- Emile openly thinks the first area is Toad Town, and when he saves, he learns, sure enough, he is indeed in Toadtown Square.
- His theory about how Bowser gets the money to build his castles: he works as a courier transporting things between the Mushroom and Beanbean Kingdoms.
- Lampshading that Nintendo can make anything dark and edgy, but they stop at swears and replace them with explosive vocabulary.
- Hilarious in Hindsight example: Emile explains that Luigi may have undergone Character Development between Paper Mario 64 and Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga from wanting to go on an adventure to wanting to stay behind due to the events of Luigi's Mansion. Less than 24 hours later, that explanation was debunked when it was revealed that the Paper Mario and Mario & Luigi universes are separate.

They really wanted us to get enough uh-bluh— -stammers for a bit- I am just, like, mush-mouthing today! I don't know what is up with me, holy crap! Like, I can't... Apparently, just being in— It must be this Beanbean Kingdom air that is disrupting my ability to breath-in-breath out and talk while doing so!
- Him complaining about all the mushrooms the game is giving via ? Blocks.
- In a failed recording, he died to Hoohooros, and the last time he had saved was in Stardust Fields.
- Since the Hooroglyphs on the walls are apparently ancient jokes, Chugga says he likes to think of them as bad puns, then remarks how all of them (in the area he's currently in, anyway) look the same. He then remarks how he'd fit right in with the ancient Hoohoo civilization if all their jokes were the same.
- Chugga admits a story from his childhood playing the game. He didn't know you could move the Lakitu Cloud to pick what he wanted to level up. So, he always leveled up HP, and due to Crippling Overspecialization battles ended up taking hours on end.
- When looking through the telescope to see what Beanbean Kingdom has to offer, he denotes them as:
- A scenic nuclear power plant*
- A square golf course*
- A road that leads into the ocean (that you tell all of your enemies to drive on so you never see them again)*
- Barn Island*
- Some rocks*
- The wilderness from Cubivore*
- A very annoying and tedious dungeon that nobody likes playing*
- Death*
- After his escapades with the telescope, Chugga says that he really likes it in games when you can see other levels from the level you're currently in. The Xenoblade Chronicles logo then flashes on-screen for a split-second.
- "We are all good to continue our adventure with a mushroom and some nuts in hand!... That sounds kinda bad."
- When trying to do his outro, he stops himself when he notices something else he wants to show. Twice.
- The horrible accents that he gave Cork & Cask.
- The story of Chugga's horrible skill with this game as a kid continues. He mentions that as a kid, he had so much trouble with the perspective maze with barrels that he was stuck on it for literal days. And after finally getting through it... he fell down to the bottom level and had to do it again. Apparently he screamed so loudly that his mom rushed into the room asking if he was alright.
- This is immediately followed by him stating that he never picked up that Rookie was an amnesiac and disguised Bowser.
- How quickly he defeats the Wiggler.
- His description of Chuckles as, "an older version of him 30 years in the future."
- His reaction to how the Chuckola Reserve getting carbonated and getting healed by making puns.
- As Queen Bean tells the story of The Beanstar, Chugga reads it out loud calmly. When it gets to the part about Peach being the only person with a voice that can awaken the Beanstar, Chugga, without breaking his serene tone, adds "...and she also has gigantic, out of proportion hands."
- Near the end of the video, he enters the library, which gives multiple tips... all of which he already covered. This results in him saying "We already know this" four times.
- As Chugga states that Woohoo Hooniversity is suppose to be a University that studies laughter and there's nothing funny about it, suddenly the statue next to him came to life and attacked. Chugga burst out laughing afterwards.
- Chugga talking about how he would probably use a refreshing herb soon since he was expecting to deal with poison in this area, and immediately after he said that, Mario ends up getting poisoned by a Cheep Cheep.
- He begins to make a pun about how shocking Luigi's hand power is, when he gets interrupted by the game making the exact same pun. Which causes him to get annoyed that the game "stole his thunder" and swiftly realizing that he just made another pun.
- Chugga's voice for Hermie. For more hilarity, getting himself and his Game Pad wet from spit just by reading Hermie's lines. He brings this up in the next episode:Chugga (episode 29): In the last episode, I converted my recording space into a swimming pool!
- Chugga's epic freakout when he realized that he won the Casual Coral from the surfing minigame, which he was never able to win before.Chuggaa: Here! Here is my present! [SCREAMS][Long silence]Chuggaa: What!? What? I was just trying to get the Hoo Bean!
- As he was about to explain how difficult a block-hitting mini game is, he ends up clearing it on his second try...with Button Mashing.
- Mario died in battle while all alone and as a result, Emile got a Game Over. He went to the screen that asked him if he wanted to start from the current area or where he last saved.Chugga: I'm gonna hit from Teehee Valley because I'm afraid to find out where my last save was. note
- His utter annoyance at the destroyed Beanbean Castle Town music.
- Emile takes another photo before departing for Bowser's Castle. He's not satisfied with Luigi's photo and decides to take another one...and he gets Luigi's regular standing pose.

- The second form of Bowletta was the only boss in the game that Emille took a while to beat, Mush Badge or not.
- MasaeAnela accidentally fleeing a battle during co-op mode. Her panicked "No's" alongside Chugga's boisterous laugh are priceless.
- Whenever Chugga and Masae mess up a Bros. Attack. Again, Chugga's laughter makes it even better.Chuggaaconroy: Okay, now go for your Cyclone Bros. and take 'em both out, let's see if we can do this. This one's really easy though, so...(Masae messes up anyway; cue Chugga cracking up)Masae: "This one's really easy, Masae!" Look at me!
- Chugga attempts to show off Swing Bros. on a random enemy. Keyword being "attempt", as he kept flubbing the action command to do it correctly, making Luigi flop around. As Masae puts it...Masae: "You made me fish."
- In order to showcase the boss-killing power of the Mush Badge AA, Chugga fights the Final Boss again with the badge equipped. His first attempt from an earlier recording doesn't end well, to say the least.Chuggaaconroy: Let's see how this goes.(Cackletta does her arm attack and KO's both of the Bros. in a single second)Chuggaaconroy: ...That lasted long.
