- Bones: Sailor Moon solves murder mysteries.
- The Boys: Leo Fitz and D.Va hook up while discovering "heroes" are flawed if not terrible: Emmet fatally ran over Fitz's girlfriend, Nate blackmailed D.Va into oral sex, Lara Croft is a jaded alcoholic, Kel is a pervert, and Captain Kirk is an all-around jerk. Deadpool, who blames the disappearance of his wife on Kirk, takes Fitz under his wing, and with the help of Ferdinand and Greg Focker they kill Kel and declare war on enhanced individuals. Later Padmé Amidala appears as a racist sociopath.
- Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Marceline should be careful, because her sister Jean Grey is a vampire slayer.
- Cake Boss: (Brazil) A show about Goku making cakes.
- Castle: Devon is a successful novelist who teams up with Detective Giselle.

- Chuck: Elizabeth Swann and Banzai protect Tyler, who learns some government secrets from Alan Garner. Tyler's ex is Cho Chang and his long-lost parents are Angel and Sarah Connor.
- Cobra Kai: Decades after being kicked in the face by Ferris Bueller, Mushu decides to reopen his old karate dojo. Unfortunately, this also brings back his old sensei, Rambo, who also returns Vietnam buddy Steve Martin into the fold.
- Cory in the House: (Brazil) Timmy Turner moves into the White House.
- CSI: Miami: Jack Bauer leads a team of investigators, which include Harley Quinn, Terry McGinnis, Little Lulu and Lightning McQueen.
- CSI: NY: Detectives Deadpool and Tom Keene work alongside Tanya Baxter, Pinky, Rochelle Rock and lab rat Buster Bunny. Kevin Levin was a coroner, but later on he joined the main team, with Doctor Selvig as the coroner. After Tanya and Rochelle leave, Supergirl and Claire Underwood join the team.
- Designated Survivor: A terrorist attack killes most of the American president's cabinet, which forces Mighty Eagle to become president.
- Different Strokes:
- (Nickelodeon) Freddie Benson and Ron Weasley live with their adopted father Missing Link and his daughter Juniper Lee.
- (SBT) X-23 and Ron are adopted by Norman Osborn.
- Dinosaurs: Megatron, Sarabi, Oz, Vicky, and Linka are a family of dinosaurs. Curiously, Megatron's best pal and workmate is Wheeljack.
- Doctor Who: Greggy C, the last of the Time Lords, travels through the spacetime continuum with his companions, such as the hot-headed redhead Chilindrina or medicine student Hannah Montana, faces Heisenberg, another, cannibalistic, ax-crazy Timelord, regenerates into Envy, an old man in a young one's body, and into the first Jack Bauer, a badass, tough-as-nails Scotsman with a soft side.
- Dollhouse: Goliath and Andromon break into a sinister underground fortress to rescue Izzy Fuentes and Agent K. Sue Sylvester is a lesbian resistance fighter.
- Drake & Josh: Oz and Larry are step-brothers. Oz's bratty sister is Yin.
- Everybody Hates Chris: Sam Winchester recalls his childhood, where his parents were Thor and María la del barrio.
- The Flash (1990): Mitch Leery got struck by lightning and became the Fastest Man Alive. Among his friends are Finn Hudson and Ally McBeal. One of his enemies is Axel Foley.
- The Flash (2014): Shawn got struck by lightning and became the Fastest Man Alive with the help of Detective Doug Heffernan and Robocop. Shawn's father is also the Flash.
- Freaks and Geeks: Fiona is friends with Gus, Jake Sully, Sue Ellen, and Brooklyn, while her brother Harold hangs with the very people her friends pick on, including Armadillomon.

- Game of Thrones:
- (Rio, seasons 1-5) In a crapsack Low Fantasy world, Darkseid is chosen by his king friend Wolverine to be his assistant, only to end up executed after Royal Brat Yang takes the throne. Darkseid's sons include proper girl Buttercup, tomboy Amara Namani, and the bastard Finn. Yang and the other sons of Wolverine were actually conceived by his wife Zulema with her twin brother Al Pacino. Also, the Genie is a dwarf, and the Gossip Girl is the Mother of Dragons.
- (São Paulo, seasons 6-8) Dragon lady Gabriella Montez turns out to be the aunt of the bastard Moriarty. Tomboy Sofia the First trains to be an assassin, and her sister Serena suffers a lot. Mugatu is the dwarf, while Thor and Admiral Holdo are his incestuous siblings.
- Glee:
- (Rio De Janeiro; all seasons) Foop recruits a high school choir group (including Clamantha, Ambiguously Gay dudes Ted Wiggins and Trent, Leshawna, Padme Amidala, the late Peter Petrelli, Master Tigress, Light Yagami, Near, Edith, Stephanie Tanner, and Billy Nolan). Carmen Sandiego, whose assistant is Cindy Vortex, becomes the principal later on in the show. Annie James/Hallie Parker, the school's counselor, eventually marries Foop later on in the series. The Chameleon is the school principal, and Don Ramon used to lead the glee club. Season four recruits new members: Prince Gumball, his real-life brother either Jim or Tim, transgender Cameron, Raven, and Lola. Nicole Watterson is Clamantha and Ted's dance instructor.
- In one episode, Carmen idolizes singer Charlene Doofenshmirtz. Additionally, in another episode, Captain Kirk rivals Foop. Annie/Hallie dated Sawyer for a while.

Meanwhile, Doflamingo arrives in town and teaches the kids to lead healthier lifestyles, and Shin tries to thwart their plans, but keeps failing.

- Mad About You:
