Drawcia immediately comes to mind. Her first form is cute, and her Soul form is Creepy Awesome.
I also really like Void Termina's various forms. His final, orb-shaped Kirby-faced form was cool because it was such a big shock to see it for the first time.
As for non-final bosses, I really liked Squashini from Kirby's Epic Yarn. He's a Creepy Cute little ghost with a pumpkin head. :D

hands down simon belmont, while yes he has been phased out by jojo meme man richter, I still love his play style and i've been frothing for some castlevania content (video game wise) The only gripe with him is that he doesn't have a chronicles alt or that they could have pulled a bowser jr. and have each alt been a different belmont, but he's great!

Probably The Flintstones because the camaraderie between Fred and Barney is fun to watch and the situations they and their wives get into are pretty funny. I also overall have more of an attachment to that series more than I do the Jetsons (not that The Jetsons is chopped liver, though, I do like it as well).
