Would it be like a found footage thing where the video was uncut and then edited by the ones who found the footage?
The Final NamePossibly, or like the kid starts to realize there's creepy shit going on and secretly uploads it to the channel in between the "normal" vlogs. Something like that.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessHere is one:
A Zombie Apocalypse-story.
Only the "infected" doesn't turn into regular "zombies", but "Blemmyae" instead.
(Without the faces, of course)
that sounds interesting. I am a big fan of found footage horror movies. I love movies like Hellhouse LLC, Host or butterfly kisses

The Final NameI am working on a reboot of Nelvana of The Northern Lights. I'm making it a period piece set in WW 2 era Canada in the vein of The Rocketeer and Captain America: The First Avenger, with more respect to Inuit mythology.
A pair of half-mothfolk sisters
We have Chastity the half-mothfolk and her lamp that she brings to her people.
And her violent sister Temperance The Usurper - her lamp wasn't worthy.

I keep to myself so I won't be on The First 48Members of a a religion that strictly forbids killing circumvent it by building traps and raising monsters: There’s nothing in the holy book that says the enemy can’t be crushed by falling logs or eaten by bugbears.
Project progress: The Adroan (102k words), The Pigeon Witch, (40k). Done but in need of reworking: Yume Hime, (50k)Could members of a groupmind nominate one person to be the one to essentially be the mind to take control of said groupmind in certain situations? I don't know if I'm explaining this too well, it's probably rather far-fetched anyway.
Yes.
It is perfectly fine and possible.
that's what a Mind Hive is capable of.

Can confirm, this is possible
depending on the nature of the thing you call a "groupmind" of course
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing. How about a story that deconstructs how coming-of-age stories work?
"Eratoeir is a Gangsta."This would lend itself really well to a YA, but could also be for adults:
20 Minutes into the Future, the hot new way to meet people is an MMO Dating Sim. Players are given avatars that look like a more flattering version of themselves, then matched based on locations and interests into a server populated with other local singles the algorithm thinks would be a good match for them, like a simulated Japanese high school, cyberpunk city, or quaint Harvest Moony farm town.
If two players meet in the hub world and select the option to get to know each other, the game will craft a one-on-one storyline for them where the choices are geared towards determining what their interests are, a la the questions on OKCupid (Do you go hiking or stay in and watch TV, etc?) and how they approach relationships (Do you want to stick to dating one player, or try to juggle multiple ones? If B, will you tell them about each other?)
If you pass the interaction with a good ending, then—and only then—will the game let you message them directly.
It’s intended to bring the feeling of building a gradual romance back to online dating, but players soon realize how fake and constraining it actually is. The devs know this, have seen every way people have ever tried to sneak their contact information to each other before beating it, and are constantly patching it to remove exploits: Username must be different from all your other social media profiles, no hiding emails or phone numbers (even in words or symbols) in any of your communications, etc.
The story focuses on two characters who biff their in-game interaction and get the bad ending, but fall for each other anyway and are determined to find some way to meet in meatspace.
Will they? And how?
(Maybe they keep trying different scenarios but somehow hecc it up in a different way each time because success or failure is based on giving the answers the computer, not the other player, wants, and the plot focuses on how they grow closer with each virtual storyline they go through together.)

Project progress: The Adroan (102k words), The Pigeon Witch, (40k). Done but in need of reworking: Yume Hime, (50k)I suddenly had the idea of green iguanas becoming one of the new members of the wildlife of Africa following the Cataclysm, in what I like to call the "Neocene Epoch."
I like to keep my audience riveted.Metafiction: There is an online communiy obsessed with fiction that has an offshoot of writers and would-be authors but, of course, they all struggle to varrying degrees of writer's block. One guy gets the idea to make a thread for posting stray story premises and set-ups that have no use to the individual writer giving the pitch but may have use for other writers. Things go great, until someone starts publishing those ideas into hit movies that make billions. Nobody knows who did it since the forums are anonymous and can be viewed by anyone and the community is split on whether or not its just a cooincidence, if it is a big deal at all, or if the the truth is much darker than anyone could have imagined...
That is really meta.
"Eratoeir is a Gangsta."Aw yeah - I revisited a character I made in Hero Forge: the mistress of murder, the dame of disaster, the sexy shoeless siren of slaughter: Jaqui of the Daggers.
Feel free to use her as the villain of your campaigns (GM's in need of a villain, you're welcome), fanfic, original fiction or use the model as a base.

All night at the computer, cuz people ain't that great. I keep to myself so I won't be on The First 48For a while I've been wanting to write a story from the perspective of a game character in a game that's experiencing a Game-Breaking Bug. But since I'm not really a gamer I never got around to it.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessA Reverse Whodunnit is laid out in the introduction through narration and eventually happens in the story proper. The protagonist detective, however, was aware of the narration laying out the crime and attempts to use that as evidence against the culprit, also becoming more aware of general police procedural tropes and eventually attempting to invoke them in their favor.
So, let's hang an anchor from the sun... also my TumblrA zombie apocalypse story where the viewpoint characters are obsessed with precious metals, not realizing that gold/silver either create or attract zombies.
A zombie apocalypse story where the main characters are zombies - but they are truly undead and simply wish to be left alone. The other "zombies" are the result of The Virus that got out - your standard "Braainzz" zombies because the virus causes people to go insane and eventually resort to cannibalism.
The truly undead were killed by other means and now walk the Earth trying to figure out why they're zombies. The main character is a girl who doesn't look dead until you get close. She woke up on the coroner's table just as the morgue was attacked by hordes of the infected. She found others like her but she also wants to save the survivors from the hordes of flesh eaters. She thinks that may be part of the reason she's walking the Earth as a zombie.
The problem is that with the virus-zombies wandering around the uninfected living have itchy trigger fingers and most of the survivors don't care. Some of the truly dead want the infected to eat everyone as revenge on the living.
Can the undead finally find peace or will the virus-infected tear them to pieces or will the survivors get there first?

An idea I came up with last night: A web series parodying "Family Vlogger" You Tube channels, but then it slowly turns into a Found Footage horror series that delves into the secrets and evils surrounding the family.
From the camera of the normal "family vlog" type kid.
