I've seen a few (such as Gamera) via Mystery Science Theater 3000 but that's about it.

To be honest, I would probably say all the same ones you said, although the third one was the first that came to mind. 
Either Italian or German. I took classes on the former, but both languages are just really cool to me. :P

I'm not sure what made me change, actually. Part of it was probably just maturing, and part of it was meeting some great friends (especially here on TV Tropes) who made me realize just how amazing people can be.
I feel like there's more I can add to this answer, so I'll let you know if I think of something. :P
