Said hacker works for a galactic empire, is skilled enough to dance around firewalls, and seeks to exploit TNA's resources for their own evil purposes. If TNA is a robot or AI, then the hacker would be trying to also make them submit to their will.

I don't think they could do anything. Bronya has the torpedoes to take it out, but that requires dealing with a TIE complement in the thousands and actually getting the torpedoes in the port without being a Jedi. Not happening.
