• When the Commander first meets Deputy Commander Andersen, he gives him an option on how to address him. The two options are Lord Andersen and Mr. Andersen. He's definitely heard the second one too many times before.
  Andersen: Like nails on a chalkboard.
• The Tactics Academy screen includes the quote "Remind yourself that overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer." from The Ancestor inscribed at the upper right.
• Guillotine, being the Chuunibyou she is, loves pop culture. Her introduction to the Commander is ripped straight out of Fate/stay night. She also goes on a tangent by paraphrasing Rintaro Okabe's famous monologue from Steins;Gate, complete with a parody of his "El Psy Congroo" catchphrase.
• In one of Milk's Advise conversations, she brings up a technique called the Hadouken, where the user shoots a wave of energy from their hands.
• The Toy Train gift item mentions that the creator "wanted to paint a pale face on it", but refrained due to copyright concerns.
• The researcher who manages N102 goes by the blabla handle "9s2ba2".
• Quency's Burst Skill has her breaking out of prison in the pouring rain via an underground manhole, mirroring the famous ending from The Shawshank Redemption.
• Novel's "Penguin Holmes" costume gives her an attire that bears a striking resemblance to Fuka Kazamatsuri.
• In the "License To Kill" and "Kill the Lord" events, the Commander and D go undercover using the aliases Steve and Diana.
• The battle music for the "Blue Water Island" event is titled "HOLY CRAB" and is a direct reference to the famous "Crab Rave".
• During Neve's advice she wants to be nicknamed by the Commander, one of the Nicknames to choose? Snorlax.
• The field visual effect for Nero's Burst Skill is the famous internet meme "Longcat".
• The visual for the Golden Ship event features a treasure map crudely drawn on a volleyball with a red handprint on it, referencing Wilson the volleyball from Cast Away.
• The image upon losing the BBQ minigame is a direct reference to Slam Dunk.
• In Red Ash, Red Hood ends up paraphrasing one of Kamina's famous lines from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann to Snow White about what it means to live forever and claims she got it from a cartoon somewhere. Later on, she jokingly asks Snow White to build her an "automatic drill" for a weapon, much to the latter's confusion.
• When Emma needs to think of a soft food that's also filling in NEVERLAND, the Commander initially suggests Lembas bread.
• Liter's "Cute Sunflower" outfit is a reference to Shigure Ui, specifically her nine-year-old version as popularized by "Shukusei! Loli-gami Requiem".
• Privaty's animation for starting a Fever in the Perfect Maid minigame is the Sad Cat Dance.
• Elegg's game of choice is "BOOM", an obvious riff on Doom (and the real name of a Doom source port), with her goal in life being to install it on anything with a screen, referencing the extreme flexibility for virtually any hardware to run DOOM. The game's cover art is a parody of Doom (2016) and shows that the protagonist (named "BOOM Guy") resembles a cross between the Doomslayer and the Goblin Slayer. In addition, Elegg's weapon bears a resemblance to the BFG-9000, specifically the one from the live-action movie.
• The Event Item for BOOM'S DAY is a Platinum Trophy, referencing the Achievement System used by Sony's PlayStation consoles.
• Among Final Quest and BOOM, games announced for the Ark Gaming Expo include Iron Punch and Dragon Dungeon.
• The promo picture for "Kill The Lord", with D holding a sword in one hand and the scales of justice in the other, resembles the cover of the Metallica album, ...And Justice for All (1988).
• For the 2024 April Fools' Day event, Syuen's Burst contains several. She has the Aqua crying face when she calls Matis. When they're called, the group is stylized with Laplace being All-Might, Drake being Dante, and Maxwell being DIO. The team bursts in as Doros.
• Trony's holographic display, as seen in her character sprite, shows a Swole Doge vs Cheems meme among the graphs and text.
