- Appetite Equals Health: His illness causes him to almost entirely lose his appetite.
- Delicate and Sickly: As a result of his illness, Rosemary becomes very weak and fragile.
- Friend to All Children: Babies, such as Hugtan and Elle-chan, love Rosemary for his soft skin and sweet scent.
- Stress Vomit: In the middle of the story, his worries about Yui going missing make him throw up out of stress.
