• Rereleased for Free: Although Sketch Heads previously required Nitro to start a game, as part of Discord's 8th birthday celebration in May 2023, all Activities were made free-to-play for the duration of a month, and then forever.
• Working Title: Sketch Heads was originally called Doodle Crew. The name was changed in January 2022, while Activities were still in beta.
