Johnny's younger brother, and member of the Super Gaming Brothers, Elliot briefly joined the Comms for a couple of playthroughs before eventually fading into obscurity... that is, if the others would stop mocking him over his epic fails in the SGB Let's Plays. Poor Elliot just can't catch a break.

Former member of Hellfire Commentaries, FTA is the owner of the Find the Computer Room website, who knowingly mooches off of the Brain Scratch Crew for publicity... not that anyone really cares. Gareth is British/English, which obviously means that he gets the ridiculously inaccurate stereotypes of British people applied to him by Americans. Also the winner of the Brain Scratch Quotes 'Best BSC Guest' twitter poll.

He has withdrawn from social media in early 2020 for personal reasons.

(One of) The Super Gaming Bros.
Johnny's best friend and fellow member of The Super Gaming Brothers, Johnny called Matt into the Comms because "Why the fuck not?". Unlike the other members who contribute useful information to the game in question, Matthew prefers to troll and crack dick jokes (to his credit, though, he is highly knowledgable on the games he commentates over, whether on BSC or The Super Gaming Bros).

Amanda is the first female commentator of the group. She joined the group after making several forms of BSC fanart, which the guys accepted with pleasure. Despite initial and (unfortunately) ongoing fan backlash, she remains positive and carefree during most of her commentaries. She has most definitely improved her attitude as she has settled in and appeared on more BSC content, despite the polarizing opinions on her.

  • Butt-Monkey: Most of his commentary in the Opening Days of Mario Kart 8 is him pointing out how he got hit with every item imaginable.
    • Even in Smash Brothers, the bad luck of Mario Kart looks down on him; the first item to spawn in his first match is a Blue Shell, and guess who it targets...
  • Guest-Star Party Member
  • Never My Fault: Just remember, nothing bad Donnie does is ever his fault (Or so he claims), whether it's reading questionable comments in the Twitch / Youtube Gaming chat just because they're there or getting Johnny to show off an NSFW fanfiction (That he was well aware of) during the 2015 Sonic Hacking Contest.
  • The Quiet One: At times. Thus, the Running Gag is the occasional joke of "Hey, Donnie's here!", by some people when he does get to talk.
    • Of course, when he does get to speak, he's usually just told to shut up anyway.
  • Remember the New Guy?: Averted in his first appearance, where at least once every half-hour in the livestream, someone in the comments would ask who the "bottom-left guy" was.
    • He also seems to believe that since he was never featured in an actual commentary yet, this trope's aversion is justified.

    Chuggaaconroy (Emile Rosales-Birou)

That's right. The Chuggaaconroy. Apparently he was a fan of BSC and wanted to commentate with the others, and Johnny agreed. The main four met up with him at MomoCon and they decided to record some games live with him, and the rest is history.

The second female to join the group, MasaeAnela is a Let's Player who's done collaborations with several channels for shits and giggles alone; most prominently The Runaway Guys. After first appearing in the Pokémon X and Y Livestream, she's appeared in other livestreams and videos with the BrainScratch crew since.

A former member of GameXplain and co-founder of Good Vibes Gaming. The synergy with BSC began when Derrick messaged Ted on Twitter and asked him if he wanted to do a Pokémon OR/AS discussion with them; Ted accepted. Afterwards, they kept in touch and became pals.

  • My Nayme Is: Is it Catherine, Katherine or even Qatherine? Who knows? I sure don't. But she wouldn't tell you anyway.
    • Recently her name has been spelled as Qatherine, so that might be the correct spelling.

    S0LV0 (Sylvia "Sol") 

What happens when you let a catgirl escape the internet? You get S0LV0. S0LV0 is a music artist that has composed music for Johnny's review channel. She has been referenced in a couple of BSC Smash streams before finally making her appearance on-stream, making it the most lewd BSC stream to-date. Since then Johnny has been promoting her work, ultimately making a cameo on one of her donation streams. Due to several incidents that are best discussed elseswhere, she has since retired from social media.

    The FTCR Crew 

The lovely people of Find The Computer Room.com (which doesn't exist yet), who have collaborated with the members of BSC on many of projects, including the Nintendothon, before being challenged to a VS match at Momocon. Trouble was, they didn't get to pick the game. Along with their (now former) leader FastestThingAlive who has a dedicated entry, there's the "sidekick" MykonosFan, who was secretly ecstatic to be in a BSC video as they inspired him to do YouTube videos, the lovable MexiricanBassMonkey, resident NOT JonTron, TronJon, and of course, internet celebrity Smoovies.

MykonosFan, Smoovies, MBM, & TJ have so far appeared and taken part in:

  • Ascended Fanboy: MykonosFan. He's been watching since the beginning, dammit!
  • Never Gets Drunk: The gang was completely drunk through both tournaments, except for MBM.
  • Only Known by Their Nickname: Smoovies' original username was just SonicMovies, but now is only ever referred to as simply Smoovies. This also works for TJ.
  • Sentimental Drunk: Even when intoxicated, MykonosFan ends up being the calmest man in the room.
