Musician, former member of the Beatles and liberal activist John Lennon battles against conservative FOX News reporter Bill O'Reilly.
Tropes:
- Badass in a Nice Suit: Bill O'Reilly.
- Bling of War: Lennon wears his uniform from "Sergeant Pepper."
- Card-Carrying Villain: During his second verse, O'Reilly outright admits that he's evil.
- Cluster F-Bomb: Much more frequent in swearing than the other battles.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: If we're talking about popularity, Bill O'Reilly is getting curb-stomped hard, with only 17.54% of votes compared to Lennon's 82.46%.
- Dodgy Toupee: O'Reilly's is quite obviously is about to fall off at some points.
- Early-Installment Weirdness: No subtitles, no behind the scenes video, very cheap effects compared to the rest of the series, and Peter and Lloyd are more-or-less just rapping in their normal, everyday voices without any attempt to sound like the character.
- For the Evulz: The reason O'Reilly gives when Lennon asks why he schemes to stir the people up.
- Man of Wealth and Taste: Bill O'Reilly is a nasty man in stylish suit and shoes.
- No Indoor Voice: O'Reilly doesn't just speak out against Lennon - he yells at the guy.
- Not Even Bothering with the Accent: Peter as John Lennon, who is missing his trademark Liverpudlian accent. Could be chalked up to Early-Installment Weirdness as in later seasons, he would probably have been played by a proper Englishman. Also Justified as it was the very first battle.
- Parental Neglect: Lennon suggests that this is the reason O'Reilly is always so angry.
- Precision F-Strike: Lennon ends his second verse by telling O'Reilly to shut the fuck up.
- Professional Butt-Kisser: Lennon accuses O'Reilly of sucking up to Useful Notes/George W. Bush too much. O'Reilly is more than happy to take it as a compliment.
- Propaganda Machine: O'Reilly is accused of this by Lennon, and he doesn't try to deny it.
- Rich Bastard: O'Reilly's wealth is his only redeeming quality.
- Shout-Out: Lennon wears his Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band uniform, namedrops Help!, "Can't Buy Me Love" from A Hard Day's Night and oddly enough "Maxwell's Silver Hammer" from Abbey Road.
- Shut Up, Hannibal!: Lennon spends both his verses telling O'Reilly to shut up.
- Stealth Pun: O'Reilly gets "… ten-thousand-dollar shoes I use to stomp out a beatle."
- The Stoner: Lennon certainly sounds less focused and angry... for the most part.
- Technical Pacifist: Lennon is all about peace and love, but at one point he states he'll kick O'Reilly's ass for free.
