You know that feel...?

That feel when you were gonna find a trope on Trope Finder for a book you're reading just to find it listed in the author's Creator page instead.

In specific terms, I'm reading "Seven-Day Magic" by Edward Eager, and what I was looking for was Recursive Canon I guess, since the characters find a book which turns out to be about them, and specifically in the words we readers would have read since the start.

I mean yeah, I saved some effort but I was thinking about making that query for a significant part of today.

Tfw you read something that makes you want to bang your head against a wall to stop your mind from circulating all the bad thoughts bc you know it's stupid to think this way but you just can't stop it from going in circles.
