I would expect Anna to have some cooking ability as well. It hasn't really been confirmed though.

Assuming Zwei would play the game, he would have no qualms doing all the sequence breaking and glitching possible to try to get to that point, but alas, his best time will always be 5 minutes. Therefore, he will never do it faster than 5 minutes.

Depends on what you define as survive. She can feel pain and get injured, but cannot die in any form of shape. If somehow her body is made into a mess, she just gets rezzed. Pretty sure the elixir also made her immune to time travel bullshit and other loopholes, thogh I could be misremembering that tidbit. With that all in mind, I assume you would have to destroy existence itself to kill her.

Anna? No. She could never even hope to get close enough to do any damage.
Laura? Absolutely. Given that witches in the Puella Magi verse are the pure manifestations of a Magical Girl's despair contained in her Soul Gem, now turned Grief Seed, Laura would realize this and destroy the Grief Seed. She also has all the powers and defenses she could ever hope to need and more to do that job too.
