Lucy's Unwanted House Guest! is a Fairy Tail fanfic by Black Pearl Otaku.

The story involves Lucy getting ostracized by Natsu for being weak, and going out on missions alone to prove herself. Unfortunately, this draws the attention of Lisanna, who, feeling threatened by Lucy, hires thugs to beat Lucy up while framing Natsu, Erza and Gray for the crime. Meanwhile, Erik, also known as Cobra of the Oracion Seis, finds his way to Lucy's house.

The fic contains examples of:

• All Love Is Unrequited: Kyousuke apparently is in love with Lisanna, but she rebuffs him. It's also implied that Natsu might have feelings for Lucy after all, which would mean that his and Lisanna's love is unrequited.
• As You Know: Lisanna asks her underlings if they know the plan, and they recite it back to her.
• Berserk Button: Wendy and Mirajane do not take badmouthing Lucy well.
• Beware the Nice Ones: As in canon, Wendy, Levy and Mirajane are quite nice, but they do not take it well when Natsu badmouths Lucy.
• Blunt "Yes": When Makarov demands an explanation from Team Natsu.
  Makarov: Team Natsu, is this how you treat one of your team mates!?
  Natsu: Yes, that weak mage always hides behind her spirits and complains about her rent, so we decided to teach her a lesson about how a weak mage should act with their superi- (Wendy slaps him)
• Broken Pedestal: Although Wendy canonically considers Natsu an older brother, she gives up on that near the start of the fic due to how poorly he treats Lucy.
• Clingy Jealous Girl: Lisanna is this, to the point where she's still jealous of Lucy for being a "boyfriend stealer" despite already having won Natsu over.
• Cool Big Sis: Wendy looks up to Lucy as one.
• Curse Cut Short: Erza and Lisanna are about to call Wendy a "weak bitch" for slapping Natsu when Levy and Mirajane slap them.
• Didn't Think This Through: Lisanna forgets about a hole in her plan- Team Natsu not remembering their assault on her- and so hastily closes it by giving them Fake Memories.
• Even Evil Has Standards: Kyousuke/Fake Gray actually feels sorry for Lucy after beating her up.
• Fake Memories: Lisanna hypnotizes Natsu, Erza and Gray to make them think they'd kidnapped her.
• Full-Name Ultimatum: Natsu calls Lucy "Lucy Lucky Heartfilia," much to Lucy's shock
• Gratuitous Japanese: The fic not only uses Japanese Honorifics and Japanese Sibling Terminology, which are quite common among anime and manga fanfics, but also has Kyousuke call Lisanna "Lisanna-koi" a a term of endearment.
• Hopeless Suitor: Kyousuke towards Lisanna.
• I Have No Son!: Lisanna's cruelty toward Lucy results in her getting disowned by her siblings.
• Inelegant Blubbering: Mirajane doesn't just cry while disowning Lisanna, she hiccups and even stutters. Soon afterward, Lisanna starts "crying like a baby."
  Mirajane: And to *sob* think *hiccup* t-that you were my...my...my SISTER?!

  Lisanna: B-but *sob* One-
  Mirajane: I a-am *sob* NOT your *hiccup* 'Onee-chan'! For I could NEVER have such a monstrous weak mage as my younger sibling!
• Karma Houdini:
  • Oddly averted with Lisanna. While her plan succeeds in framing Natsu, Erza and Gray for attacking Lucy, she ends up getting the same punishment, as well as being disowned by her siblings.
  • Played straight with the impostors, who don't suffer any consequences for beating up Lucy.
• Last-Name Basis: The fic has characters call each other by their last names when they no longer like them. When Makarov does this to Lisanna, Natsu, Gray and Erza while punishing them, they note he's never done this before.
• Missing Steps Plan: Lisanna's plan is as follows
  1)Hire some guys to disguise as Team Natsu and beat up Lucy.
  2)?
  3)Everyone's convinced that Team Natsu beat Lucy up.
  4)Profit!
• Musical Assassin: Kyousuke is the Music Dragon Slayer.
• Official Couple: Lucy/Cobra. Oddly enough, Natsu and Lisanna, despite being the other two characters listed, are not listed as being in a pairing.
• Pet the Dog: Kyousuke, after finishing beating up Lucy for Lisanna, puts her to bed.
• Sailor Earth: Kyousuke is a first (if not third) generation Dragon Slayer with a dragon parent named Lyra.
• Small Name, Big Ego: Lisanna insults Lucy for being weak, only to end up being humiliated when Makarov has Mirajane bring him a list of all the missions Lucy did by herself, while also pointing out that Lisanna didn't do any.
• Talk to the Fist: Wendy slaps Natsu when he insults Lucy, and when Lisanna and Erza object, their protests are cut off as Mirajane and Levy, respectively, slap them.
• They Call Me MISTER Tibbs!: Makarov demands that Lisanna, Erza, Natsu and Gray call him "Master," since he doesn't like them enough to give them the privilege of calling him "Gramps".
• What Is This Feeling?: Natsu regarding Lucy after seeing her injured.
  Natsu: Why does my heart hurt? Is it because of Heartfilia? I thought I only have feelings for Lisanna?
• Who Dares?: Erza and Lisanna are outraged by Wendy slapping Natsu, and say this phrase and call her weak in response, only to get cut off when Levy and Mirajane slap them.
