Trimming the hedges, one trope at a time.A Tragic Monster with a Jekyll & Hyde condition is being held in a padded room in a mental hospital. He is trying as hard as he can to suppress his "Hyde" personality. But being in isolation is only making his condition worse, and eventually, the "Hyde" personality takes over again. He breaks out of the padded room and goes on a murderous rampage against the doctors.
TNP, please try to come up with something other than what the captions in this video say. Bonus points if it's not related to Sephiroth or FF at all.

He may be a giant, nightmarish brute, but like all villains in this series,he sure can sing.The heroes run into the Temple of the dead lord of evil, his minions are there trying to revive him with the powerful McGuffin, and it looks to be working, the heroes are ready for a battle until it stops working, it looks like they have failed until one of the DJ mook’s plays some sick beats, bring the lord of evil back from the dead and so, the heroes need to now beat the now funky lord of evil.

I'm barely there, I'm everywhereA character is digging through an underground ice cave with an electric vehicle that has an electric drill attached to it. As they are getting the deeper, the ice becomes more difficult to cut through, but the drill manages.

A legion of humans in the middle of a deep-level jungle get their electronic devices jammed at night and a barrage of natives tranquilize them and attempt to kidnap them while some of the legionnares attempt to get the hell out by running at top speed of there and into the bomb shelter that's about 5 miles away.

You don’t know what it is or what its goal is, but you do know it just murdered everyone else in the crew, and by God, you’re next. Though it appears to have no orifices anywhere on its body, it was smart enough to cut the oxygen supply. Is it just torturing you? You don’t know and you don’t care. All you care about right now is making a beeline for the escape pods and praying they still work.
A trailer for a movie/series showing people waking up in what appears to be an otherwise uninhabited, automated amusement park. Although the setting is initially unthreatening aside from their not knowing how they got their or how to leave, the mechanized attractions become hostile to the cast, who are evidently forced into playing a Deadly Game of sorts. By the end of the trailer, it's clear that it's a horror-thriller work, with the bloodied, disheveled 'players' fighting back against their clownish robotic tormenters.
The main boss theme of a scary video game. The first thing that comes to mind is Luigi's Mansion but actual horror.
The start of a high fantasy adventure movie, in which we meet our hopeful heroes and learn of the MacGuffin they're after.

Falsely accused of murder, a farmer is exiled from his village. He barely has time to grab a meager few supplies before the townsfolk chase him away. Over the next few days, he descends into despair the further he gets from home. He soon finds himself lost, but barely cares. All the while, a stranger he's seen around town over the past few months follows him from a distance.

A medieval knight has appeared in modern times, understandable confused of his situation but nonetheless determined to carry out his duty of righting wrongs wherever he goes. The music plays as he rides off on his horse in search of evildoers, after having upgraded his armor and weaponry to a more contemporary standard.
The hero walks into the building, people roaring from the background, they were ready, they have trained for all there years and now, they can fight the real fights.

A submariner swims in the sea of Atlantis and it becomes an Unnaturally Looping Location with mutated sharks, and fish that can speak.
The protagonist of an action platformer has fallen into a dark cave and must battle a prehistoric beast that has just burst out of the boulder it was encased in.

"I'll show you all of Paris, I'll take you on a tour, we'll go up and up and up so high they'll long for an encore!"A town Under the Sea populated by friendly fish-people, whose carefree lives would nonetheless be quite improved if a passing adventurer would care to help them out with a few quests.
An intrepid upstart pilot tries to get their own handcrafted plane working. After several failed test flights, they finally manage to get it working, feeling utterly free as a bird. Near the end, however, the plane’s engines start malfunctioning, and eventually burst completely.
It—and the pilot—are never seen again.

first song: a Bittersweet Ending. the hero has defeated the Big Bad who has stolen his loved one...but the Big Bad brainwashed their loved one, and it'll take a while for them to get their memories back...
second song: the hero fights against the Big Bad by racing against him on racecars and battling eachother while racing

It appears that the Darkest Hour has come. Our Hero Is Dead, and the four other members of the Five-Man Band are encircled by Mooks, outnumbered and thoroughly outmatched. However, as Our Hero lies bleeding out, they experience a spiritual epiphany, miraculously resurrecting them. Just as The Rest of Our Heroes are about to be massacred, the enemy's ranks are broken by a whirling dervish nearly too fast for the eye to see, but nonetheless clearly recognizable as Mr./Ms./Mx. Only Mostly Dead themself, now bestowed with some nifty Enlightenment Superpowers. Thus remoralized,note our Band of Plucky Do-Gooders take advantage of their foes' shock to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat, just as Our Hero reaches them in time for a "Super Sentai" Stance.
