The Foreign Dark land

    Foreign Lux

Leader of the Foreign World
Beast VII: The Beast of the End
An alternative version of Lux from another universe. Where the original Lux has a cold, calm and collected character, this version of Lux also displays such a personality, but it is only a mask and his true personality is that of a sadistic, arrogant and angry madman.

Despite this personality, he possesses his original self's ability to adapt himself to achieve his goals, but only to a lesser extent due to his propensity to become angry.

He has his own version of the Genesis Sect, called Foreign Dark Land, which is made up of different members and seems to have a different goal than the Genesis Sect.

_____

  • Badass in a Nice Suit: Whether in his base form or as Beast, he is always stylishly dressed.
  • Faux Affably Evil: He puts on a calm and polite facade, but it crumbles whenever things don't go his way.
  • Fate Worse than Death: Rather than just be killed, Pandora locked him in Pandora's Box, where he will be tormented by its contains it for eternity.
  • Light Is Not Good: He is an antagonist, but his outfit is mainly white.
  • Nothing Is Scarier: It is unknown exactly what Pandora's Box contains, but Pandora herself states that it is worse than All the Evils of the World that were released to Earth in the myth. She also says that we don't want more details.
  • Purple Is Powerful: When he transitions into his Beast state, purple becomes quite prominent in his appearance.
  • Red Eyes, Take Warning: His eyes are usually red, but...
  • Supernatural Gold Eyes: but it's when they turn gold that you really have to be careful, because that's the color his eyes have when he's in his Beast state.
  • The Bad Guy Wins: Against the Sanctuary, even though he was defeated in combat, he technically won. He would have achieved his goal if not for the War Master's sabotage.
  • The Cynic: His reason for doing everything he does. He considers all life as a succession of suffering and wants to put an end to it in the most radical way possible, by erasing the omniverse.
    The War Master/The (Sanctuaryverse) Lumiat

The Perfect Warrior Resurrected by the Time Lords
The Lumiat
  • Batman Gambit: His confrontation with the FNAF Master is this. He perfectly predicted his Alternate Self's upcoming actions to trap him and attempt to kill him. The FNAF Master survived, but barely and was rather humiliated by it.
  • Card-Carrying Villain: He clearly believes that he is destined to be this, profusely disproving that there could be any good in him. As his next Incarnation shows, he is wrong.
  • Chronic Backstabbing Disorder: After getting what he wanted thanks to the sanctuary, he immediately betrayed them. Then he betrays Foreign Lux.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: The reason he betrayed Foreign Lux, he was disgusted by his ambition to destroy the omniverse.
  • Faux Affably Evil: Throughout the time he was with the Sanctuary under the alias Koshei Westara, he was always friendly and genuinely encouraging. The faux part is supported by the fact that as soon as he no longer had to pretend, the first thing he did was complain about having to pretend to be as nice as the Sanctuary members.
  • Future Me Scares Me: As he was about to drink the potion created by Buu which would allow him to Regenerate (and resurrect), since this potion was supposed to highlight the good in him for the next Incarnation, he clearly felt that way.
  • Heroic Sacrifice: To prevent the destruction of the Omniverse by destroying the machine harnessing the power of Pandora's Box, he had to sacrifice his life.
  • Icy Blue Eyes: In his Incarnation as War Master, to contrast with those of his later Incarnation as Lumiat.
  • Innocent Blue Eyes: In her Incarnation as Lumiat, to contrast with those of her earlier Incarnation as War Master.
  • Last Words: Twice as War Master, first during his sacrifice to destroy Foreign Lux's ambitions, then during his Regeneration into The Lumiat in Hell (which also brought him/her back to life):
    • "The War Master: His ambitions disgusted me, I'm at least happy to have been able to stop him, even though I had to sacrifice my life for this, the Doctor would be proud."
    • "The War Master: Hush now, hush ! No crying. No tears. You have nothing to be afraid of. This isn't the end... let it be the beginning. When I will have Regenerated, when I will have resurrected... whatever I become— whoever I become... I will always be myself. I always will be. After all, a universe without a Master scarcely bears thinking about."
  • Manipulative Bastard: He manipulated the Sanctuary into helping him obtain the pieces he was missing from Pandora's Jar, and then immediately betrayed them to leave with them.
  • Themed Aliases: His pseudonym, Mister Koschei Westara. Mr. Westara is an anagram of War Master while Koschei is the nickname he had at the Time Lords Academy.
  • White Hair, Black Heart: Played straight during his life as a War Master, then called into question, before finally being subverted with his Incarnation as the Lumiat.

  • Alas, Poor Villain: After Goku Black passed out, Artoria clearly felt that way about him. Roa was not as compassionate.
  • Ghost Memory: Roa, through Artoria, used his Magecraft for Goku Black to recover all the memories and emotions Goku experienced throughout his life until his body was hijacked. It's powerful enough to completely transform Goku Black, as Roa comments.
    • "Roa: No, but that's not what made him lose consciousness. It was too much to take, allow him to see the good side of the mortals he hates so much, so much so that it affected his very being and transformed him to make him more moral, and this, coupled with the guilt it made him feel for his actions, made him pass out."
  • Hero Killer: He has killed 100 versions of Goku across other timelines.
  • Immortality: Since he apparently comes from a point after the canon, he obviously inherited it after his fusion as Gattai Zamasu. This is apparently what allowed him to survive being erased by Zenō.

  • Adaptational Badass: He is the Roa of the Remakes, thus much more powerful than the one in the original games. He makes a passing remark about being the most powerful Death Apostle (which so including Altrouge, since she's partially Death Apostle) and being more powerful than ever, implying that he has the power of the pre-reboot Roa before his power declined with his reincarnations, or at least close, given that he apparently defeated Altrouge in the past.
  • Badass Fingersnap: He gives a by crushing the entire Sanctuary group.
  • Batman Gambit: After the first use of Pandora's Jar, he knew that the energy it released would attract the attention of the Sanctuary, so he stayed behind while it was moved to eliminate any who would come.
    • "Roa: It's really nice of you to fall into my trap. I'm sorry to tell you that Pandora's Jar is no longer here. But I knew that this energy could not go unnoticed, so I stayed to wait for you in order to eliminate you."
  • Censor Box: The first version of Roa in Artoria's body is censored this way for obvious reasons (with, for fun, angry Saber Artoria heads instead of simple black boxes). An uncensored version exists on the Discord.
  • Deader than Dead: Dantes' black flames should have inflicted this on him by destroying him body and soul, but...
  • Grand Theft Me: What he planned to do to Artoria eventually. Fortunately, after the fight against Goku Black, he got his own body split from Artoria's (identical to her since it was the original body that was split in two).
  • Healing Factor: One of the most powerful seen until now. He lost an arm and a large part of his upper body and head, but still managed to regenerate effortlessly.
  • Kryptonite Factor: As powerful as he is, he remains a Death Apostle, meaning that sunlight accelerates the degeneration of his body. Normally, this wouldn't pose a problem for a Death Apostle of his level, but being bathed in a mini-sun simultaneously thrust into him, courtesy of Karna (who has the power of three gods in his Robe of the Fiery Three Gods form), made him vulnerable enough for an Excaliblast from Sanctuaryverse Excalibur and a ray from the Mesektet (an A-Rank and an A+-Rank Noble Phantasms) manages to injure him. In fact, he explains it better himself:
    • "Roa: Sunlight accelerates the degeneration of the Death Apostles' bodies. That's all, a simple decrease in lifespan. And this only applies to the lowest rungs of the Death Apostles, for everyone else it is absolutely negligible. To me, being the strongest Death Apostle, this is literally nothing. Of course, being immersed in a sun, containing the energy of three gods, including one of the sun, which is at the same time pushed inside my body could make me vulnerable, but that's not the kind of thing that's easy to reproduce, is it ?"
  • Noodle Incident: Apparently, he met Altrouge who went to "put him in his place". The way he mentions it implies that he defeated her instead.
  • No-Sell: All attacks under normal circumstances. The only time attacks affected him was when he was at the heart of a mini-sun created by Super Karna which was simultaneously pushed inside him, because sunlight accelerates the degeneration of the body of the Death Apostles. Even then, he effortlessly regenerated from the attacks that injured him in this situation. A combined attack of the black flames of Edmond Dantès, the Sanctuaryverse Excalibur of Artoria and the Sword of Strange Hangings (which should be about as powerful as Full Power Nasuverse Excalibur, if not a little less since it is a millennium younger) finally managed to get past his resistance and injure him, even destroying the entire top of his body. Unfortunately, it didn't take him long to recover.
  • Not Quite Dead: Just before he was completely destroyed, he transferred his soul into the mind of the next person who would serve as his vessel (Artoria).
  • Shock and Awe: He mainly uses Electric Magecraft.
  • The Archmage: One of the most experienced mages thanks to his many lives, and certainly the most powerful.
  • World's Strongest Man: The only beings more powerful than him are ORT (who sleeps), Arcueid (who is limited to 30% of her power because she uses 70% of it to seal her bloodlust) and Void Shiki (who only does what amuses her). Thus, it can be said that he is the most powerful being active in full power.
