  • In general:
    • Chugga's general disdain for the data files, which usually repeat information too late to be useful.
    • Chugga keeps pronouncing the name of the ship the way that the characters do, which is something like "dur-ake", for the first four episodes.
    • Chugga never tires of gushing over the Scenery Porn.
    • Chugga portrays Brittany as a fruit addict.
    • When he tries to deal the finishing blow, the bosses hang on by a thread of their health.
    • An amusing Unintentional Running Gag is that, if a Pikmin dies somewhere and a captain says "We're losing Pikmin somewhere", it will most likely be Yellow.
    • All of the guests in the mission mode videos being introduced in a Hostile Show Takeover manner.
    • Chugga noticing cute details or actions that the Pikmin are doing.
    • Chugga losing Pikmin to Joustmites.
    • Charlie being a general idiot, and is something of a Memetic Loser.
  • Episode 1:
    • After the opening cutscene, Captain Charlie wakes up saying "Ugh, what happened?" which Chugga, of course, says aloud. When he opens his eyes to see three Yellow Pikmin looking at him…
Chugga: (groggily) Are any of you the nerdy yet sexy narrator that I just heard talking?
    • When Chugga's going through the tutorial on basic Pikmin controls, he reaches the part where it shows how you can dismiss the squad…
Chugga: …Won't stop hovering over him, so if we shake the nunchuk, we are able to SHAKE THEM O
(Chugga notices that Charlie's dialog says "I'll shake them all off at once!")
      Chugga: You stole my pun!
    • Midway through the first episode he encounters a stray red Pikmin while building a ceramic bridge, causing him to reminisce about Steve the Pikmin. As soon as he finishes the bridge, and midway through his story, the last red Pikmin promptly runs off.
  • Episode 2:
    • Chugga's rant about how the Onion Ring, the visual representation of just how close a Pikmin has to be to the base to not be left behind, is such an essential feature that needed to have been in the previous games.
  • Mission 1:
    • Stephen from StephenPlays shows up with a rather...unusual intro.
Stephen: Hello everyone, and welcome to the channel of: Chuggaaconroy. My name is not Chuggaaconroy; I am Stephen Georg from StephenPlays. But joining me today is Chuggaaconroy, which makes a lot of sense now that I think of it.
      Chugga: Imagine that!
Stephen: It's weird, isn't it? That you're on your own channel. Gracious sakes, what the future holds.
      Chugga: Gee willickers!
Stephen: Gee willickers indeed, my friend.
    • Stephen tells his Pikmin to "pop the cherry", and Chugga's reaction brings to mind a certain scene from TheRunawayGuys' Let's Play of LittleBigPlanet 2.
    • Stephen reveals that this is his first time playing Pikmin 3. At all.
    • The outro is as funny as Steven's intro.
Stephen: Thank you everyone, for watching Chuggaaconroy's channel, and Chuggaaconroy, thank you for joining yourself on your own channel.
Chugga: Yeah! I know! Like, you're usually the caretaker of this place, but you were kind enough to allow me on my own channel.
Stephen: Yep, I decided that today would be the day.
Chugga: I'll go back to living in the cellar now.
      Stephen: Get in the cellar.
      *beat*
      Stephen: FASTER.
      Chugga: (distant) I'm trying!
      (door slam)
  • Episode 3:
    • Chugga was planning to take a picture of some scenery with the game's Camera function, and the first thing that shows up in view is an extreme close-up of the Pikmin. And then they keep getting in the way of his shot, so he has to wait until they leave the area.
    • Chugga taunting the Yellow Wollywogs about the fact that they're nowhere near as dangerous as they used to be with the introduction of the uncrushable Rock Pikmin. He relishes it, so much.
Chugga: Just going on a power trip of my dominance over Wollywogs. I mean, it's been like a decade in the making.
  • Episode 4:
    • Chugga initially misread the name of the Bearded Amprat as "Bearded Armpit."
    • He comments on how the Arctic Cannon Larva is a rather laughable enemy… right before it fires a snowball that inconveniences him horribly. He wasn't surprised.
    • Chugga's reaction when they find the Disguised Delicacy (a kiwi).
    • Chugga's reaction when he finds another "useless" data file, giving knowledge on Joustmites.
Chugga: That's…useless. I don't think there are any of those guys near here—(notices that there is one right in front of his Pikmin squad) OH WAIT CRAP THERE ARE Oh geez (babbles inane gibberish as he whistles away his Pikmin) I don't know why I'm singing.
      (insert super: "Singing"? For real?)
    • His unintentional Shout-Out to his Xenoblade LP when he accidentally pronounces geyser as "geezer."
  • Episode 5:
    • Chugga's gag of pop-up text in response to his commentary. He mentions that he thinks that the Bearded Amprats are based on hamsters, then wonders if hamsters are rats, and says that a qualified biologist can answer that for him. Insert Self-Deprecation: "I NEED A QUALIFIED BIOLOGIST TO TELL ME THAT HAMSTERS ARE HAMSTERS. WHAT."
      • Then, a few seconds later, he mentions that due to their teeth, he's afraid of hamsters. And he's also afraid of poodles.
    • "ANTI-GRAVITY YELLOWS, AWAY!"
    • No fewer than three references to Steve.
  • Episode 6:
    • He briefly wonders what "bottoms up" means, wondering if it meant sticking your butt in the air while drinking, only for it to suddenly hit him that, duh, it refers to the bottom of the cup.
  • Episode 7:
    • Last episode, he didn't even acknowledge the rubber duck that showed up in the ship along with Charlie. This time, he makes a decent joke:
Chugga: By the way, if you're worried about hitting your head on Charlie's most prized possession that's floating around in the ship now, don't worry. All you need to do is duck!
    • Chugga ordering his Pikmin to carry two pieces of fruit at the same time down the same bridge. One of the groups manages to push the other one off the bridge, not only almost drowning the Pikmin but also making Chugga think that the fruit is unobtainable until he gets Blue Pikmin. Fortunately, however, the fruit is shown to be on the bridge the following day.
Chugga: You guys are as dumb as the rocks that are your heads!
    • When trying to account for all his Pikmin seconds before the day ends, Chugga finally finds those ten yellows he couldn't find. They've spent half the day trying to lift a ten-Pikmin fruit with just nine Pikmin all because he threw one wrong.
    • At the end of the video, Chugga goes back in time to see if he could've given Charlie some bomb rocks to achieve more. While throwing his Pikmin onto a cliff, he throws the Pikmin carrying bomb rocks, accidently setting them off and killing forty-three Pikmin.
      Charlie: Pikmin down! Pikmin down!
      Chugga: (weakly)…Shut up, Charlie.
  • Episode 8:
    • The intro:
Chugga: Last time, we made it to the Tropical Wilds in search of Olimar. We weren't able to find that—
(cue pop-up text: Find "that"?! Sick burn on Olimar!)
  • Episode 9:
    • Chugga implying Charlie's duck might hit the "Self destruct button" on the ship.
    • Chugga finding a data file, but since he threw a captain onto it, it didn't show. So, Chugga had to manually search for it, where he found that, despite him joking about it, THERE REALLY IS A DATA FILE FOR SAYING "MOVE THE CONTROL STICK TO RUN".
    • Charlie gets hit by a Skitterleaf, granted he has no Pikmin and was just punching it, but still, it's kind of humorous.
    • Chugga offhandedly remarks that he's saving a large Pellet Posy "in case there's a Pikmin genocide" and immediately realizes how dark and out-of-character that was for him.
  • Episode 10:
    • Charlie freaking out over a Puffy Blowhog, apparently the captain is afraid of a mostly harmless enemy. He even gets blown over.
Chugga: Charlie vs. the Puffy Blowhog, Duel of Souls.
    • The failed recording, showing crappy AI at its derpiest when the Pikmin manage to miss a lily pad. It was due to a dropped bomb rock that caused the game to glitch, but still.
    • While Chugga makes fun of Olimar feeling the need to tell the player in a data-file that "Winged Pikmin can fly", he ends up getting surprised by a Desiccated Skitterleaf that's crawling straight towards him. Unlike regular Skitterleaves, Desiccated ones are much more vicious, especially in the Twilight River where they blend in really well with the ground.
Chugga: I'm scared of a leaf, everyone...
  • Episode 13
    • Chugga uses a bomb rock to kill three Orange Bulborbs at once, purely for the satisfaction of doing so. As the bomb blows, he screams "KERBLOOEY!" with an accent Salvatore would be proud of.
    • In the previous day, he attempted to lift a fruit over a half-lowered wall with Winged Pikmin, but it got stuck and didn't work. His reaction the next day when he sees that the game teleported said fruit to the other side of the wall is great.
    • He has his winged Pikmin carry all the Scornets that they can back to base, following the defeat of the boss. The resulting trail becomes what he calls a mathematician's nightmare, due to all the number requirements for carrying shown onscreen.
    • At the end of the day, Emile sees how many more Winged Pikmin he has. It should be noted, at the start of today he had less than 100, but by the end he has...
      Chugga: 242 WINGS?!
  • Episode 17
    • Near the end of the day, Chugga tries to collect a data file that he thought he already collected, noting that it can be collected as early as the first day in the Distant Tundra. He fails miserably, all because he wanted Brittany to hug a snowman on the way.
  • Episode 18
    • His plan for revenge on the aforementioned data file... forcing it to live in Windows Vista.
    • Extreme close-up on Charlie's face. That is all.
    • Navigating over a narrow path, with it being rather difficult to get back up. He hopes that the "Pikmin AI gods" will smile on him. The funniness is exacerbated with his counter for how many Pikmin fall off. One yellow, then a red, then another red, then another red, then two yellows in quick succession. Super: "It's a tie!!"
    • The dancing Juicy Gaggle (raspberry)
Chugga: OK, uh, the physics engine is out to lunch today, apparently, and it's having raspberry!
  • Episode 19
    • Providing a voice to a few blue Pikmin that missed drinking some nectar to become flowerized, and having them object to Chugga's complaints by referencing Steve. Seriously, Chugga, if you're trying to distance yourself from the Steve meme, you're doing a terrible job.
    • His troubles with the data file continue, with him unable to replicate the throw he did before out of forgetting how he did it. When he finally remembers after over ten minutes, he successfully tosses Charlie up there, and stops at the snowman Brittany previously hugged to chastise it, declaring that as punishment for messing up his previous attempt to get the file because Brittany hugged him, he is punished by receiving no hugs.
      • His rage as he tries to get the file is particularly glorious. While hearing Emile growl in anger or take on a frustrated tone isn't too uncommon in videos, it's rarely been over something as simple as trying to throw a captain to collect a data file.
    • Near the end, Emile is attempting to take a picture of Charlie's nose in reference to the aforementioned close-up from the previous episode. He takes the picture just as Charlie adopts a deadpan and bored facial expression, with the 0 from the countdown timer right over his face.
      • And in the end slate, he shows all the pictures he took throughout the two days, except for that one... only for it to appear in the last half-second of the video out of nowhere rather than with the usual fade-in.
  • Episode 20
    • Charlie freaking out over nothing, from Chugga's perspective. Actually freaking out over a group of Swarming Sheargrubs…which, due to being harmless enemies, is essentially the same thing.
Chugga: What are you Cripesing about?
    • Charlie later freaks out again over the same enemies, which Chugga notices this time.
    • The "Captain Charlie incident 2.0". Poor guy can't seem to catch a break.
  • Mission 4:
    • The intro.
      Lucah: Emile.
      Chugga: Y-yeah?
Lucah: Have you ever picked a man?
Chugga: Um...I'd say, uh, twice on this channel already, in the process of a third time.
Lucah: I knew it, you're cheating on me! Hello everyone, welcome back!
Chugga: (cracking up) What was that?
Lucah: We're playing Pikmin 3, this is Lucahjin, I've taken over the entire thing. And what I mean by that is it's about to go downhill very fast, so put your seatbelts on and get your butt cream ready, let's go.
Chugga: And by taking over the entire thing, you mean the pointer that doesn't actually do anything.
Lucah: My pointer does a lot, it's just slightly invisible.
    • Lucah quickly establishes her style for the episode, summarizing the game as "picking up all the men and then you have them be your slaves."
Chugga: Well, they're called min, actually. Pikmin.
      Lucah: I call them "men".
    • They randomly break into a parody of "Baby Come Back" when Lucah fails to get to a bunch of Yellow Pikmin in time, leaving them drifting away on the lilypad.
    • When trying to get a lemon out of the water, Lucah throws almost all her Pikmin at it, leaving most of them to drown as she drifts away. She's left with only a single Yellow Pikmin who she names Brent. Naturally, Chugga warns her against naming Pikmin.
  • Mission 8:
    • Chugga and Ryan are nearly done with Thirsty Desert Remix, with only a few seconds left on the clock and a few fruits left... They fail to get platinum rank, just a second before the final strawberry, the very last thing in the level, would have made it to the SPERO.
  • Episode 21
  • Finale:
    • As Chugga dealt the last blow to the final boss, he threw a single Rock Pikmin that stood in front of the final boss as it was dying in the cutscene.
  • Mission 12: Yoshiller says the "T" word in a Pikmin video, prompting the conversation below.
Yoshiller: Those guys are troopers man, kudos to them.
Chugga: Don't talk to me about troopers in this game. *Yoshiller apologizes* It's unavoidable. I get people to like tell me, "You! You are the one who made Let's Playing Pikmin so unenjoyable! Because all my comments is like, 'Hey, you should talk about Steve.'".
Yoshiller: Oh, you said the name, I did not specifically mention Steve. But now look what has happened.
  • Mission 13:
    • The episode starts with Chugga attempting MasaeAnela's intro and then says that it sounds like a nasally five-year-old (a description which Masae says he plagiarized from her). Then, Masae tries to copy Chugga's intro.
Masae: Hey, everybody, it's Chuggaaconroy, here... Puns!
    • During one outtake, Emile decides to take advantage of that particular take's excision from the final cut of the episode in the best way possible, much to Masae's shock and amusement.
      Chugga: Are we using this?
Masae: No, we're not using this! We are not using this!
Chugga: Well in that case, F***, sh**, c***!
      Masae: (dies of laughter)
Chugga: I think I broke her...
  • Mission 14:
    • The entire buildup to the video before its release. After finishing his Super Mario Galaxy 2 LP, his only hint for the next video was that it'd be something "long overdue", and polled his fans on Twitter what the most demanded bonus video was. Hardly anyone said Pikmin, most people swarming for the inevitable Okami... so naturally, of all the overdue bonus videos, he uploads the Pikmin 3 one first, playfully dubbing it the "the bonus video you've all been asking for". To cap it off, Masae guested for the episode, and was doing her own Okami playthrough at the time, meaning that her Amaterasu-styled icon is in Mission 14's thumbnail.
