[[folder:Tre]]
!!@/{{Tre}}

Also known as TRL-24663, the Threadjumper. Tre's an android from a nebulous future, implied to be a freelancer for an organization in charge of spatiotemporal affairs. A master of the art of traveling between timelines, he crosses paths with the Troper crew on several occasions, usually making efforts to keep their timeline from collapsing in on itself in the background until a soda heist puts them directly in cahoots.

A hero in some versions of the universe
and lasers. First appeared on a wanted criminal in several others. But no matter which reality he’s in, he's friendly, playful and a bit of a badass.

Initially introduced in
[[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=14991197750A30186100&page=70#1739 page 70]], but (properly) debuted at the end of php?discussion=14991197750A30186100&page=53#comment-1318 Season 2.1, Episode 22]] with an appropriately meta cameo about the very idea of him cameo-ing. Would make sporadic, roughly once-a-season appearances before making his first full appearance in [[https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=14991197750A30186100&page=1838#comment-45948 Season 8, Episode 9]].

Added DiffLines:

* ActorAllusion: In general, TTS Tre bears a close resemblance to Tilt Fulton, Tre's character in the earlier Forum Games thread ''We Are All Space Mercenaries.''
* BlackAndNerdy: Inherits his player's penchant for technological enthusiasm and sci-fi novels.
* EarlyBirdCameo: Shows up in the thread ''four years'' before his first full appearance.
* HeroOfAnotherStory: Deliberately designed as one. We never get to fully know what he's up to outside the main narrative, because [[EnforcedTrope it's more fun that way.]]
* {{Retcon}}: Originally Tre's [[CommutingOnABus sporadic appearances]] were simply unconnected cameos from his player, but the ones immediately preceding his proper debut in Season 8 hinted at a deeper lore.
* RidiculouslyHumanRobot: Maintains an appearance and personality in line with an organic fellow, but completely mechanical.
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: Root beer.
