Martha Hyer (August 10, 1924 – May 31, 2014) was an American actress. Originally from Dallas, Texas, she was a contract player at RKO Pictures. While her Texas roots made her a natural for Westerns, she had an eclectic acting career, frequently projecting a glamour girl image. She was active as an actress for about 30 years following World War II.
Hyer was married twice, the second time to producer Hal B. Wallis.
