- Downplayed: Alice and Carol are only similar-looking and unrelated, but Bob sees sex with both as the closest thing to having two Alices in bed.

- In Bob’s mind, double the Alice, double the fun.
- Bob sees himself having a chance, knowing that Alice and Carol are already involved in Twincest.
- Inverted: Bob sees Carol as a potential replacement if his relationship with Alice doesn’t work out.
- Alice and Carol are both pining for Bob, and believe that a threesome would be the best way to settle the matter.
- Bob is a Shipper on Deck for Alice and Carol.
- Subverted: Charlie asks Bob if he considers sleeping with Alice and her twin, and Bob reacts in disgust, thinking that it would be wrong.
- Double Subverted: He then says: “Now that you mention it, though, that would be hot…”
- Parodied: Bob manages to sleep with Alice, her twin sister Carol, her cousin Bethany, their mother, their father, their aunt…
- Zig-Zagged: Sometimes Bob seems to be content with Alice on her own, sometimes he seems to want to spice things up by adding Carol.
- Averted: No one has a twin.
- Invoked: Alice and Carol, who are both in love with Bob, act alluring in his presence in hopes that he will consider sleeping with them both at the same time.
- Exploited: Alpha Bitch Dana finds out about Bob’s fantasy and exposes it to make him look like a creep and ruin his relationship with Alice For the Evulz.
- Defied: Bob is given the occasion to have a threesome with Alice and Carol, but the idea appalls him and he refuses on the spot.
- Discussed: “That guy is so lucky to have a girlfriend with a twin; I bet he could score with both and just have a threesome, that would be hot.”
- Conversed:“Bob’s dating Alice, and he might be making moves on Carol as well.”“I bet he’s hoping for a threesome with the two, he’s just the sort of guy who would try for that.”
- Implied: When Alice and Carol are seen together, there is a lustful look in Bob’s eyes.

- Played for Laughs: Bob is seen having an Imagine Spot where an absurd number of Alices are showering him with kisses.
- Played for Drama: Bob, Alice and Carol eventually put the fantasy in action, but news of it spread through school, and with Bob looking like a creep, and both twins being slut-shamed and accused to Twincest, their reputations are ruined.
- The act is filmed, and the sex tape is used to Blackmail the three participants
- Played for Horror: Alice and Carol are showing themselves as attractive to Bob to lure him into a trap with the promise of Three-Way Sex.
