During the investigation of recent hollers in the Complete Monster thread, it's become apparent to the staff that an insular, unfriendly culture has evolved in the Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard threads that is causing problems.
Specific issues include:
- Overzealous hollers on tropers who come into the threads without being familiar with all the rules and traditions of the tropes. And when they are familiar with said rules and traditions, they get accused (with little evidence) of being ban evaders.
- A few tropers in the thread habitually engage in snotty, impolite mini-modding. There are also regular complaints about excessive, offtopic "socializing" posts.
- Many many thread regulars barely post/edit anywhere else, making the threads look like they are divorced from the rest of TV Tropes.
- Following that, there are often complaints about the threads and their regulars violating wiki rules, such as on indexing, crosswicking, example context and example categorization. Some folks are working on resolving the issues, but...
- Often moderator action against thread regulars leads to a lot of participants suddenly showing up in the moderation threads to protest and speak on their behalf, like a clique.
It is not a super high level problem, but it has been going on for years and we cannot ignore it any longer. There will be a thread in Wiki Talk
to discuss the problem; in the meantime there is a moratorium on further Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard example discussion until we have gotten this sorted out.

Do they meet the Heinousness Standard?
Here you compare the actions of the Candidate to other character actions in the story in order to determine if they stand out or not. Remember that all characters, not just other villains, contribute to the Heinousness Standard
Final Verdict?
Simply state whether or not you think the character counts or not.

I've finished Kill la Kill: IF. I mean it deals with the multiverse and parallel timelines cause the story mode doesn't just say it was in Satsuki's head but rather it's a timeline born from her desires as it basically states the Life Fibers are full-blown Reality Warpers now that can transcend time and space.
Ragyo is the closest to counting but isn't as depraved and heinous on-screen as her main counterpart. But be my guess and EP her if you like.

Sorry for making a second message after the first one. I need to look at the preview of the post to make sure it looks presentable.
- Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid: Lord Drakkon serves as the Big Bad of the game. Betraying and killing his version of Rita Repulsa and becoming the tyrant of his world, Drakkon then murders Tommy Oliver and takes his Morpher's energy for his own and begins his plan of invading other realities, killing other versions of himself and stealing Power Ranger Morphers to become powerful enough to control the Morphing Grid itself. Drakkon also brainwashed various Rangers he defeats, including his world's Kimberly Hart who he turned into his Ranger Slayer. When on the brink of defeat and after being saved by Finster 5, Drakkon kills his loyal servant when he tries to warn him of the consequences of using the Morphers again and tries to kill a resurrected Tommy again. Willing the risk the fate of the entire multiverse in his pursuit of godhood, Drakkon is a envious sociopath who desires love and admiration at the cost of countless lives.

I'm... Going to go against the grain here and say abstain On Game!Drakkon...the main issue is how distinct the crimes between his comic and his game counterpart are. Bullman, I recall, rescind the discussion regarding Game!Drakkon due to his crimes aren't as distinct as his comic counterpart.

I'd say keep the original faction, due to ElfenLiedFan90's arguments. That said, if the caption change idea is upvoted, I'd say to the second caption.
The way I see it, Game Drakkon and Comic Drakkon are in a similiar position to Terumi from Blazblue and his game counterpart and anime counterpart.
Their motives and goals are pretty much the same and their actions are too. Anime Terumi counts and yet his actions are more or less the same as in the game. He turns Tsubaki against her friends, drives Noel to the breaking point so she becomes a Murakumo Unit, it's literally the same thing in the game.
How is this any different to that situation? I've played the Blaz Blue games and watched the anime and is the SAME GOAL AND ACTIONS. This is no different.

To be fair, the only entry for Terumi at the AniManga page is for BlazBlue: Alter Memory. Honestly, if it's the EXACT same, I'd be fine cutting the anime entry. There's also Anton Chigurh, but he's unique in that he was at the film page FIRST, and then also added to the lit page because of Adaptation Displacement. We also have several entries at both AniManga and Visual Novels, but only because I'm not sure which one's the entry's for.

Sure to Drakkon I guess. I covered the game awhile back. However I concluded he didn't count yet do to be to similar to his comic self. And wanted to wait until Act 3 was out to do an full EP. But I understand if people disagree with me and there's no other reason he shouldn't count. By the way man I was going to cover Act 3 in a couple of weeks. I just have a busy schedule, untop of having a cold for a couple of days, and haven't finished it yet. So just ask next time. I let go it since you saved me some work and I haven't put it on my to-do list yet, but I really wanted to cover it.

Fan-Preferred Couple cleanup thread
I did find some distinctions from the comics and the game.
Instead of Tommy and Billy getting sent to Drakkon's world and the whole Black Dragon story arc, Drakkon just appears in the main world and kills Tommy. They don't fight him in his own world and is imprisoned by Promethea and used as a power source.
Instead he just shows up at the Command Center and just kills Tommy.
His goals and plans are rushed, he doesn't try and recruit Dr. K, and he never needed to manipulate or use Ninjor. Well actually I think he does, but instead of deceiving him, he just attacks and brainwashes him I think, or just captures him and tries to force him to work with him.
He also doesn't just brainwash Kimberly, he brainwashes other characters like Gia Moran, Magna Defender and Cenozoic Blue Ranger.
He also doesn't succeed in creating that dream world of his from the comics and instead is defeated by Tommy before he become a Physical God like in the comics.

You know what? That's enough for me. I got up a fanfic Brainiac who wasn't TOO terribly different from his original Injustice 2 incarnation, so I'm not gonna be a hypocrite and vote this guy down.

And Anime Terumi does have some distinctions, liek how he isn't toned down in character like everyone in that anime and just as heinous and psychotic as his video game counterpart.
That anime basically made everyone a weaker flanderized version of themselves, but Terumi unlike everyone else didn't get any personality changes.
