Just a person. He/him.Surprised he hasn't taken a dip on Home Alone the series (how does one make a series out of Home Alone?!)
Wait, there was a Home Alone show? Google only gives me this, which seems unrelated to the franchise.
Just a person. He/him.In actually new content news, here's a lightning round of movies and shows he's seen lately: The Boy and the Heron, Saltburn, Animaniacs (2020) Season 3, Disenchantment Part 5, Leave the World Behind, Bottoms, Castlevania: Nocturne Season 1, Tiny Toons Looniversity Season 1, Praise Petey, The Holdovers, and One Piece (2023).
It's been 3000 years…Oh I misread made for TV movie as TV series
There actually was going to be a Home Alone TV series if Home Alone 4 had been successful.
Your guess is as good as mine how a Home Alone series would play out.
With all the memes about women choosing a bear over a man, Hollywood might wanna get on an 'East of the Sun and West of the Moon' adaptation"Every episode the villains will try some shenanigans to steal inside the house."
Take it as you will.
Early in the Nostalgia Critic's career, he did a Top 11 Disney villain ranking. Now, he's doing it again, with a bit of a more comedic spin.
Aww, so disappointed he didn't include Scar.
"That was today? Oh, I feel simply awful."
Haven't seen the video, but in the Top 11 Villains video he referred to Ratigan as the funniest, so it'll be curious to see if he's #1 or within the rankings.
With all the memes about women choosing a bear over a man, Hollywood might wanna get on an 'East of the Sun and West of the Moon' adaptationHuh, CA have finally bitten the bullet and launched a Patreon-like: YouTube Membership where at various tiers, you can get access to Twitch chat emojis, BTS materals, and member-only streams.
The list goes as follows:
- 11: Ursula
- 10: Jafar
- 9: Mad Madam Mim
- 8: The Queen of Hearts
- 7: Captain Hook
- 6: Cruella de Vil
- 5: Ratigan
- 4: Yzma and Kronk
- 3: Prince John
- 2: Gaston
- 1: Hades
Stray observations:
- "I mean, why did I feel like I had to subscribe to People Who Sound Like Adults from Peanuts?"
- "—I'm doing the wrong part now."
- Hey, that's the first official mention of the "Why does it look like Vegas?!" meme in an NC video!
Also, in a bit of a departure from his usual fare, Doug's starting Final Fantasy VII Remake this Friday on Twitch.

Just a person. He/him.I wonder who the least funny Disney villain is: the Horned King, Frollo, or Chernabog?
It's been 3000 years…Prince John was boring.
So. Who's ready for some dumb shit on the day of love?
Kung Pow! Enter the Fist will have you covered.
It's been 3000 years…I love how Leonard Maltin hated this movie, but even he admitted The Stinger is worth staying around for.
Really surprised the Critic didn't mention that part. It's one of the film's best jokes!
I blind bought the DVD back in 2003 and it quickly became one of my favorite comedies.
Nobody else I've ever shown it to holds the same opinion (one person even said I have bad taste in movies for liking it), but I don't care.

Stray observations (apologies for being late):
- "Boy, for a Kung Fu movie, the fights are pretty rushed!"
- "Thank you!"
- "Cringe, cringey, cringiest, Nostalgia Critic"
In related news, the Channel Awesome website is no more. Apparently, it's been down for a couple of weeks now, but people only recently noticed it was gone.
So does that mean Channel Awesome is dead dead? We know that the three remaining members are still active, but is Channel Awesome as a group dead?
No one's come out and officially disbanded it, but for all intents and purposes, pretty much. They're certainly not clawing their way back to relevance.

I honestly thought the website had long ago closed.
With all the memes about women choosing a bear over a man, Hollywood might wanna get on an 'East of the Sun and West of the Moon' adaptationFrom what I'm reading, they stopped updating it last year. Sounds like this was a long time coming.
The website is kinda useless when they have youtube anyway.
Doug's on vacation, so instead of a new NC episode this week, we've gotten a compilation of all the commercial specials so far:
