Mokey Mokey from the Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game. It's an outcast angel that no one really understands. In-game it's a joke card (300ATK Normal Monster, one of the weakest cards in the game) unless one of its buddies dies and activates Mokey Mokey Smackdown (boosting it up to a respectable 3000ATK).

That is Marth from the Fire Emblem series. He is most famous for his appearance in Super Smash Bros. He is the Trope Namer for Marth Debuted in "Smash Bros.".

I assume you likely haven't played Smash Bros?

Shadow Naoto, one of the bosses from Persona 4. "Shadow" as in the concept from Jungian psychology that refers to the subconscious aspects of a person that their ego denies. Regular Naoto has a lot of subconscious issues about being viewed as a child, hence why Shadow Naoto is represented as a toy robot. Not pictured is the jet pack and pew-pew guns.
