It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread

openPage without examples
Law Of Inverse Romantic Interest was created in 2012, probably without going through YKTTW as the first edit reason is "Kinda a stub, see this a lot, surprised there wasn't a page on it.", and hasn't had any examples added to it in all that time.
Cut?
Edited by Chabal2open Woman hiding from her reflection in the mirror Live Action TV
Hello this was a long time ago when i saw this, but it was on TV. I don't know if it was a TV show or a movie, but the theme was horror i believe. There's a scene where a guy walks into this room and he see's a girl hiding in her room from a reflection in the mirror and it's the girl's reflection. The reflection of the girl looks angry. This is where i'm not quite certain, but the guy convinces her to either leave the room with him or confront her reflection in the mirror. That's all i can remember. Any ideas? Also i'm pretty sure it was from around the 80's possibly.
open Early 20 century America detectives Film
Looking for the name of a tv show that was streamed on one of the platforms about a group of detectives trying to find out who is murdering young queer boys. To find out the wrong man was shot and thrown over a bridge.
openZCE problem
We have another one!
Troper Four Five One has trouble with context, even after three notifiers.
open Title Glitch?
Is anyone else seeing Western Animation as "Didn't Think This Through" when clicked? Every link to "Western Animation" is now "Didn't Think This Through".
Edit: Apparently someone changed the custom title. Was it a troll? Are custom titles automatically confirmed, because this seems like too big an oversight for a mod.
Edited by Pichu-kunopenTropes on the real-life Titanic page.
Per our policy, I removed the real life tropes on the RMS Titanic page. RoseAndHeather reverted my edits. I sent them a PM informing them of the no troping on Useful Notes page, but they have yet to respond.
This is to check that since I'm trying to follow the site's policy, will removing the tropes again constitute an edit war?
openTroper with poor grammar, ignoring notifiers
Sdsaa has poor grammar, specifically with punctuation and capitalization. Edit history here.
Following their edits on the WMG page for The Dragon Prince, I sent them a notifier. As seen on this ATT thread, Wyldchyld also sent a notifier. Unfortunately, their latest additions to the WMG page for My Hero Academia are still badly written.
Edited by iamconstantineopenShould light novels go under literature? Literature
So I've seen light novel folders be inconsistently applied on Tropes pages. Sometimes they're in literature, other times they're in their own folder. Do we have a policy for this?
open Horrible/WesternAnimation
"Horrible/Western Animation" (Western Animation) seems to have a custom title setting it to "Horrible / Didn't Think This Through".
Is this intentional? If not, can we have it undone?
Edited by bitemytailopenExtended Edit War Over Doug Walker on Film So Bad It's Horrible pages
Ever since the #ChangeTheChannel debacle with Channel Awesome last year, people have been constantly deleting and re-adding links to Nostalgia Critic reviews on the entries of all five Horrible film pages. It's honestly really ridiculous that almost an entire year has passed since the incident happened and this is still going on. I understand that people have wildly varying opinions on the guy (I'm trying to avoid taking either side as I bring this up), but we need to come to a consensus on how to stop what is basically an ongoing Edit War.
Thoughts?
open Western Animation appearing as Didn't Think This Through Western Animation
For some reason the page and all associated with Western Animation is appearing as Didn't Think This Through.
An example being this link to Western Animation main page: Western Animation
Edited by keyblade333openZero Punctuation edits
Ok, I recently made some edits in Zero Punctuation Tropes A to D, specifically Author Filibuster. These were some of the earliest edits I did when I first started with TV Tropes, but the more I read them, the more they sounded like either natter or word cruft, especially since I didn't know any of the rules or Administrivia pages back when I made those edits. I recently edited them so that they would feel less like this, but I'd appreciate it if a moderator could look the edits over and let me know if anything else is wrong. I'm trying to go back over any edits that I made in the past that may fall into those categories so that I can correct my mistakes.
Edited by ssjSegaopenEdit War Live Action TV
From YMMV.Game Of Thrones S 8 E 6 The Iron Throne, under Catharsis Factor:
Team Tony added it, it was removed, Team Tony readded it, it was removed by a different troper, and Team Tony added it again.
This one's a bit overdue, since it got buried under a mountain of edits.
On an aside, what should be done about this particular page? It attracts all sorts of complaining, and it's getting to the point where those of us dedicated to cleanup can no longer remove the offending examples because we might accidentally find ourselves in an edit war.
openWeird plugin use
Troper is using a plugin that changes "Generation Z" to "The Zolom's Children" here: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/article_history.php?article=Film.SpiderManHomecoming#edit23333936
openNo Title
So I just noticed that the horrible page for The King Of Hate is now gone... Any reason why it's been deleted?
open unknown show Film
This show had a red haired girl an Asian dude and a spacecraft.....
I think it may have came on BBC around 1980-2000 ( please don’t quote me on that)
—————————————————————————— And episode on the show had this girl land on a planet after hitchicking a ride there was a malfunction of the spacecraft/ time machine
And she sees these children dressed in Versailles French outfits playing ball but when they turn around she sees they are robots"....... The adults were so excited to find a real girl “child” and take her home to show off to their friends (all children died of a disease but not by the disease itself but the vaccine) one side affect of vaccine let the adults live forever but makes them sterile) so when a child is found they are so happy
The kid ends up trying to escape to get home her mother “mother” the one who found her then consults books on child rearing to see how to raise a child and make sure she is not getting sick or something to try and understand her behavior in a world that has everything
The girl explains she has a mother etc...... and wants to go home the “parents” help her get home despite the town folks arguments.
———————————————————————————- Can someone tell me the name of this show or the episode....... I watched many many years ago
I found it on You Tube at one time I think it was split into 2-3 parts ————————————————— The only reason I want to watch it again is it has many similarities to dr. Who and one Of the Dalek episodes
Edited by CvicopenHow to request a removal of a Wiki Word?
The Serial Escalation page for Western Animation was Wiki Worded into Western Animation, despite the original. Is there a way to request a removal of this incorrect edit? Would it just be here?
openCan Audience Reactions be inverted?
Two examples were deleted off of Relationship Writing Fumble because supposedly audience reactions can't be inverted. But the Playing With page contains inversions.
openDisney namespace TheArtifact.
Would the namespace of Disney be seen as The Artifact for this website? I remember it was created because Disney made a lot of adaptation of stories so it be easier to find. But today Tvtropes have different formatting rules. So Disney.Hercules would instead become WesternAnimation.Disneys Hercules or maybe the year it was released.
P.S. I'm not sure if I already asked this before but wouldn't hurt if I ask again.
