For a list of bad laconics, see Sandbox.Pages Needing Better Laconics.
For generally accepted guidelines for laconics, see Sandbox.Laconic Wiki Template.
Today I found out an interesting fact from troper Ironeye:
Don't ever make the mistake of using the Laconic version as the canonical trope meaning—the laconics are often written by people who don't actually understand the drop. In this case, the laconic only corresponds to one possible cause of Darkness-Induced Audience Apathy.
The Laconic Description for DIAA states as follows:
The thing is, these descriptions are supposed to make it easier to understand what the page is about. If they can't be accurate as well as short and sweet, then there's a problem.
So for starters, what would be a better description for DIAA?

Thanks again.
Minmaxer's Delight is doing the double-laconic thing...
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing.Because of that, and the fact it neglects details from the unabridged page, I have a suggestion to propose which I believe is an improvement:

Any thoughts on my ideas?
Hmm, "character/fear/power/advantage" is a little clunky to me. I think Character Customization feature (or option) is enough to include all of that concisely.

Macron's notesThanks for your advice.
Bump. If nobody comments I'll put them one by one later and leave a link here in reasons.
- Anti-Frustration Features
Developers add a modified version of the gameplay to reduce possible frustration.
- Unrobotic Reveal
An alleged robot shockingly turns out to be an organic creature inside a metal, or powered/controlled by one.
- Going Critical
Overheating reactor = threat of giant explosion.
- Own Goal
Accidentally scoring against your own sports team.
- Saving Christmas
Christmas (or the local equivalent) may not happen and the cast has to solve the problem.
- Voice with an Internet Connection
A helpful character who gives advice via earpiece to the main character related to whatever they're doing.
- Difficulty Spike (unabridged link)
Reading this page is easy, but the unabridged page will take you much longer.
I actually already put in that new Laconic in for Saving Christmas, though maybe I should have waited to see if someone else would put in their two cents .
All of these look fine to me.
Macron's notesI've got (yet another) Laconic page I want to change, namely Happy Dance, which states:

What are your thoughts on my idea? If you have any other suggestions, I'd also like to see them.
. The original post isn't far or old enough for a bump question.
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupThe batch is up, so here are new suggestions. Going with more publically known works first.

TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupMaybe say that Cinderella is an "abused" girl or something so that it doesn't just sound like she's been grounded, lol.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessChanged to "abusive step family" since it sounds more natural.
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupThanks you two for your approval for my suggestion and your advice. Also, to all those ideas.
Well that get out of the way fast.
Any Resident Evil fans here? While I'm working on the next batch (I've yet to write them), I've found these, but I don't know the stories of them besides the 7th game.
- Resident Evil: The last bit sounds like a complaint and isn't necessary. Also could use less potholes.
- Resident Evil 2: Chained Sinkholes.
- Resident Evil 3: Nemesis: X Meets Y.
- Resident Evil 4: I don't understand the relevance of Bad Dudes and also All-Blue Entry.
- Resident Evil 5: I don't understand the relevance of Black Hawk Down, feels like Recycled In Space.
- Resident Evil 6: Non-descriptive, two laconics (second is worse), and spoilers.
- Resident Evil 7: Biohazard: "Madness ensues" is a poor way to describe it. Suggesting replacing it with "and has to battle an Ax-Crazy family infected with artificial fungus".
- Resident Evil Village: Non-descriptive, feels like Recycled with a Gimmick.
I'm interested in the franchise, however, I haven't gotten into it (i.e. played one of the games, watched one of the flicks, etc.).
Can I revisit the Cinderella quote that's just been changed? The problem with it is that relies explicitly on the Disney version. Unfortunately, that Laconic is shared by three different namespaces: Franchise.Cinderella, Literature.Cinderella and WesternAnimation.Cinderella. The new quote only works for the Disney version. It doesn't work for the Franchise, and it doesn't even work for the literature version (which is the one upon which the Disney film is based).
Can I suggest the following, based on shared elements?
That's true. This can work, pending other opinions.
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupLooks good to me so.
to both, never heard of Triangle Heart 3: Sweet Songs Forever so I'd wait for another's opinion on accuracy.
