of a problem.
    • One more sip if he blindly pretends that suggestion was intentional after another A/M points out he's right.
      • One more sip if the other A/M tells Sasquatch he's a genius or that he had a "brilliant" idea and Sasquatch pretends to be aware of that only to then ask why so.
  • Take a sip if he gets dizzy along with Komodo.
  • Take a sip if he accidentally derails the Mission of the Week.
    • Two more sips if more than one A/M ends up being required to solve that derailment.
  • Finish your drink if he doesn't go Glad I Thought of It or "Would now be a good time to tell you [insert whatever accident Komodo just had]?" while Komodo is having the Circling Tools.
  • Finish your drink anytime he's scared of something.
  • Take two sips if the And The Adventure Continues mission has the creatures of the Island of the Week inviting him to join them.
  • Take three sips if the And The Adventure Continues mission revolves around him doing something silly.

Island Owl

  • Take a sip when he says something with a tint of laughter.
    • One more sip if he playfully tells the A/M that they're in for a surprise in the Island of the Week.
  • Take a sip when he says "No one knows" and/or "It's a mystery".
