Is there a trope that you like, but tends to be not-very-well-executed?

Tsundere, I guess? A cute girl who constantly switches between angry and flustered doesn't make a good tsundere. At the very least, there has to be a logical reason why she acts like that. It would also be great if her tsundere-ness is written as something that explores more of the character, instead of her sole defining feature. Done well, you have a character that is cute and sympathetic at the same time.

Do you ever had a "Call of the Void" moment? What was it like?

I don't recall having such moments, yet.

What do you think of Linkin Park and Fort Minor?

"Lucky"? I'd like to take offense to that one.

What's the most extreme case of thread necromancy you've ever committed?

Here in the "choose appropriate music thread", I had to sandwich post twice before the thread died. I know I have another, probably more extreme example, but I can't find the record of it.

What is your favorite Easter Egg?

There's an easter egg in the Kung Pow! Enter the Fist DVD that lets you see a two-second clip of Thumb Wars, without any context. I think that's my favorite.

Do you like scary movies? What's your favorite scary movie?

I don't really like scary movies if that's their sole purpose, but I'm okay with something scaring me a bit if it also has comedy or crime or something in it. Shaun of the Dead is my favourite "horror" movie, if that's what you're asking.

Do you write a shopping list when you go to the shops or do you just wing it?

A mixture of both. I come into the supermarket with the expectation of what to buy, but add more things into the basket when there's a good deal or remove some things from the list when I don't think I can afford it.

I usually swear by a grocery list, however, since I'm not allowed to cook at my uncle's house (where I'm staying in due to being closer to campus) and I have to prep every meal from home.

Have you ever worked with coding, and if so, what is your favourite language so far?

Not really. I took the Khan Academy course in coding for like, two weeks back when I lived in Massachusetts, but I never developed that big of an interest in it.

Ever been on a road trip? If so, what was it like?

Yeah, but only family roadtrips when I was a lot younger. They were nice. Good childhood memories.

What kind of dere are you? Why?

No-eyed dere. I'm not an anime/manga nut and I'm both literally and metaphorically short-sighted. For real, I'd probably say tsun as a wild guess.

On a scale of 0-10, where 0 is "no trouble at all" and 10 is "extremely hard", how difficult is it for you to get into new things?

Movies with liberties. Hey, the directors and editors need to make the most of the medium that they are adapting the story into.

As a gay man and a music student, I've encountered the word fagotto a few times, and this usually elicits a self deprecating response from me.

Rocket launcher. You can turn any zombie that looks at you funny into a pile of mincemeat! Anyone who gets hit can be freely eaten afterwards, as long as they're stored in a fresh compartment and disinfected. The big problem is the lack of ammo...

I prefer melee.

Opinions on the Animation Age Ghetto and the Girl-Show Ghetto?

Both are absolute bullshit. Take it from me, a Pretty Cure and Lyrical Nanoha fan for the past 5-6 years; yet, I'm in my late 20's. Many other men like me would feel the same about My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.

What is one candy that you don't like eating?

Licorice! It's just gross tasting, yuck.

Tell me one of your headcanons.

To avoid doing a cliche FNAF theory or cooking something up for KOF, I've got a good Dragon Ball one: Either the Grand Preist or one of the angels roped all other angels into personally orchestrating the events of the entire series, from Bardock's last stand and Jiren's village, to Imperfect Cell coming back from the future, to Frost's rise to power, in order to create a pantheon of new gods they can personally control. This could lead up to an arc where Paragus and Broly reveal Beerus's involvement in Planet Vegeta's destruction, and then the plot slowly unravels from there, acting more like a mystery than any other arc before it. Name it Diamond is Unbreakable, make Berserker Goku and SSG Vegeta canon, and make all the moneys!

I tend to draw it out as long as possible, into Overly Long Gag territory. So at least 20 times. Also what a fantastic question!

Got a strange law from your country?

Because ANZAC is a legally protected term, you cannot sell Anzac biscuits under that name if you change the recipe. You also can't sell them as Anzac cookies. No seriously it's a law and everything.

A weird law not necessarily from the US, but from my home state of Florida, all doors on public places must open outwards, or swing both ways. They cannot swing just inwards.

I don't think we Eaglelanders have anything specific, but there's always the good old "America, Fuck Yeah!" meme.
