The lead character, a known trouble-maker that was unwitting made apart of the student council after not attending school for a few days.
- Genki Girl: Is very energetic and upbeat which predictably irritates Tatsuki.
- The Hero: The main character of the manga who serves as the leader of her group of friends.
Ayumi Nonomura
Voiced by: Aya Hirano
The shy, naïve girl who had trouble making friends. She is greatly favored by boys because of her large bust. Her pictures are known to be a top-seller.
- The Charmer: Has a bit of this that is often exploited by Torako.
- Shrinking Violet: She is very anxious at times.
Tatsuki Iizuka
Voiced by: Michiko Neya
She is a wealthy girl whose father is the president of an electronics corporation. She is known to speak in honorifics even when with her friends.
- Berserk Button: She hates being ignored.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: While she doesn't like admitting it, she does value her friendship with the girls.
- Lonely Rich Kid: She has no friends and her parents tend to be off at work leaving her in the care of her maid.
- Only Sane Woman: She is this to counter Torako's actions.
Suzume Saotome
Voiced by: Yurika Ochiai
Torako's close friend since childhood. A non-talkative girl, she possesses nigh-superhuman strength and has a monstrous appetite.
- A-Cup Angst: She finds herself feeling inadequate in comparison to Ayumi.
- Ambiguously Gay: She steals a kiss from Torako.
- Big Eater: Despite her frame, she can eat a large volume of food.
- The Stoic: She is rarely emotive.

Nene Ando
Voiced by: Fujita Masayo
The class president who is openly bisexual.- But Not Too Bi: Largely because the series is targeted towards a male demographic, Nene is never shown obsessing over men.
- Hypocritical Humor: Tries to chastise her female classmates whenever they wear clothing that goes against the school's dress code despite wearing a furry scarf.
- Lovable Sex Maniac: She obsessively loves girls and openly embraces being accused of being a pervert.
Ushio Makunouchi
Voiced by: Yuko Kaida
A friend of Torako's who appears to have a distaste for the school's dress code always wearing a T-shirt.- Japanese Delinquents: Despite outright denying the accusation, she nevertheless fits the definition of one.
- Odd Friendship: With Minato.
- Tomboy: She gets mistaken for a boy by Nene.
- Trademark Favorite Food: She loves pudding.
Minato Oba
Voiced by: Asuka Nakase
A tall, blonde girl with a tanned complexion. She is known to cry without provocation.
- Dumb Blonde: She has a childlike personality despite looking mature.
- Gyaru Girl: She is a tall, tanned blonde girl.
- Prone to Tears: She cries a lot over trivial matters.
- Stalker without a Crush: She obsessively follows Torako and does nice things for her as her way of returning the favor to her when she lost her money.
Inori Tsubomiya
Voiced by: Satomi Sato
A spooky goth girl whose one desire is to have friends.
- Beautiful All Along: She is actually a very pretty girl, but unfortunately, she is unable to take care of herself thus making her come off as creepy.
- I Just Want to Have Friends: Inori isn't actually a scary girl and actually wants to befriend others. She succeeds at this when she received a makeover and Torako and Suzume's phone numbers.
