Old Magnificent Bastard thread

Welcome to the Magnificent Bastard proposal thread! This is the thread where new Magnificent Bastard examples are vetted, approved, and written up. If you're looking for the general cleanup thread (for cuts, rewrites, expansions, and the like), please go here

Important: Before suggesting any new examples, please read the Frequently Asked Questions and Common Requests List; if you have any questions, the odds are high they are answered there. Additionally, please check here for the earliest date a work can be discussed (usually two weeks from the U.S. release date) and whether the work has already been reserved by another user.

Here is how the process works:

    Process

  1. If you have a candidate to propose, you can simply come right in and propose them! If the character's run is brief, such as a single issue of a comic book, then a simple summary of their actions and any potential mitigating features will be enough; for longer-running candidates, an effortpost (EP) might be helpful for organizing the proposal. An EP is not outright required, but please be mindful that if a post becomes too clunky and unorganized, it can be very hard for other people to follow.

  2. After the proposal, there will be a 72-hour discussion and voting period, where people may ask questions and vote on the candidate. The number of upvotes must outnumber the downvotes by at least five for the character to be considered "approved".

  3. Three days after the proposal has been made, if the character has been approved, you may post the writeup (the text to be posted on the trope page itself) on the thread and send it to the drafts page. Your candidate will soon be added to the MB subpage. If the work has a page, you should add your candidate to the relevant YMMV page. Voila! It's that simple!

Outside of this process, we do have a few ground rules:

    Ground Rules

  1. To keep the thread moving at a reasonable pace, there are some restrictions on when a proposal can be made. There should only be a maximum of four EPs posted both per page and per hour to ensure that nothing gets lost in the shuffle; additionally, each individual troper should only be proposing or writing up characters from a maximum of three works at a time (from initial proposals to end of their voting period). If your proposal would fall outside of either of these guidelines, we'd like to ask you to please wait until they would fit within; feel free to type them up on an outside document, and then when the time comes, you can just copy, paste, and post!

  2. No plagiarism of any kind. This is a very serious matter site-wide, as the website could get in actual legal trouble over this; as a result, this can very quickly lead to mod intervention. This can take many different forms:
    1. Direct plagiarism, i.e. wholesale copying. This is not only the easiest to find, but is also the most likely to warrant quick moderator intervention. To be clear, quoting in some places is perfectly acceptable, but it has to be very clear you're quoting from something else and it cannot be anything longer than a sentence or two - if you're quoting an entire work summary from Wikipedia, no one is going to believe you've actually consumed the work, so even if you cite your source, your candidate will be downvoted anyway.
    2. Self-plagiarism. Even if you can prove that you wrote the same text in both places, the site itself can't contain any of the duplicated text. If you already wrote something once before, it's not too hard to write it a second time.
    3. Using another site's work as a template for a proposal. Just because you don't copy and paste something directly doesn't mean it's any harder to detect if you're basing parts or all of your proposal on text someone else wrote. To be clear, this doesn't violate site rules and won't lead to mod intervention, but just like if you directly plagiarize, no one will believe you've consumed the work if you're clearly basing your proposal on something else. This thread largely operates on the honor system, and tweaking someone else's work to pass it off as your own is one of the fastest ways to lose trust.

  3. Votes must be for specific candidates, meaning no blanket voting (i.e. "yes to everyone I missed").

  4. If you are the first person to downvote a candidate, please provide an explanation of why when you do so. We're here for discussions above all, and a hit-and-run downvote doesn't facilitate anything.

  5. If a work is already reserved by another user, please don't comment on the work or any potential characters worth discussion before the discussion date. We know how exciting it is when a work has a keeper that you're waiting to talk about, but it's not fair to the person who reserved the work who is just as excited to lead the discussion to see the discussion getting spoiled before they get to do it. On the other hand, if the reservation only has one name attached, shoot them a PM - they may be down for a collaboration, which will get you in on the fun as well!

  6. Please keep the thread on-topic. While discussing the trope is fun and we encourage people to enjoy it, questions like "who's your favorite MB" are off-topic and can lead to thumps. That's the kind of question to take to people's PMs if they're willing. Similarly, while we encourage friendliness and familiarity with other users, posts should always have some kind of thread-relevant purpose; for instance, if you want to wish someone a happy birthday, feel free to, but if it's the only thing in the post, it's off-topic and needs something else alongside it. Again, though, while we strive for a friendly atmosphere, this is not Facebook; life updates are fun, but unless they have some kind of impact on your thread participation, please do not bring it here - we have Yack Fest for that.

  7. Please refrain from asking anything along the lines of "How Did We Miss This One?" In almost every case, the answer is simply "No one thought about it before". This Is a Wiki where everyone has different interests, and the fact that people missed a particular candidate, even one that seems like a textbook example of a trope or a character who is particularly iconic in pop culture, means absolutely nothing. The question is disruptive, has a simple and consistent answer, and provides nothing to any discussion.

  8. If you are suspended from other parts of the website, it is still possible to participate!
    1. For users who are suspended from editing the wiki, you still have full access to this thread. You can propose candidates and write them up with no issues whatsoever; while you will have to ask someone else to post the entry to the relevant pages once it is done, all write-ups are considered thread-approved - as in, done by consensus - and thus doing so does not violate any rules regarding meatpuppeting.
    2. If you are suspended from the forums, your participation is limited but not impossible. It is still possible for a forum-suspended user to assist in creating the write-up for a character who has already been approved; as previously mentioned, write-ups are inherently considered a consensus-based edit and thus not tied to any one particular user. However, you can not assist in the proposal of a character; as a proposal is based around the forum rather than the wiki, doing so with a forum suspension qualifies as meatpuppeting.

  9. Please keep all discussions "in-house".
    1. What other wikis use for MB equivalents is irrelevant here.
    2. Please be wary of using other wikis, Fandom or otherwise, as sources of information. They are just as fallible as a site like Wikipedia in regards to accuracy because they can be edited by any user, just as this site can.
    3. Do not attempt to force a communication with an author in an attempt to gather evidence or settle a debate; besides the fact that this is a YMMV trope and thus author intent has variable weight depending on the circumstance, doing so may cross the line into drama exportation, which is prohibited site-wide.

If you would like to use an EP for your candidate, here's the general format. This format does not have to be followed exactly, but these are the main topics that need to be covered:

    Effortpost Template

What is the work?

This is a brief summary of the work you're going to discuss. We don't need a full plot summary here, just however much we need to understand going into the discussion — it can even be as simple as quoting the summary on the work's page.

Who is the candidate and what have they done?

This is essentially the character's biography — who they are, their story, their goals and methodology, and, preferably (though not required), what happens to the candidate at the end. It does not have to include every single thing they ever do — for some characters, we'd be here all day if that was the case — but it should include the highlights of their journey.

How are they Magnificent?

This is the point where you highlight the character's brilliance. How to they convey their intelligence and charm to the audience? What makes them stand out among the crowd? What are their goals and how do they go about accomplishing them? This part welcomes a lot of creative thinking — not everyone has to be a Machiavellian Diabolical Mastermind to be worth considering here! This is also the time to showcase how the character can think on their feet if it's necessary.

How are they a Bastard? How are they not too bad?

What kinds of moral lines is this character willing to cross for the sake of their goal? Are they willing to let innocents die? Start wars? Commit crimes? The character has to show some kind of unscrupulousness in order to count as a "Bastard". Notably, this character does not necessarily have to be the villain, and an Anti-Hero can cross the line if they're immoral enough, but they have to be immoral somehow.

This is also the section where you then state your case for why they're not too bad. Perhaps their good intentions help mitigate their crimes. Perhaps others are shown to be much worse than them. Perhaps they're prone to Pet the Dog moments or are even fighting on behalf of loved ones. Whatever the case, there are certain lines that an MB can't cross, but as long as their villainy is reasonable for their goal, they can be considered.

Final verdict?

This is where you post your final conclusion on the character in question. You can continue elaborating on your reasons or even just say a simple "yes" or "no"; at this point, we've heard everything we need to hear.

And that's everything you need to know. Welcome to the thread!

Here’s another Walking Dead Candidate for tonight, as I’ve got plans for a good chunk of them. This is from Tales of the Walking Dead

Who is Evie? What Does She Do?

Evie, the co-protagonist of the episode “Joe & Evie” is shown to be a cheery, capable, cunning and surprisingly hopeful survivor of the apocalypse. Before the outbreak, Evie is a hippie girl who studies on weed and crystals and also worked at an animal shelter, who separated from her husband, Steven during a big argument. When the outbreak hit, Evie is in a cabin near Hamilton, where she sets up intricate traps to kill walkers as well as making road traps to stop any survivors so she can steal their ride, planning on going back to her old house to find if her husband is alive before going to her friends’ organic farm for refuge.

Evie introduced when Joe is driving through her area, his motorcycle caught on a speed trap and Joe getting stuck in a net with bells, attracting her and a nearby Walker, which she then sneaks up on and kills. She proceeds to tie up Joe as she nicely, yet bluntly, tells Joe she has to steal his motorcycle, and when Joe informs her that the motorcycle has a kill switch, she decides to have Joe drive her to where she needs to go.

The two bond as the travel across state lines, sharing their stories as the take down walkers and laugh, and Eveie managing to pinpoint the exact location of where Sandra (Joe’ friend) is. until one day the two have their motorcycle stolen by a theif while they were distracted for a moment, and left behind a goat. The two get into an argument over their situation and leave to their own separate ways. Evie, with her goat Skipper, finds her old home and sees that despite being nowhere to be seen, Steven, through his paintings, still loved Evie.

Feeling closure, she goes back to try and find Joe, making it to Sandra’s cabin, the ladder of whom is revealed to be a crazy serial killer who drugged Joe and has him tied up as he plans to do so to Evie. Being lured into the bunker, Sandra gets Evie to eat the brownie and is prepared to kill he, until Evie reveals taht she knew she was lying, pointing out how shady giving someone food without asking is and reveals she gained an immunity to weed brownies. She manages to put up a fight with Sandra he manages to free Joe, the two work together in killing Sandra before fleeing with Skipper. The two, their friendship reformed again, and deciding to move on and start a new life together.

Is She Magnificent?

Surprisingly so. Evie is shown to be capable, resourceful, and intelligent woman, making expert traps against walkers and people as well as a capable fighter at taking down Walkers, and finding out where Sandra’s exact location is. She really shines when meeting Sandra, immediately seeing through her mask and knowing the taste of the weed brownie before putting up a good fight against her and saving Joe. Despite her accidentally letting Joe’s motorcycle stolen, this was a genuine mistake and she fixes it after saving Joe and promising to make it up to him.

Is She a Bitch?

While she isn’t the most morally dubious character, Evie was planning on robbing any survivors, including Joe of their ride and planned to leave Joe tied up, so I think she passes this part, and it’s clear she’s not too much of one, considering her laidback nature and not being a jerk about it.

Verdict?

Yes to

Keep Fighting. Keep Loving.

[tup] Woozie.

With the addition of him, it looks like Grand Theft Auto will get a total of 8 entries so far. I'll create the page if I have time.

Also, if anyone doesn't mind, I'm launching the MB page for Evangelion tonight.

Sure to Evie. The MB candidates for the Walking Dead are easier to swallow than overloading on CM.

I'll agree to wait on Shiryu until his foreshadowed final fight with Zoro. I do 100% think Lucci is as much of an Ax-Crazy sadist as Shiryu, so I don't think that will be the disqualifying factor as much as him potentially breaking down when inevitably defeated by Zoro. That final fight will be the deal breaker or clincher.

Think you're tough because you made it through Lord of the Rings? Real men survive The Silmarillion.

Write-up here, I'd appreciate if the link to the video was added to Nolan's entry too:

    • "Child Bankrupts Make-A-Wish Foundation": Chad Carter is an 8-year-old with leukemia who, after finding a loophole on the Make-A-Wish Foundation charter, decided to wish for unlimited wishes. Now gaining whatever he wants, Chad's wishes are costing the foundation 5 times its annual budget, with him being uncaring that it could lead to it filing for bankruptcy. When interviewed, president of the foundation Dean Feinglass answered that when Chad found out they had a legal team, he just wished them away, and that he made one of his first wishes to have the best oncology care possible from the foundation to continue wishing as long as possible.

Here with an anti-hero, pondering them in light of earlier today and think they'll qualify handily. It's a lengthy EP, I've truncated as much as I can.

What is the work?

The work is Starcraft and its expanded universe, which center on a three-way war between the Terrans (humans), the Zerg (Swarm of Alien Locusts) and the Protoss (Space Elves).

Who is the character?

The character is Jim Raynor, one of the main characters of the series.

What does he do?

James Eugene Raynor was born and raised a farmboy on a simple backwater colony in the Koprulu Sector. When the Guild Wars broke out, Raynor enlisted in the Confederate Marine Corps and rose to the rank of "recruit sergeant" during training for his leadership skills in the field. Eventually he met Tychus Findlay, a convict and ruffian who was planning to steal civilian supplies to sell on the black market. Raynor partook of the theft in exchange for part of the spoils, and over time the two became friends and leaders of their platoon, the Heaven's Devils. Eventually the pair deserted and became outlaws, making a living for themselves raiding where they could.

After years of dealing with smugglers, mercenaries, pirates, etc, Raynor began to tire of his lifestyle, in part due to his guilt over his crimes, and made his concerns known to Tychus. When the two were cornered by authorities on a "after this we can retire" kind of job, Tychus held them off to allow Raynor to escape the cops and the life. Raynor moved to Mar Sara and made a vow to go straight. The planet's magistrate was a family friend and he became a colonial marshal in return for clemency and erasing his past from official records. He married and had a son who had psionic abilities, and the Confederacy seized him for their studies on psychics. Their son died and Raynor's wife followed soon after from the flu.

When the Protoss attacked Mar Sara's neighboring planet Chau Sara, Raynor was assigned to evacuate Mar Sara's population centers and resettle the civilians in the wastelands. The group met the Zerg, then unknown at large, and Raynor took command of a force that destroyed an infested Confederate installation. He was imprisoned for destroying government property, and later sprung by an anti-Confederate resistance force, the Sons of Korhal, who also evacuated Mar Sara's people. Raynor became a high-ranking member of the Sons of Korhal and the leader of the former Mar Sara militia that joined them, and the unit was nicknamed "Raynor's Rangers". Raynor aided the Sons of Korhal and their leader, Arcturus Mengsk, in instigating a full-scale rebellion on the planet Antiga Prime. Rayor also met another of Mengsk's lieutenants, Sarah Kerrigan, and after some rocky introductions the two became comrades and eventually lovers.

As Mengsk overthrew the Confederacy and reformed the Sons of Korhal as a new goverment, the Terran Dominion, Raynor had enough of his increasingly amoral behavior, which included abandoning Kerrigan and her forces to the Zerg. Raynor's unit, who largely remained loyal to him, stole Mengsk's flagship, renamed it Hyperion, and deserted, becoming the anti-Dominion rebel group "Raynor's Raiders". Raynor led his men to Char, where he learned that the Zerg had not killed Kerrigan, but infested her. Kerrigan still loved Raynor and allowed him and most of his men to leave alive, but they were stranded on the planet since the Hyperion had been forced to leave for safety. Raynor learned that two separate Protoss factions were also on the planet, led by Tassadar and Zeratul, and the three formed an uneasy alliance to survive until they could escape. Raynor's Raiders joined the Protoss in fleeing Char and fighting the Zerg on Aiur, and destroyed the Zerg Overmind.

As the Protoss fled the overrun Aiur, Raynor remained behind to oversee the evacuation with the Protoss Fenix. Eventually the two were contacted by Kerrigan and convinced to work with her to fight the United Earth Directorate, an Earth-based fleet that had come to seize control of the sector. Raynor saved Mengsk from the UED as his capital was seiged, and the unlikely alliance aided Kerrigan in deposing the UED. However, Kerrigan betrayed her allies after her victory and killed Fenix and Mengsk's top general. Furious and considering her beyond redemption, Raynor vowed to kill Kerrigan someday and went on the run again as Arcturus' Dominion reasserted its power and Kerrigan seized full control of the Zerg. Raynor attempted to fight against Mengsk's oppression where he could, but dwindling supplies, low manpower, and a media smear campaign by Arcuturus slowly disillusioned him.

When the Second Great War began four years later, Raynor was contacted by an old friend, Tychus Findlay. Tychus had made contacts with a scientific group, the Moebius Foundation, and approached Raynor with an offer from them to retrieve alien artifacts for sale. Raynor recovered the artifacts while also aiding in colonist evacuations as the Zerg invaded Dominion space and many planets were abandoned or overrun. It turned out the Moebius Foundation was owned by Valerian Mengsk', Arcturus' son and heir, and he intended to use the alien artifacts to construct a device to de-infest Kerrigan. Knowing that Raynor had a personal stake in the venture had been why he hired him, and Raynor agreed to help. Valerian's forces and the Raiders attacked Kerrigan's stronghold on Char and eked out a foothold long enough for the device to activate, purging most Zerg DNA from her system and returning her to human form. As they recovered her, Raynor learned Tychus was an infiltrator for Arcturus and killed him to protect Kerrigan.

Arcturus' forces hunted the two and eventually captured Raynor, and held him prisoner on a covert prison ship. Kerrigan rescued him, but to his horror she had chosen to become re-infested and take control of the Zerg again, making all the death and sacrifice pointless. Kerrigan asked if Raynor still believed in her and put his gun in his hand and lifted it to her head: Raynor angrily fired at the wall but declared they were finally done. Kerrigan attacked Korhal to kill Arcturus, and after witnessing her work with Valerian to avoid civilian causalities and focus on Arcturus, he brought the Hyperion down to help her assault the imperial palace. Kerrigan went to face Arcturus alone and Raynor joined her as she finally killed the emperor for all he had done. The Dominion came under Valerian's rule and Raynor remained on Korhal as a commander of his military.

When Amon, the fallen Xel'naga, began his war to exterminate all life in the galaxy, Raynor's forces were in charge of defending Sky Shield, the Dominion's primary orbital defense platform. Raynor and Artanis helped prevent the station from de-orbiting and then struck back at Amon's forces to recover the Xel'naga artifact that had de-infested Kerrigan, but Korhal suffered heavy losses. Raynor remained to help the recovery effort while Artanis' fleet fought Amon in the stars. After the war ended, Kerrigan contacted both races and arranged a meeting. Amon had been defeated before, but his true form lingered in the Void and he would return. The three races banded together to enter the Void and destroy Amon once and for all, and Raynor was in charge of the Dominion forces involved in the battle. He oversaw protection of Kerrigan as she gained the powers of a Xel'naga to fight Amon, and then fought alongside her and the Protoss to destroy him.

Raynor returned to Mar Sara, and eventually saw a vision of Kerrigan in human form beckoning to him from the doorway. He got up and left to join her, leaving his marshal's badge on the counter - he was never seen again.

Is he magnificent?

Raynor is an archetypical space cowboy. Across almost two decades of fighting humans and aliens on multiple fronts, he's repeatedly cheated death, prevailed in the face of overwhelming odds, and managed to make friends along the way. He is widely respected by his forces for his integrity, leadership, and bravery, and fights alongside them in the thickest of battles. Even as a Confederate recruit in his youth, he was noted for his field leadership skills and has a natural affinity to take charge of a situation and lead people, and he's effective at it. Under his command, Raynor's Raiders have been in innumerable fights against logistically and technologically superior enemy forces, and manage to prevail through guerilla tactics, surgical strikes, and old-fashioned trickery. When invading Char, he took command of the Dominion forces when their general Warfield lost contact and quickly earned their trust and respect, and Warfield later opined Raynor "missed his calling", he ought to be a staff officer with his abilities.

Raynor has been on all sides of the law as a solider, outlaw, marshal, and rebel leader. When living as an outlaw he kept to a code, never harming bystanders, attempting to disable guards instead of killing them when he could, and unless he desperately need the money he'd refuse work from unsavory individuals that engaged in business he disliked. Raynor can talk his way out of trouble or shoot his way out as necessary, and has been able to make a lot of contacts over the years that have paid off when he needs a favor. He considers most of the crew of the Hyperion friends and heeds their council when he asks for it or if they offer it freely, but will also talk over them to put them in their place if he feels they've crossed a line. Especially near the end of the sequel's campaign, when his men are beginning to get restless allying with the Dominion, Raynor is quick to assert that he's their commander and they all willingly signed up to follow his orders, so if anyone doesn't like the orders he's giving now, there's the door. He was also the first human to be on good terms with the Protoss and fought alongside them for a fair period of time, opening their eyes to what humans could be and forming genuine friendships with them.

Is he a bastard?

Raynor has regularly lived outside the law, and engaged in piracy, smuggling, and mercenary work to make ends meet. Though he has lines he refuses to cross, he knows that people have to do what they must to survive and he's made peace with his own sins. As an outlaw he killed numerous rivals and law officials to make his escape, and killed Tychus to stop him from killing Kerrigan. When he deserted the Confederate army in the midst of theft and corruption schemes, Raynor shot his treacherous commanding officer Vanderspool with intent to kill him. Years later he learned Vanderspool had survived and sent a bounty hunter after him and Tychus. Raynor tracked Vanderspool down and saw he had been confined to an iron lung, and still killed him, telling him it was about justice, not revenge (though his other words great indicate otherwise).

In the sequel campaign, Raynor raided numerous Protoss shrines that they held sacred to steal artifacts from them to sell for money (their guardians, the Tal'darim, are revealed to be servants of Amon in the second campaign, but Raynor didn't know that at the time and had no reason to fight them beyond the money). Raynor also works with Gabriel Tosh to organize a massive prison break, and while its emphasized some of the innmates are political dissidents that were imprisoned for speaking out against Mengsk and the Dominion, surely not all of them were. In aother mission the Raiders infiltrate Korhal during the showcase of an experimental superweapon, the Odin, and hijacked the mech to attack the Dominion, risking civilian causalities in the crossfire.

Even when he's been on the right side of the law, Raynor isn't above some illegal "fun", like stealing a vulture hoverbike for a joyride with friends. He's also disobeyed orders and broken laws in the name of doing the right thing, or sometimes because he's personally uncomfortable with what he's doing and refuses to go along. When he was a marshal on Mar Sara, he was escorting a trio of prisoners when he noticed a transport ship under attack by slavers, and Raynor offered the prisoners their freedom if they helped him save the transport. Two of them betrayed him, but the third helped him and Raynor kept his word.

Verdict

Raynor does his best to be a good man in a very tough sector of space and survives everything it throws at him to fight another day.

[up]TBH I don't recall him killing any of his superiors specifically to help one of his crimes. It's more the Confederate military is a cesspool of corruption, incompetence, and immortal behavior, and Raynor has killed fellow officers for all three. Some have sent him on suicide missions, some have betrayed him in a shady deal, some are just assholes, etc.

I'm going by this bit:

As an outlaw he killed numerous rivals and law officials to make his escape

So if I'm understanding this right he's murdered enforcers of the law in the context of being an outlaw needing to make a getaway.

Got another couple from the Grand Theft Auto franchise I wanna discuss. Let's start with Grand Theft Auto: Vice City:

Who is Mr. Black? What makes him a candidate?

  • An unseen, mysterious fixer for criminals who is rumored the head of an organization of hitmen, "Mr. Black" has a role in the game as the employer of early villain Leo Teal, who Black helped in setting up the initial ambush and shootout that lead to the theft of a small fortune in drugs and money from the Forrelli crime family.
  • Now, our protagonist Tommy Vercetti kills Teal early on, swiping his phone for himself...and Black, still believing Teal to be alive, begins calling Tommy and giving him assassinations to carry out. Black always has Tommy use a payphone for discreetness, and he always supplies Tommy with the exact intel and arsenal he needs to carry out his jobs. These include:
    • Assassinating a pizza delivery boy and a woman for clients' personal reasons—Black supplies Tommy with their daily routines.
    • Taking out an entire gang of bank robbers who plan to rip off a local bank before they can carry out the job. Black gives Tommy a gun, the names and locations of all of the would-be robbers so they can be bumped off.
    • Spying on a woman as she engages in an exchange of a briefcase with a mysterious man, then killing the man and retrieving the briefcase for Black.
    • Ambushing a meetup of criminals planning a merchandise deal to wipe them out, retrieve the merchandise, and transport it to a helipad for Black's operatives.
  • In the end, Black stays a mystery to the player and local police, satisfied with the job "Mr. Teal" has done and sending the payments in short order.

Is he magnificent?

Yeah, for a bit sidequest character, he's damn good. He gathers extensive intel on targets and uses payphones to contact his hitmen subordinates, giving them the weapons and details they need to complete their jobs. While he never learns that "Mr. Teal" is actually Tommy, it...doesn't change anything; Tommy is happy to carry out the missions for the extra dough, and Black is happy to see the missions completed. There's never a point made that Black is being duped or made a fool of.

Is he a bastard?

Hitman go-between who has Tommy kill everyone from wannabe bank robbers to a pizza guy for undisclosed reasons lol.

[tup] Raynor, Black

Franklin from 5 worth a proposal? Since ending C is the confirmed canon ending.

Oh, Mr. Kennedy, you entertain me. To show my appreciation, I will help you awaken from your world of clichés.
