Hi, I'm Ian07, in case you already forgot what page you were on. I joined the site in July 2022, after having lurked since 2016.note Some of my more obscure-ish interests that I've been editing about so far include Conway's Game of Life, the creations of The Huang Twins, and the Tally Hall cinematic universe. And more stuff, obviously, but a lot of those already have pretty fleshed-out pages.
I'm now one of the main authors of qxlkbh.
Some random observations:
- Newbie Boom rhymes with Ruby Gloom.
- If I had a nickel for every time someone created a page that I just happened to put on my to-do list a few days before, I'd have three nickels.
- If I had a nickel for every female YouTuber I watch who talks about fictional works and who also stars in an Actual Play Dungeons & Dragons podcast, I'd still have two nickels.
- Tropes that are the wrong way 'round:
- Awesome, but Impractical exaggerated is... Cool, but Inefficient?
- Next Sunday A.D. and 20 Minutes into the Future
- Former example: Broken Record refers to metaphorical "broken records", while Like A Broken Record used to refer to literal audio glitches, hence why the latter was renamed to Repetitive Audio Glitch.
- The naming of Shout-Out and Referenced by... can get a little confusing when it comes to subpages: ShoutOut.Work Name looks like it's listing out shout-outs to [Work Name] (i.e. a Referenced by...), while ReferencedBy.Work Name looks like it's listing things that [Work Name] references (i.e. a Shout-Out).
- John Ringo was born on the release date of their first album.
- Audio Play? Uh, yeah, I sure hope it does.
- If you're not on mobile, look at the URL preview in the bottom left and hover over these two links: Jack Bauer Interrogation Technique Enhanced Interrogation Techniques - "JackBauer" and "Enhanced" take up the exact same number of pixels. Disclaimer: results may vary.
- Play these ponies at the track, Always Accurate Attack.
- 🛋️ is the perfect emoji to represent TV Tropes - it's got both a lampshade and a chair.
- Fibber McGee and Molly contains several characters which are mentioned but never seen, and thus contains both The Ghost and Molly McGee.
- 2008 was a prolific time for Garfield parodies: Lasagna Cat in January, Garfield Minus Garfield in February, and Square Root of Minus Garfield in November.
Excluding page moves and splits, unless the moved content was predominantly written by me. Also, an asterisk (*) indicates that it was the first page to be created in its respective namespace. Look, there were a lot of examples, okay?

Unofficial icons Namespace Icons contains numerous user suggestions for icons. Unfortunately, this page has been neglected for years now. The original "all-purpose" forum threads dedicated to namespace icons was this one from 2010 to 2012, while a second thread was originally active from 2012 to 2015 and then revived in 2023.

These can be found in namespace2.png◊. "Followed Pages" uses an inline style sheet for these. Not all namespaces listed above also have icons here, and those that do are mostly just alternate versions of them, although exceptions will be noted.Standard icons
