- Suspiciously Similar Substitute: Hollywood Nova serves as one to Hulk Hogan, which is most noticeable on the "X more victories to get to title match" screen in the 10 Pounds of Gold mode.
- A Winner Is You: Just like its spiritual predecessors, Pro Wrestling and WWF Wrestle Fest, the game gives you that ending spiel after finishing Story Mode, 10 Pounds of Gold, or the Retro Rumble.
