Bailey Pepper
(born 1999) is an English actor and voice actor. He is known for portraying Benjamin from Doctor Who, Joseph Woodward from Accidental Heroes, Bailiff from Rumpelstilzchen and many others.
He also voiced Tu-Tu from Pororo the Little Penguin and Baa from Guess with Jess.
