• Descended Creator: Ryan Quincy voices Robo Carp and Andy's dad.
• Dueling Works: With Rick and Morty, mainly due to both series involving two main characters going on adventures through time and space, all while facing many different weird and wacky creatures. You could say this show is a kid-friendly version of the latter. Interestingly enough, Rick and Morty co-creator Justin Roiland was one of the leads of Ryan Quincy's previous show, Out There.
• He Also Did:
  • Creator Ryan Quincy created Out There, a coming of age dramedy, and worked on South Park as an animator [from the first season, the movie, up to season 17] and briefly as an animation director, replacing Eric Stough.
  • Story editor Todd Casey worked on Transformers: Animated , Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Wander over Yonder, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012), and Avengers Assemble.
  • Director Pete Michels worked on The Simpsons, Family Guy, and Rick and Morty .
• Screwed by the Network: Following after it premiered throughout the summer of 2016, and come by late 2016, the series had less reruns over time, aside from airing new episodes around 8:30pm, sometimes with a little to no promotion, as to the point for most of the recently aired episodes had only less reruns than the ones that were previously ran, by 2017, the only reruns it had was in March, but it only ran as a marathon, however after that, the reruns were pulled afterwards and new episodes did not air throughout that year.
  • The show was allegedly renewed for a second season, but this turned out to be false. The remaining episodes received little to no promotion, and the show wound up having its reruns being permanently shelved after it ended.
• Time-Shifted Actor: Old Aunt Bitsy is voiced by Natalie Palamides. Her younger self is voiced by Noël Wells, though she's ironically 'older'' than the former.
• Uncredited Role: The credits for episode 3 don't list any of the voice actors from the Steak Starbolt segment.
• What Could Have Been: The show was originally going to air in Fall 2015, but got moved to August 2016.
