Raymond André Lucien Allemand, better known as Raymond Loyer (December 3, 1916 — September 3, 2004) was a French actor and voice actor.

He grew up in Morocco, and took up stage acting once he came back to France. Following his debut with the 1947 dub of Henry Fonda in Drums Along the Mohawk, he became one of the most prominent and prolific French voices for leading men of The Golden Age of Hollywood.

He dubbed the vast majority of John Wayne's roles from the 1948 dub of 1939's Allegheny Uprising to 1976's The Shootist (most of his Westerns, and Claude Bertrand did the few remaining films), as well as most of those of Charlton Heston. He also dubbed Robert Ryan from 1947 to 1973, Johnny Weissmuller's Tarzan from 1943 to 1948, as well as a few roles of Burt Lancaster, Gary Cooper, William Holden, Humphrey Bogart, Richard Widmark, Gregory Peck and Jack Palance.

On television, his best known dubbing role was Jock Ewing (Jim Davis) in Dallas.
