Yeah the cutscenes and story are pretty fucking terrible, especially with the lack of face animations whatsoever, but hey at least the gameplay is fun and decently good at that.
Said it twice before on this thread and I'll say it again; it's gotta be either Assassin's Creed Rogue or Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. Unlike Jump Force, they combine both awesome stories and awesome gameplay to create two great games.

Nejire Hado from My Hero Academia. I liked her because she's pretty she had a fun personality and cool quirk, but more importantly loads of potential. Unfortunately that got completely thrown out the window. I'm still disappointed they never revealed her backstory.
