DISCLAIMER: I apologize if you take any offense, and I respect your taste in cartoons and your fondness towards villains. In fact, Villain Protagonists can be enjoyable if well-done (especially if their story is about their redemption, like Mega Mind), or at least just not too evil for my tastes. Even the titular Invader Zim is not only amusing, he actually has a fair amount of Pet the Dog moments to make him actually likable, although he still has his Kick the Dog moments to remind the audience that he's still a bad guy, but even then karma still bites him in the ass (occasionally).
Anyways, Black Hat is just an unlikable piece of shit. I don't care if I can't actually fight, but I would really enjoy punching out that shit-eating grin off his Smug Snake face, even if I get my arms broken, and that would be an Understatement. The fact that he's a One-Dimensional Invincible Villain Sue who gleefully kicks the dog too damn much already makes him an unlikable character in the first place. But it gets worse. Along with being the face of Evil Feels Good, his secondary role is to also shit on both the heroes and villains from other shows just to portray how "awesome and OP" he is. His status as a Karma Houdini Hero Killer further twists the knife even further.
