Azada Visitors

A group of Passengers who paid Azada a visit, whose names are now in a memorial.

These include Kid Cosmic, Merrick and Zen-Aku, Noodle, Francis York (Zach?) Morgan, Joey Wheeler, Rachel Amber, Jindrax and Toxica and Candelila.

     In General
  • Ambiguous Situation: Whether they're still on the Train, have returned home, or even died is unclear. Kid Cosmic, at the very least, is still on the Train, as he's seen working with Grace and Lucy to build a boat in the Cat's Carnival Car. Candelila, Jindrax and Toxica and Merrick and Zen-Aku have been on that Train for a while. Jindrax and Toxica are shown in the third act during Hazel's announcement. The Cat mentions that Rachel's gone and she has no idea what happened to York (Zach).
  • The Bus Came Back: The Cat brings Kid Cosmic, Candelila, Jindrax and Toxcia as a calvary for Specter to lead to fight Hazel.
  • Late-Arrival Spoiler: Titus spoils how Jindrax and Toxica had a Heel–Face Turn at the end of their series, that Candelila also defected from Deboth and the implications on how Zen-Aku is hanging around Merrick.
    • Lexi's entry on Francis Morgan is a big spoiler: York is the Imaginary Friend, not Zach, but Zach keeps seeing York as the one addressing him while everyone else just sees Zach talking to himself.
  • Retired Monster: Candelila and the Wild Force characters are on the Train were once evil (the only exception was Merrick as it was more Demonic Possession than just evil to begin with) and are on the Train on the path of redemption.

    Kid Cosmic
A young boy who fashions himself as a superhero, using a special ring to give him the power to fly.
  • Ambiguous Situation: He's been in the Train for a long time, predating even Chloe, so whether he thinks flight is his power or now knows it's telekinesis is unknown.
  • The Cameo: Appears in the third arc during Hazel's train announcement.
  • Flight: Naturally, though it's unclear if he still thinks this is his ring's power, if he's figured out it's actually telekinesis.
  • Innocently Insensitive: He tells Chloe how Hazel shattered Specter's brooch like "cheap glass", not knowing that Specter's a tsukumogami and that broach was what kept him alive.
  • Mind over Matter: His ring's actual power.
  • Mundane Utility: He uses his flight to help prepare a ride in the Cat's Carnival Car.

    Rachel Amber
The Queen Bee of Blackwell Academy.
  • Ambiguous Situation: At what point did the train pick Rachel up? Was it during the time between Before the Storm and the main game? Was it before her canonical death in the Dark Room? Does she have powers? Everything is a mystery. All that's known is that she's off the Train, according to The Cat.
  • Maybe Magic, Maybe Mundane: Again like in her series, it's unknown whether or not Rachel Amber was blessed with a special ability (in this case, the power over fire).
  • Mythology Gag: Lexi says that she's "hella mysterious" like how Rachel called this to Chloe (Price) in Before the Storm and where Chloe (Price) gets her "Hella" catchphrase from.

    Candelila
The former general of Deboth, Embodiment of Joy.
  • Cooldown Hug: Gives one to Chloe after Chloe learns how Specter is gone.
  • Foil: One to Amelia as both of them lost a man they loved but Candelila did not fall into the despair Amelia did to recreate her life with Nobuharu. Amelia is associated with grey and a black hoodie, Candelila is about bright colors like pink.
  • Interspecies Romance: She's one of the leaders of Deboss, but she fell in love with the human Nobuharu Udo.
  • Pink Girl, Blue Boy: She was associate with pinks and her love was Nobuharu Udo/Kyoryu Blue.
  • Pink Is Feminine: A bright pink cheery Deboth general and sole female.
  • Star-Crossed Lovers: Judging by how Titus mentions how Candelila was depressed over losing a human that she loved this is most likely a Candelila entering the train some time after Nobuharu Udo passed away. Then again, this was to be expected given the age gap.
  • Time Abyss: She's as old as the dinosaurs or perhaps even more.

Other Passengers

    Mana Academy Students
A group of four students from Mana Academy who stop Boscha from killing the Apex group that would eventually become Zenith Fantasy. While not named, they consist of Ryuko Matoi, Aya Asagiri, and Madoka Kaname and Homura Akemi.
  • Big Damn Heroes: They arrive just when Boscha's about to kill the Apex, and their numbers convince Boscha to call it a day and leave.
  • Small Role, Big Impact: They only appear at the tail end of Chapter 3, but if it wasn't for them, Zenith Fantasy would've never come to fruition.

    Mettaton
A passenger who is ready to dance for the right to wield Barbariccia's Winds.

    Louise
A passenger from another world who faces off against Lucy to earn Rubicante's Cloak.
  • 11th-Hour Superpower: She summons a Keyblade just as The Innocence runs to the group for safety, which she uses to kill her.
  • Abhorrent Admirer: She starts hitting on Simon once she sees him up close. Despite her winning personality, she fails to amuse him.
  • Action Girl: She's quick to enter the fray during the climax of The Cupid Bee Car.
  • Adaptational Dumbass: Louise was rather smart in her light novel, but in her, not only does she not think things through, but a blatantly obvious hint to her true nature flies completely over her head.
  • Adaptational Jerkass: Whole Louise was a short tempered girl, she was a Jerk with a Heart of Gold who could act like a decent human being every once in a while. In here, she's an outright Jerkass.
  • Agony of the Feet: Like Lucy, she's caught off-guard when Rubicante turns the floor of his section into burning coal, and removes their footwear. Unlike Lucy, she doesn't waste time trying to cheat the system with a bubble spell.
  • Asshole Victim: After she kills The Innocence to spite everyone who was trying to protect her, she gets stung by the Cupid Bee, falls in love with Lionheart and gets burned alive. Considering what a bitch she was, no one pities her.
  • Bad Job, Worse Uniform: While working at the cantina Zenith Fantasy go to in the Spelling Bee Car, she wears a hat with a coffee cup on top.
  • The Bus Came Back: After being last seen in The Archfiends Car in Act 1, she returns in The Spelling Bee Car during Act 2, first working at a cantina, then as the Red Lotus Trio's extra member during the titular spelling bee.
  • Cheaters Never Prosper: Rather than go through Rubicante's trial as intended, she summons a bubble to skip the burning coal. So naturally, Lucy gets the cloak instead.
  • The Corrupter: She's apparently the one responsible for corrupting Apex Fantasy into becoming a Renegade Splinter Faction.
  • Cutting the Knot: Instead of risking burning her feet, she uses a Magic wand to summon a bubble and head straight to the pedestal where the Cloak is held. Needless to say, Rubicante is quick to react.
  • Didn't Think This Through: It appears to escape her mind that not going through Rubicante's trial as intended would anger him.
  • Eviler than Thou: More sadistic and corrupting than Grace, more of a bitch than Sara Dikatlyis, has little to no empathy like Boscha does...
  • The Friend Nobody Likes: She joins the Red Lotus Trio during the spelling bee, but her arrogance quickly alienates her from them. Not that she notices.
  • Getting Eaten Is Harmless: Lionheart ends up eating her when she angers her too much, with the fires inside her being kind enough to avert this trope for Louise.
  • Hated by All: An arrogant elitist with a horribly unbearable personality who ends up killing the most innocent character in the Cupid Bee Car saga out of sheer paranoia.
  • Karmic Death: After killing The Innocence, who embodies Boscha's purity, she gets swallowed and digested by Lionheart, who represents her survival instincts.
  • Kill It with Fire: She gets killed when she gets swallowed by Lionheart after being stung by the Cupid Bee.
  • Know When to Fold 'Em: When Lionheart arrives, she lets The Innocence go... Or did she?
  • Meaningless Villain Victory: She succeeds in killing The Innocence, but her victory is short lived since the Cupid Bee stings her, makes her fall in love with Lionheart, and she ends up being eaten by her as a result.
  • Motive Decay: Her original goal was to obtain a familiar, something which she felt she could do with the Cloak of Rubicante. After meeting The Innocence, however, her goal quickly devolves into killing her, which she eventually manages to do with short-lived success.
  • No Body Left Behind: After Lionheart eats her, the fires of her body quickly devour Louise, leaving nothing behind.
  • Obliviously Evil: She's completely ignorant of the reason why killing The Innocence might be such a bad idea.
  • Overly Long Name: She introduces herself with her full name, and Lucy's quick to call out how pompous it sounds.
  • Oblivious to Hints: Despite Nico's hint being as blatant as it gets, to the point Louise herself lampshades it, she doesn't get that her real magic talent lies in Void magic.
  • Redheads Are Uncool: She's a pink-haired girl whose mean-spiritedness causes everybody to see her as annoying at best, a pest at worst. Even the Red Lotus Trio can't stand her.
  • Rose-Haired Sweetie: Averted. She has pink hair, but she's a colossal Jerkass.
  • Shadow Archetype: Serves as this to both Boscha and Chloe, being a Small Name, Big Ego girl who doesn't have either the power (Boscha) or reputation (Chloe) to match her boasts and murders a child out of pure spite.
  • Sixth Ranger: Joins the Red Lotus Trio against Zenith Fantasy during the spelling bee. Needless to say, she doesn't endear her to them.
  • Sore Loser: She doesn't take it well when Lucy snatches the Cloak away from her, especially when Rubicante further states that Lucy won it fair and square.
  • Unknown Rival: She considers Lucy one of the biggest thorns on her side ever since the trial at the Archfiends Car. Lucy, for her part, mostly sees her as an annoyance.
  • Walking Spoiler: It's hard to talk about her without spoiling that she's the reason Apex Fantasy became a Renegade Splinter Faction and how she ends up killing The Innocence.
  • We Will Meet Again: Tells this to Lucy as the girl is teleported out of the room. Which they eventually do in Act 2.
  • Would Hurt a Child: She successfully kills The Innocence with a Keyblade.

    Peacock
A passenger from an unknown world that Chloe trains under after obtaining the Mahamayuri Train.
  • 13 Is Unlucky: Her number is 1313, with both thirteens appearing on her eyes due to her robotic limbs. She also tells Goh that Chloe is her 13th person she's been a mentor to.
  • Action Girl: She's one of the many fighters who go against Bort in the Cupid Bee Car saga's climax. And then she joins the fray during The Azada Car, during Chloe's rampage.
  • Adaptational Nice Guy: Peacock in Skullgirls canon is a tried and true lunatic who operates in cartoon logic and is more than happy to blow someone's brains out if they look at her funny. This Peacock is at least capable of acting civil and is chill for the most part, though she still functions like a Heroic Comedic Sociopath at times.
  • Adaptation Personality Change: Notably more chill than her canon self, though this only helps contrast with her comedic sociopathy more.
  • Adaptational Skill: In Skullgirls canon, there's no indication Peacock can do anything besides be a remorseless killing machine that looks like a 20s cartoon. In here, she can cook, with her pancakes being so good that Atticus expresses a desire to sell them on Corginia.
  • Artificial Limbs: Her arms are mechanical, so her number doesn't appear on her palms, but on her eyes.
  • Beam Spam: Like in canon, hers is "Argus Agony".
  • Boom, Headshot!: Gives one of these to Lexi to shut him up; thankfully all it does is revert him to his book form.
    • This is also how she destroys the Skull Heart, shooting it straight through the face until it cracks apart.
  • Brutal Honesty: She does not mince words about how Chloe has a huge problem in listening to others, which is why she didn't bring up about what was going on in Vermillion City until much later....or the fact that Goh is also on the Train too.
  • The Chooser of the One: She chooses to confide in Goh about the Skull Heart replica on the Train, since she can't trust Chloe with the knowledge due to the way the Skull Heart works. Not that it matters since she destroys the Skull Heart so Specter can't take it.
  • Exotic Eye Designs: Doesn't get more exotic than having her number inside her eyes.
  • Friendly Sniper: Puts a sniper rifle to good use during a transformed Chloe's rampage, slowly breaking apart her Mahamayuri Train with several well placed shots.
  • Good Smoking, Evil Smoking: She's smoking a cigarette at the start of Act 2. Of course, this being Peacock, it's hard to tell if this is good, bad, or something else.
  • Hidden Depths: She can make delicious pancakes, as Atticus can attest.
  • Jerkass Has a Point: She's rather mean about it, but she's not wrong when she claims that Chloe's refusal to finish her training and listen before leaping made her unwilling to trust her again.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: She's only a little less crass and rude than her canon self, but she's much more willing to help the side of good. Case in point: she shoots Specter in the hand to prevent him from giving the Skull Heart to Chloe.
  • Macguffin Guardian: She's been selected to keep the Train's Skull Heart replica in peace, with her then getting Goh to join the fray as an extra set of helping hands.
  • Minor Living Alone: Until the Red Lotus Trio came along, she was seemingly living alone in the Train. Then it's revealed she's been keeping Goh with her for a while...
  • The Mentor: Becomes one to Chloe in order to help her learn to use her Mahamayuri Train. Not like Chloe is willing to listen when she decides to barrel through a brawl between Zenith Fantasy and Ruby Sulfur Trio. She later returns in the beginning of Act 2.
  • No Badass to His Valet: The Red Lotus Trio are a famous group in the Infinity Train, to the point their name is copyrighted. Peacock doesn't hold any of them on a pedestal, and is more than willing to call them out on their mistakes.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business: Peacock is, according to the narration, energetic, silly, and often speaks with a big voice. So when she adopts a serious, quieter tone of voice while speaking with Chloe, you know something is serious.
  • Peacock Girl: The weapons on her back look like peacock feathers and, oh yeah, her name is Peacock.
  • Quirky Girl, Quirky Tux: Ditches her dress for an orange tuxedo for the Cupid Bee Car.
  • Sink or Swim Mentor: When Chloe decides to face both the Ruby Sulphur Trio and Zenith Fantasy together, Peacock doesn't even try to stop her, instead walking out of the Car while musing how she'll make a fool of herself. When she learns that Chloe successfully destroyed Boscha, all she notes that it's time to make the training even harder.
  • Sour Mentor: Becomes this to Chloe after she refuses to listen to her to attack Zenith Fantasy and the Ruby Sulphur Trio at once.
  • Spanner in the Works: Her presence in The Azada Car not only stops Specter from snatching the Skull Heart, but also destroy the Mahamayuri Train, weakening the transformed Chloe further.
  • Supreme Chef: The pancakes she makes are noted to be quite delicious.
  • Tranquil Fury: She's in a very bad mood when Lexi and Chloe wake her up, to the point that she drops her usual tone and starts speaking seriously.
    • She's also in a pretty bad mood when she confronts Specter, who's in the middle of stealing the Skull Heart.
  • What the Hell, Hero?: She initially gets called out by Chloe and Lexi for not telling them about the news regarding Vermillion City's state, only for her to then call Chloe out for not only acting like she didn't ask for this to happen when she told her not to bring up Vermillion City again, but also for thinking Peacock would put her trust on her again after she ditched their training to go fight the Ruby Sulphur Trio and Zenith Fantasy without making sure she's ready first.
  • You're Just Jealous: This is what she tells Chloe after the redhead takes her away just as she began dancing with Goh.
  • You Have GOT to Be Kidding Me!: This is more or less how she carries herself when Chloe and Lexi call her out on keeping secrets regarding what's happening at Vermillion City.

    Joey Wheeler
A former passenger whom Lexi encountered as per Word of God.
  • Adaptational Angst Upgrade: Given that he had to be at a low point to get on the Train.
  • Hero of Another Story: What he got up to on the Train and meeting up with Lexi is a story to tell. In Melancholy Afterlife, his portrait is hanging on the wall of Azada.

    Nico Yazawa
A Passenger from Otonokizaka High who serves as the judge of the Spelling Bee Car.
  • Aloof Dark-Haired Girl: She's got raven hair, and while she acts cheerful at first, it doesn't take long before she reveals her colder nature.
  • Deadpan Snarker: Needless to say, she's not impressed when Chloe fails her first word.

    Goh
Chloe's childhood friend and a research fellow in the Sakuragi Institute.
  • Action Dress Rip: He rips a part of his dress to blindfold Bort with during the climax of The Cupid Bee Car. (Don't ask why he's wearing one).
  • Adaptational Angst Upgrade: Played With. He gets on the Train much sooner than in Blossoming Trail, but his mental state is much saner compared to that.
  • Adaptational Badass: He actually gets to do pretty decent well in fights, when his BT self was a Non-Action Guy.
  • Adaptational Intelligence: Has an easier time reading the room than his canon self. Subverted in the prequel; Goh didn't realize until it was too late that telling Ash "My friend is no longer into Pokémon" was a very, very dumb choice on his part.
  • Adaptation Personality Change: He's much more interested in Chloe's life now and shows visible concern that his friend is missing. Justified in this case since his ignorance and rush to go to the Alola region meant he wasn't there on a very important day for Chloe.
  • Adaptation Relationship Overhaul: He and Chloe didn't see eye-to-eye in Blossoming Trail, and both were rather unhelpful in trying to maintain it. In here, Goh's at least nice enough to be concerned when Chloe goes missing.
  • Cerebus Retcon: In Blossoming Trail, Goh thought Chloe was a Damsel in Distress who couldn't take care of herself. In here, while he still thinks that, it's because of the trauma of the fact that Chloe once fought a pack of Spearows without a Pokémon by her side while he was on a tropical vacation (and having ignored her request to be with her).
  • A Rare Sentence: When Peacock takes him to see the Skull Heart and he remarks he's not used to walking across streets filled with skulls.
  • Failed a Spot Check: Fails to catch on to the fact that Chloe wanted to talk to him before he and Ash went to Alola. But then again, Chloe did arrive right before they left...
  • Fatal Flaw: Ignorance; he didn't wait to listen to Chloe about wanting to go on an expedition and left without her finishing. Moreover, him not knowing anything about Chloe except her disinterest in Pokémon meant that Ash didn't know how to reach out to her.
  • Giver of Lame Names: He names his Snake/Rabbit Miraculous form "Serpentime" which he gives after stammering around it (in comparison, Chloe immediately names herself "Specter Moth")
  • Innocently Insensitive: Telling Ash that all you know about your friend is that she's not into Pokémon anymore is the worst thing to say about her, as it looks like you don't care about them in the first place.
  • It's All My Fault: He wasn't there for Chloe on the day of the Spearow Incident, as he had just returned from his Alola Trip with Ash, and blames himself for not protecting her. Moreover, it's because he didn't stop to listen to her requests that she got into this state. He also would've given up his ticket to the Alola region if he knew that the Professor never bought one for Chloe. It gets to the point that he's also on the Infinity Train.
  • Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Would it have killed you to listen to Chloe's requests for five seconds? Or tell Ash something other than how Chloe just isn't into Pokémon? Of course, that's assuming Goh could tell him anything else, given how secretive Chloe is.
  • No Listening Skills: In his rush to go to the Alola Region, he blissfully ignored Chloe's request to go on an expedition with her. This meant that he wasn't there when she was attacked by Spearows and gets the brunt of her anger and grief.
  • Oblivious to Love: Is completely unaware that Peacock crushes on him. Justified in that he's only 10 and he's known in canon not to get hints.
  • Poor Communication Kills: Didn't tell Chloe about the Alola Trip until the last minute, dismisses her requests to get a Pokémon, and told Ash the worst thing you could say about someone who gets hit with Double Standard all the time. Whoops.
    • When Chloe asks why he never attempted to call her for so long (read: six months). Goh explains he couldn't cause his phone got taken away multiple times and then Daiki threw it to the ground, shattering it.
  • The Power of Friendship: Goh deciding to fighting alongside Chloe against Hazel cements their bond and helps drop their numbers down to 0.
  • Rule of Symbolism: His number is 150 which is the amount of Pokémon in the Kanto region, barring Mew.
  • Secret-Keeper: Peacock gives him the job of keeping the Skull Heart's existence a secret, since Chloe learning about it could be catastrophic.
  • The Only One I Trust: Since Chloe did such a poor job of proving herself trustworthy to Peacock, coupled with the Skull Heart's specific powers, Goh's left as the only person she can trust to keep its existence a secret.
  • What the Hell, Hero?: Chloe is pissed at him for not only ignoring her all the time, but telling Ash that the only thing the Pallet Town trainer knows of Chloe is that she's not a Pokémon lover. Of course, she did arrive at a bad time, and she's so secretive he wouldn't know anything else, but it's not like that has anything to do with anything, right?
    • She then questions him when he gets on the Train why he never bothered to call her. He's quick to answer and tell her that its because Daiki broke his phone before he could contact her.
  • Wholesome Crossdresser: He, for some reason, wears a dress to the Cupid Bee Car Ball.

    Jasper
A Passenger from Beach City who currently resides at the Anime Training Arc Car.
  • The Cameo: She appears during Hazel's announcement in the final act.
  • Chekhov's Gunman: Her statue was briefly glimpsed at during The Astral Car, and she eventually appears in full during The Azada Car saga.

    Wang Fu
A Passenger from Paris who's the current guardian of the Miraculous. His trip on the Train is the reason the Miraculous exist on the Train.
  • The Ghost: He's nowhere to be found by the time the story takes place, with the Train copying the Miraculous to remember him.
  • Small Role, Big Impact: He was only another Passenger in the grand scheme of things, but his trip resulted in the Train copying the Miraculous, which play a big role in Act 2.
