A japanese woman from the in-universe CereTech company that wields a katana possessed by the famous Shuten Douji from japanese myths.- Unholy Holy Sword: Her katana is a weapon that has the legendary oni Shuten Douji sealed inside. Chieko has to be careful when using it or otherwise the oni will control her mind.

- Medicate the Medium: When Evelyn was young her family sent her to an asylum due to her ability to see ghosts.

A woman working on the Erebus building and that unlocked psychic abilities during an alien invasion.- Power Floats: At the end of Slugs and Bugs: Invasion, Justine momentarelly unlocks the full might of her psychic powers and is able to float with them.

A nurse that obtained superpowers when The Giggler assaulted the hospital she was working on.- Final Girl: She was the only one that escaped from the hospital when The Giggler attacked it after discovering someone was working on an antidote to The Giggles.
- Girlish Pigtails: She has her hair tied in a pair of them, and is one of the nicest and most lacking in experience of the heroes of A.C.E.

A superhero who can manipulate time.- Hidden Agenda Hero: The reasons he gets Trixie pushed out of the roof of the hospital aren't known, and his profile specifies that he will sometimes disobey orders from A.C.E. due trying to preserve what he calls The eternal moment.

- The Paragon: He is one of the oldest superheroes, being around since World War II. Veteran is the founder of A.C.E., created at first to help other people with superpowers help humanity. His moto is "If there's a peaceful way to descalate a situation we do it, because it's the right thing to do", usually said when fighting crime.

A member of the B.D.A.- How the Mighty Have Fallen: A member of B.D.A. that has stopped numerous cults and killed many kinds of demons, and that after abandoning her companions while looking for Heloise Laveau, Catalina ends up losing the fight due to Ah Pwash's powers. This results in her transforming into a zombie at the service of the voodoo villainess.

- Unwanted Rescue: When Marley was young, she was saved from a Akamanian Demon by de B.D.A., even though she had actually summoned the creature and wanted to join the evil forces of the Outer Darkness.

A group of women ghost-hunters founded by Shiloh Hazeldine and Kaya Dabrezil. Almost all of the group ends up falling into the influence of the entity known as The Anax during a visit to the island of Ghost Nook in New York.- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Their desire to help put The Anax soul to rest and telling Evelyn to leave during the summoning ritual, ends up with most of them falling into his clutches.
