It's a moot point. Charlotte is as strong and capable as the Avatar (if not, she's more so) along with sharing many of the same abilities. The same also true for Laura except her case goes Up To Eleven in every regard.
They would try for a bit, but they would quickly lose interest.

It would be a support AI that would either freeze the assets of a criminal, or, if the criminal’s stolen goods were over a threshold, the AI would reclaim the assets, launder them, and give them to whatever the police assign it to.

There's a very good reason why the writers almost always do not allow Superman to help Batman solve and fight crime. Between these two and the many Spider Men, that reason goes completely out the door. Of course, a Slice of Life narrative direction would then ensue.

Going with late canon, Aichi would get rather nervous about his speech and make at least seven very specific mistakes. He'd be able to work up the nerve for it, but in practice he'd mess up and get extremely embarrassed after it's said and done.
However, he would handle it rather well and would get over it pretty darn quickly.
If we go with my current Aichi, he'd be even MORE flustered and would make even MORE mistakes. He would have barely worked up the nerve for it, and would have been even more horrifically embarrassed.
It'd take a bit, but he'd eventually accept it as a learning experience.
Misaki would hate every second of it (She's not much of a talker), but she'd be able to do it perfectly fine.
