- Powerpuff YourselfExplanationA website with this title has the option to make a Powerpuff Girls version of yourself.
- Blossom, Bubbles, and Allegro twerking in "Painbow" is very well-known across the internet, but not in a good way. At all. To add extra salt to the wound, this episode aired right after Sara Bellum was Put on a Bus.
- No Me Gusta!ExplanationOne particular scene in "Tiara Trouble" shows Bubbles referencing the "No me gusta" Rage Comics meme (as pictured above), and most of the Internet has mocked it and used it as a central point for arguments against the reboot, especially in regards to it trying to be "hip with the kids". Not helping is that they managed to use the wrong face (Bubbles is making the "No." face). The scene later underwent further mutation, and a still image of Bubbles' face became used as an exploitable image for other images and faces to be pasted onto. Here's an example.◊
- Bliss taking off to Saturn at the end of her debut episode has caused many viewers to dub her the new Poochie.
- Due to Bliss' design, backstory, and the fact she's well-liked by others after almost immediately meeting them, a common joke is that she's a fan-character gone canon. DeviantArt usually gets mentioned.
- "Professor Plutonium" ExplanationIt comes from a prerelease video on merchandise for show where someone accidentally misnamed Professor Utonium.
- The Powerpuff Girls reboot sucked, so Ace left to join Gorillaz.ExplanationWhen it was announced that Ace from the Gangreen Gang joined Gorillaz as their replacement bassist, many joked that this explains Ace's inexplicable absence from the reboot — he knew the show wouldn't go over well, so he jumped at the chance to join Gorillaz as an excuse not to stick around.
- "Everyone has their own special ingredient that helps them save the day. What's yours?" "CHICKEN STRIPS!" Explanation An edit of a promo for the show about the "Powfactor" which ends in a guy yelling "Chicken strips!" in response to the question the promo asks.
