Tropes for the film:

  • Buffet Buffoonery: Played with. A customer in a restaurant asks what the special of the day is, the waitress replies that it's all you can eat for a dollar. He orders that, and the waitress places an enormous tray of food in front of him. He takes one bite from a burger, and the waitress grabs both the tray and the burger away from him.
Waitress: Okay, that's all you can eat for a dollar.
  • Love at First Sight: Parodied when Bambi first meets mountie Reginald Cooper; they rush into each other's arms and start singing a romantic duet.
  • One-Word Title: Pandemonium.
  • Tagline: "Who skewered the squad?".
  • This Is a Drill: One of the baddies kills the toothpaste-salesman's daughter, Mandy, with a drill to the mouth. (Due to her extreme over-brushing habits, she spews out quarts of toothpaste rather than blood). Exaggerated in that he's said to turn his victims into furniture, with such expertise that the "corpses" are portrayed by actual cabinets, end tables, etc.
