Lance Percival, born John Lancelot Blades Percival, (26 July 1933 – 6 January 2015), was a British actor best known for his film roles in The '60s and The '70s.
His rise to prominence came from his performing of topical calypsos on That Was the Week That Was. Later on he was cast in a few of Peter Rogers and Gerald Thomas' films, including Raising the Wind, Twice Round the Daffodils, Carry On Cruising, and The Big Job.
After a severe car crash in 1970, Percival managed to recover and had roles in all three of the film adaptations of Up Pompeii - Up Pompeii, Up the Chastity Belt, and Up the Front.
He died at the age of 81 after a long illness.
