    Jeff the Killer

Jeff The Killer

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/swag.png
"BEN, Wind waker is better and you know it!" Click here to see Jeff's illusion form.

Slenderman's pupil. Originally a normal teenager, Jeff’s life turned upside down when a group of bullies attacked him and his brother Liu. Jeff beat up the bullies, but Liu was framed and sent to Juvy, which emotionally scarred him. After this event, Jeff's mother made him go to the birthday party of their neighbor's son, where he confronted the bullies again. In a fit of rage, Jeff killed the bullies, but one of them was able to set him on fire after covering him with bleach and alcohol. Jeff ended with bleached white skin, burnt black hair, red lips, and a twisted mental capacity. Jeff then finally snapped and killed his family, even Liu. Jeff is still out there, looking for victims and before he kills them, he tells them to “Go to Sleep.”.

  • Adaptational Comic Relief: He's much more prone to comical jokes and overreacting and in general is a complete clown compared to his original counterpart, who usually skipped the bad puns and went right for the psychological torment.
  • Adaptational Dumbass: While the original Jeff was a master tracker and implied to be very intelligent, this version can't even spell his own name, does incredibly stupid things regularly. According to Slender Man, Jeff can't even afford to do "the simplest of tasks". He can't even change into his illusion form until Ms. P gives him a small mirror around his neck that he can look into to transform.
  • Age Lift: Is 22 in this series while the original Jeff was merely 13 years old.
  • Color Motif: White. His jacket is white. His face is very, very bright white. Most of his other outfits typically have white as the primary color.
  • Comical Overreacting: He starts screaming when BEEN is about to be sacrificed by the Seedeaters, and then gets into a "Shut up!" screaming match with Ms. P while they're tied to a tree.
  • Comically Missing the Point: A lot.
  • Fluffy the Terrible: "Jeff" isn't exactly the most intimidating name.
  • The Fool: Jeff, along with BEN, are often playing blissfully ignorant winners against Slenderman's frustrated loser image.
  • Girly Run: Of the arm-flailing variety.
  • Glamour Failure: Jeff is awful at changing into his illusion-form, so much so that Ms. P gives him a little mirror around his neck that he can wear wherever he goes.
  • Heroes Love Dogs: Jeff may be a serial killer, but he loves his dog Smile dearly. Despite this, he still kicks Smile out of the house and forces him to sleep in the snow once he finds him chasing Grinny.
  • Interspecies Friendship: Jeff (human) and Smile (dog).
  • Motor Mouth: Once he starts, he never shuts up.
  • The Protagonist: Of the Villain Protagonist variety.
  • Puppy-Dog Eyes: His human disguise makes his eyes look huge and buggy.
  • Red Oni, Blue Oni: The easily angered, hot-blooded red to Ms. P's calm and collected blue.
  • Self-Made Orphan: He killed his mother, father, and brother.
  • Screaming Warrior: Yells a lot while in a fight.
  • Sensitive Guy and Manly Man:
    • The Manly Man to BEN's Sensitive Guy.
  • Slasher Smile: He has a permanent Glasgow Grin.
  • Sleep Mask: Wears one to bed. According to Comickit, it's the only way he can go to sleep due to his lack of eyelids.
  • The Stoner: He takes a hit from BEN's Black Stuff during their search for Smile.
old, upbeat, jackass self.]]
  • Took a Level in Kindness: Once BEN returns to normal after being saved by the Seedeater, Jeff comforts him as he breaks down crying telling him to stop blaming himself for things he can't control.
  • Villain Protagonist: Comes naturally with being a Creepypasta villain.

     BEN

BEN

"Yeah, far out, dude."
Click here to see BEN when he was a kid.
Click here to see BEN when he's sober

A long time ago, a gamer bought a copy of Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask from a shady old man that was owned by a kid named Ben who supposedly died by drowning. However, the spirit of Ben, named Ben Drowned, started messing with the game after the Ben file was deleted before he was able to escape and haunt other forms of technology. He is Jeff's best friend. He specializes in drug-dealing, gaming, and watching TV. He lives in cyber-space.

He also has his own official Tumblr page for fans to ask questions.

  • Adaptational Comic Relief: Yup
  • Affably Evil: A pretty nice (although obnoxious) guy when he's not hacking people's computers. He's still a bit creepy, though.
  • The Ageless: Is a spirit, so he cannot age physically.
  • Age Lift: The canon BEN died at 12 while this one died at 10.
  • Anti-Role Model: Is a stoner, Serial Killer, and a drug dealer.
  • Bag of Holding: BEN's hat is larger on thge inside, being able to store
  • Berserk Button: Due to his laid-back demeanor, it's fairly hard to piss off BEN. That being said it isn't impossible...
    • Do not attempt to drown him. Ever.
    • Never and I mean NEVER say Wind Waker is better than Majora's Mask.
  • Beware the Nice Ones: Is one of the most casual and laid-back Proxies, but is really dangerous when provoked.
  • Brilliant, but Lazy: BEN is a hacker. When he very easily and successfully hacks into Jeff's laptop account, but he begins to immediately look up porn and Russian tits.
  • Character Blog: He also has his own official Tumblr page.
  • Cloudcuckoolander: Due to being on drugs 99.9% of the time, he's just plain weird.
  • Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass: Seems to be just an idiotic stoner, but once he is sober, BEN becomes a fire-wielding
  • Curtains Match the Windows: Due to the art style it's usually impossible to tell the characters' eye colors, but BEN's natural color is confirmed as yellow by Comickit.
  • Deer in the Headlights: He goes into this stage whenever he sees water because it was the thing that killed him.
  • Dimensional Traveler: One of the up-sides about being supernaturally possessed is the ability to travel to different dimensions and do drugs with yourself.
  • Dissonant Serenity: He's rather robotic and emotionless half the time due to being stoned out of his mind. Only specific things can waver his calm demeanor (such as water).
  • Fatal Flaw: His fear of water. It's one of the few things that can completely waver and stun BEN into a Deer in the Headlights stage.
  • Glowing Eyes: When he becomes sober, BEN's eyes glow in a manner similar to that of Majora.
  • Hates Being Alone: He hates being alone for too long.
  • Have I Mentioned I Am Sexually Active Today?: Brags constantly about his non-existent sexual prowess.
  • Healing Factor: He can regenerate limbs or organs. Although, because he is already dead, he likely doesn't even need them to begin with.
  • The Hedonist: Much like Jeff, BEN regularly does stupid and self-pleasuring activities to keep himself from boredom.
  • Heterosexual Life-Partners: With Jeff, though as of Page 185 indicates there may be more going on between them that neither are willing to admit to each other.
  • The Hyena: He has the stereotypical "stoner" giggle he tends to do at every opportunity.
  • Immortality: Due to a side effect of being a tangible ghost, BEN does not physically age, potentially able to live indefinitely. BEN can also be killed as easily as being drowned again.
  • In Name Only: This version has very, very, VERY little to do with the canon BEN.
  • Interface Screw: When he's sober, the comic itself begins to glitch and drop in terms of image quality. Fitting, given BEN has control over the internet.
  • Ironic Fear: It's revealed he's deathly afraid of water because he died via drowning. A fair enough reason in-and-of itself, if not for the fact that his murders often involves him throw corpses into large bodies of water.
  • Lovable Coward: He usually runs away from the monster or demon chasing him, screaming his lungs out along the way.
  • Not So Stoic: BEN is terrified of dying again, and has broken down crying quite a few times after suffering near-death experience. He also gets very defensive you threaten the other Proxies, especially Sally.
  • N-Word Privileges: He doesn't have them, but still lampshades this when he sometimes greets Troy with "My N-Word, huh?"
  • Older Than They Look: He should be 21 at the very least.
  • One-Winged Angel: When BEN becomes sober (which means removing the Black Stuff from his eyes), he becomes a glitching, reality-warping monster.
  • Only Friend: Comickit once stated BEN was the first friend Jeff ever had.
  • Only One Name: Usually just called BEN.
  • Our Ghosts Are Different: BEN's body can take a physical form (which is what he's in on a regular basis) but he is also a digital ghost, digital ghosts like Silver, Ghost, and Sonic.EXE to name a few, are also around in the Under Realm. BEN was uploaded to the internet so he can jump around in the digital world and play around whenever he wants. Thing is, this kind of resurrection is difficult, especially for BEN's case as he was a very restless spirit who's death was tied to Lord Zalgo and sinister magic and the emotional intensity caused his body to glitch, and warp the world around him (if he is left long enough in that state he risks destroying himself- his physical body will anyway) after Shadow Lurker had brought him back, Zalgo instructed Slenderman to give BEN his Black Stuff in pill form, as He had discovered it stopped the glitch symptoms in other cases, and keeps the ghosts in a mellow state. Over the years, however, BEN decided to abuse the substance he takes excessive amounts in unconventional ways and harvests it alongside other monsters.
  • Playing with Fire: The first thing BEN does after almost drowning is conjure fireballs and start blowing up trees.
  • Perpetual Smiler: A constant shit-eating grin.
  • Pointy Ears: He has a set of elf-like ears on his head.
  • The Pollyanna: BEN is typically very happy-go-lucky. Mainly due to being high all the time.
  • Reality Warper:
    • When he becomes sober, BEN can (albeit unintentionally) rip apart the fabric of reality.
  • Shorter Means Smarter: Is the smallest of the trio, and also one of the smartest.
  • Sir Swears-a-Lot: Not as much as Jeff, but he does cuss quite a lot.
  • True Companions: To Jeff. If Jeff is in any kind of trouble, BEN is always by his side.
  • Troll: He loves pushing other's buttons and takes almost nothing seriously.
  • The Undead: BEN is a spirit, thus he cannot die.
  • Why Did It Have to Be Snakes?: BEN is terrified of water because it was what killed him, as the Seed Eaters find out the hard way.

     Ms. P

Ms. P/Pencilneck

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/giraffe_gurl.png
"Great. Now I'M forced to be the babysitter."

Ms. P, or Ms. Pencilneck, is Jeff and BEN's close friend. She was born with an abnormally long neck. She is about to graduate from high-school after 10 years and aims to become a Proxy tutor.

  • The Ace: Sorta. Provided Jeff stays out of her way, she tends to be fairly skilled and competent at what she is doing.
  • Action Girl: It's often shown that she's very strong and doesn't shy away from fighting, occasionally so much that she easily defeats other enemies, in large-scale battles.
  • Affectionate Nickname: "Ms. P" was an affectionate nickname Jeff and BEN gave her while they were in high school. Her real name is Priscilla.
  • Almighty Mom: She is capable of bringing down a fully grown Stiltwalker when she wants to.
  • Aloof Dark-Haired Girl: She's cold, blunt, and has dark hair.
  • Anti-Hero: She's violent, sadistic, and haughty.
  • Ax-Crazy: She does a good job of hiding it, but it's there.
Ms. P: After we find Smile we'll go massacre the first family we see, just like we used to do.
  • Badass Bookworm: She reads books a lot. It's pretty rare to not see an episode where she isn't at least holding a book.
  • The Baby Trap: It's implied by BEN that the only reason Jeff stayed with Ms. P is because she adopted Sally.
  • Beauty Is Bad: She is very easy on the eyes, but she's also a sadistic Serial Killer at heart.
  • Because You Were Nice to Me: The main reason that she considers the Proxies her friends and the only reason she opens up to them more than most people. They consider her a friend instead of a freak.
  • Berserk Button: She has a lot of them.
    • She gets riled up anytime Jeff does something stupid.
  • Boyish Short Hair: Her hair isn't particularly long.
  • Brutal Honesty: She does not mince words when it comes to criticism.
  • Canon Foreigner: Originated from Pastamonsters.
  • Commonality Connection: She and Slenderman bond over the fact that they both hate Jeff.
  • Control Freak: She wants everything to be under her control.
  • Dark Action Girl: She is capable of using her magic to break free of the ropes tying her and Jeff to the tree in the Seedeaters' Forest and manages to drop a tree on a Strider with little difficulty.
  • Dark Is Evil: She is clad in black and wears dark makeup.
  • Dark Magical Girl: Ms. P is a fearsome mystical being.
  • Deadpan Snarker: You thought Slenderman was bad? Her whole dialogue oozes snark as well as her thoughts.
  • Defiant Captive: She's not afraid to mouth off against Enderman or the Rake when they have her captive.
  • Defrosting Ice Queen: In her high school years she was absolutely disgusted by nearly everyone, was strict and professional, a bully to many other girls, and believed herself to be above everyone simply because she was Slenderman's adoptive daughter. She gradually loosens up and becomes much more approachable in her later years.
  • Depraved Bisexual: She is implied to play both sides.
Ms. P: Women are such teases, right? That's why I switched to men.
  • Distaff Counterpart: The absolute closest you can get to a female Slenderman. They enjoy acting refined and elegant, and both dislike Jeff, agreeing that he's the bane of their existences. However, while Slenderman doesn't bother trying to hide his hatred of Jeff and has even tried to have him killed, Ms. P is generally much kinder and understanding to him when not dealing with his antics.
  • Enraged by Idiocy: She's easily angered by stupid people like Jeff and BEN. Mostly Jeff.
  • Goth: Black hair? Check. Dark magic? Check. Black clothing? Check. Black lipstick? Check.
  • Goth Girls Know Magic: She fits the typical traits of a Goth with her reclusiveness and taste in dark things in general, and can use demonic and magical spells.
  • Hair-Trigger Temper: Just about everything pisses her off, usually because of something Jeff says or does.
  • Lady of Black Magic: She practices the dark arts.
  • Like Brother and Sister: Jeff and Ms. P act a lot like an annoying brother and grumpy sister.
  • Long Neck: Ms. P is mostly recognized due to her long neck.
  • Meaningful Name: She has an incredibly long neck, hence the name "Pencilneck".
  • Power Glows: Her magical attacks are often illuminated in bright purple or red.
  • Red Eyes, Take Warning: She has red eyes that give away her evil nature.
  • Sanity Slippage: She tends to lose her elegance when dealing with Jeff's shenanigans.
  • Scary Teeth: She has rows of very sharp teeth that are more noticeable when she's angry.
  • The Smart Gal: Definitely the smartest out of the trio.
  • Surrounded by Idiots: Jeff and BEN are both Psychopathic Manchildren, with the former acting like a bratty sociopath and the latter being obnoxious and a stoner, they have literally driven Ms. P up the wall.
  • Team Mom: In her own words when Jeff decides to take drugs when they are looking for Smile...
Ms. P: Great. Now I'M supposed to be the babysitter...

Proxies

    Smile Dog

Smile Dog

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/872.png
Smile.jpg, or simply Smile Dog, is a demonic Siberian Husky with human-like teeth. He is Jeff the Killer's pet.

    Grinny

Grinny Cat

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/grinny_boy_by_comickit_dbh380q_375w_2x.png
"I'd rather get declawed than sit and listen to your beak spout obnoxious feel-good music."

Grinny is a half-hairless cat and Ms. P's beloved pet. Originally named Oscar, he was once a normal domestic cat of unidentified breed that was used as a test subject by Dr. Goodworth, injected with a strange green serum that uplifted his intelligence and turned him into a monster similar to Smile Dog. He was Jeff's pet, but after Smile Dog runs away, Jeff gives him to Ms. P due to Smile's bullying of him. He is the Green Surge that Zalgo wants to destroy.

He is in love with Ms. P and will do anything for her.

  • Animal Talk: Subverted. Like Smile, Grinny starts off talking in Black Speech (black speech bubbles). But after meeting Mr. Widemouth, he gets the ability to speak to humans such as Jeff, BEN, and Ms. P.
  • Animalistic Abomination: Courtesy of Dr. Goodworth.
  • Alas, Poor Yorick: In Chapter 3, he holds up Ms. P's severed head in his paws after a drugged Jeff cuts off her head, only to react in shock as her head rots and dissolves in front of him as Ms. P regrows her head back.
  • Berserk Button: He hates dogs.
    • Do not harm Ms. P in any way. He attempts to attack a stoned Jeff for drugging-up Ms. P and slicing off her neck.
    • He also dislikes being picked up, unless it is by Ms. P.
    • He also REALLY hates Mr. Widemouth's singing, saying he would rather get declawed than listen to it.
  • Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: The first thing he does once he arrives at Jeff's house is to provoke Smile into attacking him, and then attempts to kill Jeff for almost no reason at all, only to be chased around the house by Smile, causing the dog to get kicked out of the house.
  • Cats Are Mean: Definitely. He tried to murder Jeff for almost no reason at all, and his douchebaggery to Smile is what causes the dog to run away, thus kickstarting the whole plot.
    • However, Grinny's trying to murder Jeff in his sleep could be argued as justified, since he was experimented on by Dr. Goodworth.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: According to him, his previous owner abandoned him after claiming she would be back in a few days. Then after an unspecified moment in his life, he was taken to the lab to be used as a test subject for a drug that could enhance animals' emotions to human-level intelligence.
  • Funny Animal: He is able to change into a more anthropomorphized version of his cat form.
  • Furry Reminder: Meows at Jeff and Ms. P to communicate and scratches Smile on the nose to frame him.
  • Love at First Sight: The moment he sees her, Grinny figures out that he is in love with Ms. P, causing him to start blushing with tiny hearts floating over his head. He even calls her "my love" once he, in anthro-cat form, finds her and Jeff tied to a tree by the Seed Eaters.
  • Mistaken for Badass: Grinny gets mistaken for the Boogeyman, the first monster that Zalgo ever created, by a drugged-up Jeff and BEN. He is not amused.
  • Red and Black and Evil All Over: Similar to Smile, the top of his body is covered in black fur, while the lower half is pink and bald.
  • Red Eyes, Take Warning: After he is injected with the "green stuff" by Dr. Goodworth, his eyes turn a piercing blood-red.
  • Tender Tears: He cries briefly when a drugged Jeff slices off Ms. P's head.
  • Uplifted Animal: Before being taken to the Under-realm by Jeff, Grinny was just a normal domestic cat test-subject called Oscar and was experimented on by Dr. Goodworth, who tested out a strange green drug on the feline that gave him hyper-intelligence and caused most of his fur to fall out. Later on, he gains the ability to take a human-form as well as an illusion/monster-form when in the Under-Realm. It is because of this green drug injected inside him that he is suspected of being the "green surge"/"intrusion" by Zalgo, who senses his presence somewhere in the Under-realm and instructs Shadow Lurker, his most loyal servant, to find and destroy it.

     Slenderman

Slenderman

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/slendy_by_xcomickittyx_d4bn3p4.png
"And you wonder why I hate you."
Slender Man is a child murder and a ferocious monster. Caution should be made when approaching him. He is the mentor of Jeff the Killer and an incredibly popular monster within the Under Realm.

  • Adaptational Comic Relief: He's an original Creepypasta character in Pastamonsters. What else do you expect?
  • Adaptational Jerkass: In Creepypasta, Slenderman is depicted as a stoic, emotionless monster. Here, Slenderman is a lot more snarky, abrasive, and rude to everyone.
  • Affectionate Nickname: Nearly all Proxies call him "Slendy". Even other monsters like Mr. Widemouth and the Unwanted House Guest do as well. Jeff tends to call him "Baldy" at times too.
  • The Ageless
  • Ax-Crazy: Slenderman is just as crazy as the main trio. He just does a really good job at hiding it.
  • Bad Boss: He verbally abuses Jeff when he doesn't do what he tells him to. Later, when Slendy finds out Jeff, BEN, and Ms. P went through the Seed Eater's forest during hunting season when he told them to go around it and at night, his face transforms into an even more horrific form as he throws a tentacle-tantrum, threatening to kill Jeff if he finds him.
  • Berserk Button: To be expected from a being who can rival Jeff in pure anger.
    • Jeff's mere existence has provided this for him, and Slenderman is very open about his hatred of Jeff.
    • He also tends to throw temper tantrums when things do go his way, such as Jeff not getting the supplies he ordered him to get.
  • Boring, but Practical: Slendy's illusion form? A toaster.
    Jeff: Why a toaster?
    Jeff: Oh, shut up!!!
  • The Bully: Slenderman is cruel and psychologically abusive to everyone.
  • Catchphrase: "Fan-fucking-tastic."
  • Combat Tentacles: He has long black tentacles ( actually flaps of his own skin), and they are his main source of fighting. He also substitutes them for hands when grabbing things.
  • Comedic Sociopath: Acts pretty sociopathic most of the time, but it's all played for laughs. For example, at the start of the Valentine's Day episode where he threatens to kill Mr. Widemouth if he sends him another Valentine. Or at the end of the Christmas episode, where he burns a Proxy alive while he's trapped inside a box.
  • Dark Is Evil: Wears a black suit and usually secludes himself in darkness.
  • The Dreaded: He is feared by monsters and humans alike. Enderman is visibly terrified of him.
  • Eldritch Abomination: An unnaturally tall semi-humanoid monster with Combat Tentacles.
  • Evil Is Bigger: One of the biggest characters of the cast.
  • Evil Old Folks: He has been described by Comickit to being "fucking ancient".
  • Evil Sounds Deep: He has a very deep voice in some comic-dubs on YouTube.
  • Expy: He's basically Squidward and Brain if they were an evil Eldritch Abomination.
  • The Faceless: He literally does not have a face. Because of this, he expresses emotions through movement of where his brows should be.
  • Faux Affably Evil: Constantly flips between this and Affably Evil: It depends on who he is talking to.
  • Grumpy Old Man: His attitude is akin to that of an old geezer too crabby to even talk to anyone and constantly complains about the racket neighbors are making.
  • Humanoid Abomination: He looks like a very pale human with spidery hands and no face.
  • Meaningful Name: He is a slender "man", after all.
  • The Mentally Disturbed: Sums him up pretty well.
  • No-Holds-Barred Beatdown: Gives Jeff an incredibly brutal and lengthy one in "Jeff V Slenderman".
  • No Indoor Voice: He very often yells at Jeff.
  • Only Sane Man: One of the most logical characters in the comic. That doesn't make him any better, though.
  • Perpetual Frowner: You can tell from his furrowing brows that he is frowning most of the time.
  • Polite Villains, Rude Heroes: Slenderman is very polite and speaks in a formal manner. This is compared to Jeff and BEN who are more blunt, and rude in Jeff's case.
  • Psychopathic Manchild: For an ancient and powerful demon who attends operas as a hobby, Slenderman is ultimately rather petty and immature. Not to mention that he easily gets bored or irritated when things aren't going his way.
  • The Resenter: Slenderman is actually very open about his pure, unfiltered, raw hatred towards Jeff.
Slenderman: Listen, Jeff... It's not that I don't like you, it's just... I HATE you! You're the bane of my existence and I would love to kill you. But since I'm in a hurry I'll give you a pass. How about if I buy you a new game, you please leave me the fuck alone?
  • Sharp-Dressed Man: He wears a quite a nice tuxedo for a terrifying monster.
  • Sir Swears-a-Lot: Not as much as Jeff, but he cusses an awful lot for a self-proclaimed sophisticated man.
  • Surrounded by Idiots: He's frequently annoyed by the idiocy of Jeff.
  • Villains Out Shopping: The first chapter shows him asking Jeff and Smile if they got the supplies he asked them to get.

    Mr. Widemouth

Mr. Widemouth

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/4bd8ca43dd4e46e8e9db261315d0651f.png
"I can't sing at all?? C'mon man!"

Mr. Widemouth is a strange creature that resembles a Furby. He self-proclaims himself as a "monster tutor". In actuality, he is just a loser who was kicked out of Zalgo's army and became a Western Seeker, a monster who corrupts humans in the Over-world into joining Zalgo. He is very eccentric, zany, and mischievous nutjob and often tries to convince children to harm themselves by playing with knives or playing a game called “Suicide”. He first appears when he

  • Affably Evil: He is friendly, cheerful, and carefree.
  • Boisterous Bruiser: Very fun-loving and energetic.
  • Hearing Voices: Temporarily. When Grinny scratches his eye, he gets effected by the green energy that's inside of the cat and apparently hallucinates a mysterious white face with glowing green eyes asking "Hello?" in front of him until he opens his eyes and the face and the voice are gone.
  • More Teeth than the Osmond Family: He has a lot of teeth.
  • Nice Guy: Very polite to other monsters, including Grinny. He takes an interest in Grinny after he notices how the cat was able to change into his illusion-form on his first try, and offers to help him adjust to life in the Under-realm as well as find Ms. P.
  • Invisible to Normals: Well, it depends on whether he wants to be seen or not.According to Mr. Widemouth, he can only appear to whomever he wants, appearing to Grinny but unable to be seen by Jeff, BEN, and Ms. P.
Mr: Widemouth (to Grinny): Don't worry, I only appear to people I want to see me!
  • Perpetual Smiler: He has a permanent smile (although he is capable of frowning).
  • Pop-Cultured Badass: He loves to sing, something which Grinny hates.
    • When he and Grinny decide to follow the trio, Mr. Widemouth picks him up and starts going in the wrong direction while singing "When It's Over" by Sugar Ray.
    • Later when walking in the Dark Forest with Grinny, Mr. Widemouth sang his own version of Toxic by Britney Spears.
  • Scars Are Forever: He gains three across his right eye after Grinny scratches him to make him shut up.
  • Wicked Cultured: Mr. Widemouth has a good ear for, as Grinny put it, "feel-good music" like the aforementioned "When It's Over" by Sugar Ray and New Age music like Britney Spears to name a few.
  • Would Hurt a Child: If this sketch by Comickit is any understanding.

    Enderman

Shelly "Sheldon" C. Enderman

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/pg_32_by_xcomickittyx_d4qpexu.png

Enderman is a member of a species of mysterious creature that resides in the world of Minecraft. They are normally neutral but once attacked, they can become very violent. Endermen are very vulnerable to water and, as such, hates snow.

  • Achilles' Heel: Very vulnerable to water.
  • Adaptational Wimp: He doesn't seem to have any supernatural powers, unlike his Minecraft counterpart.
  • Angry Fist-Shake: He's shown doing this to B.O.B and Eyeless Jack in the original Pastamonsters character image.
  • Color Motif: Black with purple accents. He has black skin with purple mixed in, has a black couch with purple pillows, and some of his inventions have the color in it.
  • Dirty Coward: He has no problem siccing his henchmen on Smile after the dog runs away, but when Slenderman comes into play, Enderman drops his macho act and runs the fuck away.
  • Enraged by Idiocy: He's easily irritated by stupid people, especially B.O.B.
  • Kick the Dog: If Slenderman's words to his group are any indication, he, B.O.B, and Eyeless Jack wanted to eat Smile Dog and would have if Slendy had not intervened.

    The Rake

The Rake

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/pg_28_by_xcomickittyx_d4nnaom.png
"Or what? Are you going to get Jeff to... Oh that's right! He's too busy hugging his kitty! Ha!"

The Rake is a mysterious creature that many believe might be alien in origin. The Rake is feared for his freakish appearance and for his ferocity to victims. Various accounts also revealed that many encounters often ended with the victims committing suicide.

    Eyeless Jack

"...!"

The mute member of Enderman's trio.

    B.O.B

B.O.B

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bob_by_xcomickittyx_d4pr6hw.png
"I like dirt!"

The Brutal Obscene Beast or B.O.B for short is a creature that is said as having a similar appearance to The Rake except he is arm-less, has tiny eyes and has male genitalia. He is Enderman's dim-witted henchman. His hobbies include playing in dirt and snow.

The Pit

    Lord Zalgo

Lord Zalgo

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/zalgo_by_comickit_d8trl89.png
The Creator and ruler of the Under-Realm. Zalgo is a malevolent entity that resides in a palace of tortured souls known as the Pit, served by legions of monsters and demons forged from the tears of the undead, and each one clad in armor carved from the concentrated suffering of grieving mothers. He also is said to live within all mankind, waiting for the thin glass wall within them to crack, so that he may take over. His headquarters, the Pit, is located in the center of the Under-Realm.

  • Art Evolution: His design has changed slightly over the years.
  • Bad Boss: Before and after Zalgo finds out that Shadow Lurker still has not found the "green surge" (Grinny), he threatens to drop him into the Chasm of Eons for taking way too long. He also demotes Slender Man after he finds out his sending Jeff to find supplies caused Jeff to bring Grinny to the Under-Realm, which, in his own words, could "threaten the balance".
  • Big Red Devil: Is big, red, and Satan.
  • Color Motif: Red. It's one of his two main colors.
  • Faux Affably Evil: He can be fairly polite and civilized while also threatening harm or murder, as seen when he is asking Shadow Lurker if he knows what happens when green surges enter their world, right before he pulls him into his throne room and dangles him over the edge of the pit by the cloak.
  • Red and Black and Evil All Over: His entire color scheme is red and black.
  • Red Eyes, Take Warning: He has red eyes and is not a very nice person.
  • Red Right Hand: Let's see. A black and red demon with a disembodied head, sharp teeth, and red eyes. Probably best to avoid this guy.
  • Scary Teeth: All of his teeth are very pointy with sharp edges.

"Greetings my Lord, I am here to serve you..."

Also known as the Unwanted House Guest, Zalgo's most proficient assassin. He used to be Slenderman's best friend until Zalgo removed his memory of him.

"."

A 16-years-old teenager living on a farm and unaware of the Underrealm. She takes in Smile Dog to patch him up when she discovers him outside her yard.

  • Destructive Romance: Her relationship with Jake is anything but healthy, as he gaslights her and pressures her into getting a job despite she's only 16 years old.
  • Friend to All Living Things: Instantly became friends with Smile, though Smile doesn't like her. She refused to shoot him when her mother told her to, and took him inside to patch him up.
  • Nice Girl
  • Plucky Girl: She doesn't take her mother Samantha's advice to shoot the illusion-formed Smile Dog very well, and does not like being ordered around by Jake.
  • The Pollyanna: It takes a lot to break her spirit and optimism. She is implied to have low self-esteem as Jake tries to force her to help out her mom and get a job, getting gaslit by him into thinking she should be more helpful by providing more for her family.
  • Oh, Crap!: Lara's reaction to discovering her water-well, apparently constructed by her grandpa, got damaged by Smile Dog's arrival.
  • Portal Pool: The old water-well at Lara's farm is actually one of the few old Earth-Wells that the Creepypasta monsters use as transportation. It was also apparent owned or constructed by her grandpa, if her massive reaction to its destruction upon Smile's arrival is anything to go by.
  • Tragic Keepsake: She keeps her (presumably) late-grandfather's old story-book, which she reads on her way to church.
    • Considering it contains an old story detailing his experience of hearing a strange creature lurking in the well, it may contain knowledge of the Under-Realm's existence. Whether or not Lara will discover the Under-Realm herself is yet to be seen...

"Thanks, babe. Your moms cooking is better anyway."
Lara's toxic boyfriend.
  • Destructive Romance: His relationship with Lara is anything but a happy one.
  • Hate Sink: Judging by the comment section of any comic he's in, he's definitely meant to be this. Even Comickit doesn't seem too attached to him.
  • Jerkass: Jake certainly is one, but it's a little bit more complex than most examples in the series. It's one thing that Lara's mom is having trouble on work and it would be a help if Lara worked to help her mom out (although she is a little too young even get a proper paid job, being 16), and Jake points that out, but not in the correct way. One thing is to support your girlfriend when she's passing through something like this and maybe kindly comment and encourage her to get a job, but Jake is pushing and rushing her to do it, because if she doesn't get a job, in his mind, then she's a worthless piece of trash, and it's very obvious Lara has self-esteem issues and he is using it to his advantage to make her do what he wants. Also, he says things like "at least you're doing something good", which just hurts Lara more. While his ideas of to always have something to do, support your family, get his girlfriend to eat are correct, he isn't showing them on the correct form, he is being passive-aggressive at a person with low self-esteem. Kinda pushing her to follow the way he thinks and not letting her be.
  • Killed Off for Real: Comickit has heavily implied Jeff or Smile will eventually kill him.
