• Friendly Fandoms: With the game Universe Sandbox, which makes sense given both are scientifically-accurate space simulators. The two games were even included in a Steam bundle at one point.
• Nightmare Fuel: Many players have reported becoming absolutely terrified of black holes thanks to this game, which allows you to orbit around them and even travel inside them, and experience all the weird visual effects that come from being at such an Eldritch Location. This only becomes worse when using a VR headset. There is also a very good chance that approaching a black hole triggers this track being played, which arguably is the darkest and most menacing sounding track in the entire game, and would not be out of place as an Ambient interlude on a Black Metal album.
• Visual Effects of Awesome: The game is beautiful, with photorealistic planets and moons to the point where pretty much any screenshot could be used as a desktop wallpaper. Especially the ringed planets.
