At one point AK-12 manages to commandeer a bike, engage in a high-speed pursuit through dense city streets, weave through assorted bombs and lasers, shoot back with her assault rifle one-handed, and somehow come out on top despite not showing any indication of being able to ride a bike before. Considering all this, driving a car seems like a child's play to her.

Yes, they both can.
- It took Charlotte half a month fighting against said demon (called the Beast of the Abyss) in its own inhospitable prison for her to do it. Plus, it costs her An Arm and a Leg at the least for her to summon it. She was warned that the next time she summons it could cost her life.
- Laura needed only to see said summon for her to do it, and she summoned two additional Beasts. They cost her a total of nothing.
Speaking of "completely fair and balanced", can TNA break any sort of Equivalent Exchange and get away with it?

She could beat Vader easily, but Sidious would be a problem simply because of his speed. If she wins, it would only be after a very long battle. Or she could just take both by surprise and One-Hit Kill them with her magic explosion staff

It's possible. Both AK-12 and AN-94 far surpasses John in terms of skill and physical capabilities, but as we saw with Yegor and RO635, Tactical Dolls can still be taken down with a close-range pistol shot to the head. Getting in that range would be extremely difficult for Mr. Wick, however, especially in areas with little cover.
