"A Nightmare?! Of course, the rabid monstrosity of the week hasn't arrived yet..."

"Yeah! Don't I scare you?" says Kazuko, stretching his mouth with his fingers while sticking his tongue out.

"And what are these 'Nightmares,' anyway?"

The wise and meditating squirrel in a yellow toga takes a deep breath as he chews on a spare acorn, "Simply put, Nightmares are a corruption of the humans that occur when a person's internal thoughts affect their outward appearance, inside their dormant cocoon, all of their human remains melt to be essentially reborn as a new creature. And their soul-rooms are bleak, desparingly small and empty, deposited of all of the workers and objects that were in there before. If a Nightmare affects a tree, the risk is really deadly- because the Mind Virus will spread to the other trees collectively." said the wise squirrel in a surprisingly deep baritone voice. He levitates above the ground as his tail swishes around, "In short, the soul-room of a Nightmare becomes barren, making everything unable to live there any longer."

Terebi suddenly appears. ”What? Where am I? I just wanna watch TV!”

The Koala points towards the mirror's entrance, "Your television is over in the real world, college- head there."

"Yeah, let's go. Although, I sure am lucky it only affects humans, hee hee!"

"I mean, if it can affect a tree, why not you?" Kosugi wonders. Nonetheless, he leads the others out of the mirror and back to the real world.

"That was fun!! (^w^) We should go back there sometime."

In the meantime Steph daydreams about Chris and his rather bishounen appearance and imagines having conversations with him. There would be a quick imagine spot where Steph and Christopher were running across a sunflower field towards each other energetically... Sappy music would play~

• "Steeeph~"
• "Chriiiiissss~"
• "Steeeephhh!"

But then there would be a record-scratch as Christopher runs past Steph instead and picks up a Corgi puppy on the field while his human-head poofs into a canine's guise. "Woof-woof," Chris responds while barking and wagging his own tail. He then ate a bowl of dog-food.

Steph's response is to facepalm and sweatdrop while stomping her feet. "This isn't how I'd imagine it ending up..."

Steph clears her head as the teacher taps her on the head with a metal ruler, "What is it?"

"Excessive daydreaming in class isn't allowed." said the stern teacher

"Well, he said nightmares come specifically from humans, but-" Kazuko's face turns white. "Yeah, I'm glad we're out of there."

((OOC: Steph's daydream scene is a parody of most anime where the younger sister idolises her older brother and it's completely Played for Laughs and deconstructed here! ))

Narrator: Meanwhile, with Olivia...

Olivia perfects the formula she was working on and applies a small drop of it to a nearby stool, but then when the droplet hits the stool, it shrinks down to 5 inches tall. Olivia nods in approval and smiles grimly, "Now, how do I apply this formula to several other students later in this Story Arc... I want to build a small town of students, under my own supervision!"

There would be a Jump Cut to a snowglobe... It contained a large crowd of tiny people which was inside Olivia's desk already since half a week ago.

Back at Hiroji's soul room

Aiyo is looking at the ash around the base of the statue. Tendrils of the stuff, stretching out across the floor... "Wait a minute... are they... are they moving?" She flinches back. "This place is giving me the freakin' creeps! I'm leaving." She steps back and leaves the room.

"N-NANI!?" He notices the tendrils as Aiyo pointed them out. He slowly backs away from them. "Wait... maybe this is the disease or curse!! Aiyo, I think we have to stay!!" He starts looking anxious.

She steps back towards Yumeko. "I... I don't know what to do! It's probably caused by... I don't know!" She collapses onto the floor, crying.

Yumeko steps further back, unsure of how to console Aiyo. "W-well, I have a feeling that we won't be able to save your brother from this... thing if we don't stop these tendrils!"

"A hidden secret superpower would be useful right now... if you have one?" He nervously smiles.

Yumeko walks over to Aiyo.

"Aiyo... As long as you love, care for and want to protect your brother, that's enough to be ok..."

He camly looks over to the tendrils. Yumeko suddenly grabs Aiyo's wrist and runs further away from the tendrils and towards the statue, taking her with him. "Maybe if we go deeper into his Soul Room, we can find an answer!

Suddenly, there would be some glitching effects as something was clearly tampering with the magic mirror before it resumed as normal, although a slight crack would be evident on the dojo wall, showing the two that there was another soul-room right next door to Hiroji's...

Some Meat Moss would be seen in the other soul-room, but it seemed that there were workers already there...

Yumeko glances over to where Hirioji stated. He gives a slight look of horror, but is strangely intrigued. "N-nani the fuck is... I'm not sure if that's the safest place to go to, Aiyo." He pauses and gulps. "But it's your call."

Yumeko is clearly hesitating to go in the Soul Room, yet... "To be honest, I really don't want to enter that Meat Moss room... but you know more about your brother than I do. So you should stay."

Aiyo smiles. "Sure thing, Yumeko."
