This is the thread to use if you feel that the page image itself is good but the caption needs help.
If you think that both the image and the caption are poor, please make a thread in Image Pickin' for the page, and we'll work on the image and caption both at the same time.
As with other TRS and IP threads, please state your reasons and make your case in your first post. Don't make the other posters spend time trying to pry it out of you.

The current caption for Unsettling Gender-Reveal as of itself is fine, as is the picture. However, with Bridget having a Queer Establishing Moment in -STRIVE- and coming out as a girl, the caption has a chance of being bit outdated. So I want to change it to be more about the image itself.

I'm unfamiliar with the series, but in context, "another man" probably means "Bridget is a man, and so am I", not "Bridget isn't the first man I've attempted to seduce".

I guess that is one way of reading it. I remember Guilty Gear's sister series BlazBlue having a similar joke which felt like it meant as "this has happened before".

I say cut the caption. It worked as a meme at the time, but the Retcon may confuse new fans.
I wonder if the image counts as This Image Is Not an Example now? Unfortunately a lot of examples do count trans women though so...

Retcon implies that the situation never happened, when it is more that "Character Development makes talking about the character's past events harder". The illustrated image was Fair for Its Day, but the caption should go since it would just invite more questions.

Okay I have two. The caption for the image on Film.Bullet Train (Get on) is a bit generic and I think we can do better. Like All Aboard, or something.
The other is on Characters.Bullet Train. Someone uploaded images with captions referencing other works (Like the main character Ladybug gets a reference to Miraculous Ladybug). I like them, but im pretty sure they’re violating the pothole rules. What do we think?
